Pros: comfortable bed, quiet room, crib provided Cons: dark, very small, carpet is rank, not set up for families (rooms don’t connect, nothing provided other than a crib (no linen)

10/10 highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to NYC. Check-in was a breeze even though we missed a flight, drove into the city, and checked in at 4am. The hotel was rich in style and good swanky vibes. Great atmosphere. The restaurant had the best margherita pizza and perfect for a quick bite. Staff was welcoming and warm. The West Village is PERFECT in the fall, and the hotel is super close to the Halloween parade. Will definitely stay again soon.

Arrived at hotel at checkin time wet and cold expecting room to be ready but had to wait 40 minutes. Desk staff provided little information and we had to ask twice before they appeared to take action to resolve the matter. Next day it took a call at 4pm to get the room serviced. Room was very small but had good views of the ESB. Hotel generally dark and a bit dingy and staff not friendly other those in the bar. Did not meet our expectations and did not live up to presentation online.
