Adequate product but I would expect more from Hilton to be honest. Sense of arrival was not great, room size was ok and was clean, but very dated. Bathroom was tiny and the air con quite noisy so we couldn’t keep it on at night. Check in was quite chaotic and check out was more so. Only two lifts working, not enough when everyone was trying to get down to check out, after waiting almost 20minutes for a free lift we decided to go down the 12 flights of stairs! Staff on the ground floor could see many people struggling to do this but not acknowledgment or solution. Front desk team were not overly friendly or helpful, more interested in keeping their head down then helping customers. We did have a drink in the rooftop bar which was a nice space, a young crowd that were not all residents but good bar tenders up there. Read less

I’m a Hilton diamond member. I only mention that to say that I stay in dozens of Hiltons all over the world and know what to expect. The tone at this very below average property was set immediately when j approached the front desk (because as usual my digital key didn’t deliver) and the young guy at the front desk told me to wait without even looking up from his phone. I watched him laugh and smile at his phone while he sent a very important (yes that’s sarcasm) text to his friend group chat. When he finally looked up he barely said three words to me and shoved a piece of paper in my face eventually and said “sign here”. I try to avoid stereotyping but this was the classic rude New York “this is my world and you just live in it” vibe and attitude if I ever saw it. I don’t honestly care if you acknowledge my diamond status but I can’t remember the last time it WASN’T acknowledged before this. My room was i guess almost adequate if all you wanna do is sleep and shower in it. Theres no “do not disturb” sign to hang on the door so be prepared for constant harassment from housekeeping starting at 7am knocking every 30 minutes wanting to clean the room. telling them you don’t want or need it (which I did daily) means nothing. They’ll just keep knocking And then there’s the light surrounding the rectangular bathroom mirror. It’s on some kind of motion sensor detector that you can’t deactivate and every 15 seconds it’s starts blinking in one second intervals. I’ve stayed in over 100 hotels and never ever seen this. And I have no idea what benefit a constant blinking light serves. Unless the intent was to annoy me and make me avoid my bathroom at almost all costs. If THAT was the intent then mission very much accomplished. At the end of the day I’m disappointed in myself because based on the price being so much cheaper than everything else nearby and based on the poor ratings even on Hilton’s own website i should have known better. Just know you will get what you pay for here and there’s a reason why it’s so cheap. I genuinely hope to get a responses from management to see how they justify such a terrible property Read less

Started the check-in with top notch service from Kevin at the front desk. He made us feel extra welcome and a smooth arrival. The hotel is located a short walk from port authority, close to the hustle and bustle but not in the thick of it. Great rooftop views. Thanks to Kevin for all the great recommendations!

The service and friendliness was amazing at this place. Definitely my favourite hotel I have ever stayed at. Kevin was such a big help and made things so easy for us, he is the best, he made the experience a 10/10. Thanks

After a long day of traveling we encountered Kevin at the front desk and he definitely set the bar high! Not only was he attentive, he was very accommodating and able to give us snacks in lieu of the cookies. It was a great start to a long weekend stay!!
