“How can this be called a Hilton property?”

The bed was comfy... the rest was downhill. This is a 33 story building with two working elevators-- and it's been like this for almost a year. Hallway on my floor had the same pieces of paper on the carpet for our 3 day stay, so vacuuming not a thing. Worn, dirty carpet in our room. The front of the desk drawer came off in my hands. Bathroom was good, clean, and handicap friendly. No hot water one evening (not exactly peak shower time, eh?). Microwave and fridge a plus, so stock up because you can't just nip into the elevator for a quick trip the the bodega across the street for nibbles.

“Consistently going downhill in quality and service”

This hotel just continues to go downhill. I stay because of the location and have multiple times for workn and personal. The elevators take forever one was broke when I checked in, then two were down by the time checkout came. Room was ok but very musty. Up to 20 minutes to get either up or down from the 19th floor. The front desk is far from accommodating, I called to combine my two reservations, am a diamond member and they said they cannot do that. I got lucky and was able to book on the app the same room.

Fantastic location. great options on 8th for dinner. Excellent clean room that was very quiet. Microwave and mini fridge a bonus. coffee pod machine is free. (unlike some comments) no resort fee another bonus. However you will get charged usd100 per night hold fee on yr cc. so be mindful of this. Front staff pleasant but generally 'just doing their job' with no friendly chit chat. lifts not 'too bad' a little slow...otherwise wouldve liked to give it 5 stars. Would def stay here again. Book with confidence.
