I just want to comment on the excellent service at the front desk, not only when we checked in, but also throughout our stay. We were fortunate to have Justin as our receptionist. He's an extraordinary employee with a clear vision for customer service, very kind, attentive to our needs, and with a great sense of humor and warmth. I have stayed at this hotel several times with my friends and we have enjoyed it every time. But this last time my trip was made to be very special as the employees made my stay one to remember. They got wind that I was a cancer survivor and Things changed from there. Steve at the front desk who checked me into my room ahead of time because I was not feeling well. He also listened as I mentioned that I was a cancer survivor and from there he and the staff which included Lisa, ALYSSE, Joseline, and Sata made my stay with one of my best friends, one of the best. To top things off one of the hospitality, housekeeping, staff decorated my room beautifully. The rooms were clean and if we had any problems, they attended to them very quickly. We needed a refrigerator for medication and they brought one to the room very fast. I would recommend this hotel to anybody that comes to New York and staying in the Manhattan area. PS the warm chocolate chip cookies are not to be missed either! Read less

They were very attentive to our needs. Conveniently located so that you can access everything this great city has to offer. Rooms are small but clean. Attention to service has been excellent - especially Justin and Carlos who have been super attentive to make sure we enjoy our stay.
