The staff pretend to help but are doing g absolutely nothing to assist. I accidentally booked with a third party that would not allow me cancel. Citing a 1 hour window to modify a reservation! Beds were made 1x in 3 days. Room. Was poorly cleaned, leaving empty water bottles old and other things that were clearly trash. Also left things that dint belong to us.-a children's book. The view is simply awful.

Fast checkin. Alysse B. was the best of the best.
Great experience. Everything was good.
I will definitely choose this hotel next time. Most probably because of the check in hospitality.

We had a brilliant time here, the staff were lovely and a special mention to the bellhop - Carlos who was the friendliest and kindest person I have ever met. He was great with everyone and had a touch of class at the end giving out Kitkats and ice teas to our family ❤️

My stay was exceptional, thanks to Jane, the hotel's Front Desk/Check-in Agent. Jane is the perfect example of knowledge, courtesy, good-nature, and savvy. Quite simply, Jane is the best in the business. Thank you. See you again soon! Robert
