The resort was fantastic and centrally located to all midtown Manhattan has to offer. The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was a wonderful experience. We hope to visit again real soon!

Hello, I recently stayed at the Hilton Midtown NYC location. I wanted to acknowledge Ashley In the Hilton club lobby area. I had a few questions about the hotel and area and she was super informative and professional. Extremely helpful and a very good employee to have. Thank you!
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Tired lounge, rude staff, moldy smells.

Horrible experience. The lounge is tired and the food is terrible, I would skip the executive lounge all together except maybe some fruit in the morning. The hotel oversold the two bedroom, had to wait three hours to get checked in. Room smelled moldy, the AC shuts off when you leave so the humidity builds up

Great location. Staff was friendly. The rooms were very outdated. Felt like a room from the 90's. Peeling wallpaper, old rug etc. Honestly, we all left the following day with our allergies acting up.
