I had an outstanding experience at the DoubleTree by Hilton New York Times Square West, and a huge part of that was thanks to Carlos Diaz, the bellhop. From the moment I arrived, Carlos went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. His knowledge of the city was incredible—he didn’t just give generic suggestions, he provided specific tips on where to go and when to go, which saved me both time and money. Because of his guidance, I was able to avoid crowds, find better deals, and truly experience New York in a way I wouldn’t have on my own. His professionalism, friendliness, and genuine willingness to help made a lasting impression. Carlos is a true asset to the hotel, and he turned a great stay into an exceptional one. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel New York Times Square West and overall the facilities were good and I really have nothing to complain about. What truly made the stay stand out, though, was Akil. He went above and beyond helping me navigate a room change and walked me through how to handle a reservation change in the middle of my stay. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Extremely professional, helpful, and patient. He is absolutely management material.

We had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton New York Times Square West, and a big part of that experience was thanks to Akil Spencer. I came to celebrate my birthday, and from the moment we arrived, I felt completely at home, welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. It was the perfect place to celebrate such a special occasion. Rooms were clean, quiet and all the amenities that we needed for our stay to keep us comfortable and happy for the period like the fridge in our room and ice maker nearby. We totally got value for our money and a premium location. Akil checked us in and immediately made us feel comfortable with his warm, friendly attitude and professionalism. He was efficient, attentive, and ensured everything was in order for our stay. His positive energy really set the tone from the moment we arrived. The hotel’s location is also perfect, within easy walking distance to Times Square and so many nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay, and Akil’s excellent service definitely stood out. We will definitely be returning to this Hilton and would happily recommend it to others.
