“Little Jewel Box in the Village”

I had such a lovely visit over a long weekend in October. The location is perfect for what I wanted to do—interesting neighborhoods to walk in, tons of little independent shops and dining spots, and easy access to the subway. The hotel itself is unique, cozy, and sophisticated without feeling pretentious. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, and the onsite restaurant is very good. One caution: I loved my little room, but if you're someone who needs/prefers a spacious hotel for whatever reason, you won't find that here. However if you've stayed in European hotels before and are comfortable with the smaller quarters, you'll likely love The Walker. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at the Hotel Walker and loved the art deco style, food and friendliness of the staff. A special shout-out to Jonathan whom I saw their morning, noon and night in order to ensure the smooth flow in the hotel. Can’t wait to go back and try more of what they have to offer.
