They are nice rooms (Room 23202; 4/29-5/2/25) however, the shower door was rusty, hard-to-open and looked dirty. The hot tub just looked old and dirty (I was afraid to use it). No "accessible" rooms on upper floors. Quite expensive overall. Strange employees walking around the entrance and front desk area, checking to see if you have a room or if you're part of a group, but they're not there to help you check-in? Strange. (These people would be better placed if they simply worked the desk. Maybe I wouldn't have to wait in line as long). When I inquired about extending my stay, the front desk people referred me to the internet because they showed no vacancy. Looking online, they had rooms available. I think they just wanted to charge me more. I re-booked elsewhere. The desk kept texting me about staying longer, then claiming they had rooms, but you must stay two more days (after I had re-booked elsewhere). Lets get it straight, the Front Desk people should be there to "check availability" and "check you in!" Whether it's one day or five! They seem to be in the process of selling the rooms (to owners), now they're catering to the owners. A separate pool outside, that used to be for adults only, now is just for owners. So, us renters, now have to hear the other renters' children crying and screaming (oh what fun). Wake-up at the crack of dawn to get your towel on the chairs in the pool area, or else you won't get one (this should not be allowed. If you're not there, you shouldn't be able to "save a seat"). In the end, if you're not an owner, you'll feel like you are "second class", or just "low class". No matter if you're lower class, you'll still pay higher prices at this hotel.

Don't rely on what they say because they do everything they can to tell you how flexible the program is and they never tell you about the restrictions. I purchased their Vacation Introductory Package and was told how flexible and I could use the points anyway I wanted to. After I purchased it and went to book some reservations. It was that a clause in the contract was pointed out to me saying I could only use my points at one location and that I would forfeit the value of any unused points. My wife and I were never told about this restriction and we certainly weren't given time to read a detailed contract.

The outside view is very nice the way it's designed with all the palm trees it gives off exclusive island vibes. The location of the hotel is in a good spot. I was able to walk to a few places and save a few dollars on Uber or Lyft. Some of the employees are welcoming and willing to help. Others (outside crew) need to work on their approach, body language, and customer service or find another line of work. The hotel is clean, looks modern, and quiet (on the floors where the rooms are located). My room was very nice and comfortable. My only complaint in regards to the room is the tub. I was excited when I thought I had my own personal whirlpool/jetted tub to relax in, but after realizing it was just a tub I was slightly disappointed. I have only two other complaints/requests. Have the pool area open longer. I've never heard of a pool closing at 6pm. Most adults want to experience the pool later on in the evening/night where we're able to really decompress and relax whether if we're just coming back to unwind after business meetings all day, touring the town, or running with the kids all day. With all the money that's coming in on a daily basis it'll be nice to at least show appreciation and have a Continental Breakfast (open for at least 4 hours) for your guests whether if they're there on a package deal/owner, business, or leisure instead of that restaurant outside by the pool that's only open for breakfast for two hours. Plus please think about putting some benches/towers out there for the lifeguards. I could be wrong, but I don't recall seeing anything out there for them to sit down on while on duty. Maybe they'll be more relaxed and have better attitudes instead of looking like they're super annoyed while people are swimming because they have to stand. You can still be on guard and be comfortable at the same time I'm just saying. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

The rooms are spacious and clean. This hotel has all of the amenities I love. Pool, hot tub, marketplace and pool bar and restaurant and texting with customer service was the bomb. My view of the strip was awesome. Thank you Hilton you are the best!!!
