I was in the middle of an executive Teams call and had specifically declined housekeeping services and had the do not disturb placard on my doorknob. Literally, in the middle of my presentation, there was a series of loud knocks with each of them followed by, "HOUSEKEEPING"! I ignored the knocks and announcement only to have my door opened and the Housekeeper barge in my room saying, "Room Check". I had to stop my call and address this interruption. I have never been so embarrassed by this unprofessional behavior. I did file a complaint with the front desk, and she alerted the manager. They gave me some small compensation; $75 food & bev credit and took off a $50 resort fee...ooooh, big deal. How about training your employees not to do that in the first place. Read less

Room left open by maid. Found door open upon our return around midnight. No body seemed to care or was available. Crappy customer service. We were regulars but not anymore.

Had an excellent experience at MGM. Room was nice. There are plenty of places to eat. Besides gambling, there are other things to do. We only went outside once. We had everything we needed at the MGM.
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Easy to get lost inside or go round in circles

Aug 1, 2025 Stephen D

The layout now suffers from removal of the main corner entrance, resulting in a maze of spaces with only two main entrances (east and west). Easy to get disorientated inside.... but lots to see and plenty of bars and restaurants. Finding the monorail from inside is a particular challenge.
