One of the biggest draws of The Manhattan at Times Square is its location. It's just a few blocks away from major landmarks like Times Square, Broadway theaters, the Empire State Building, and Central Park. This makes it an excellent choice for tourists who want to be in the heart of the city's entertainment and shopping districts.

Our 10th floor room was outdated. Only 1 chair in the room. Would have been nice to have had 2 chairs to save one of us having to sit on the bed. The TV remote was missing and even after asking for one it never arrived. Constant droning noise from an air con unit meant we had to sleep with noise cancelling headphones in. Only 1 bedside table. Not enough seats in lobby for when checking out. No bathroom in the lobby. Read less

We had a nice room on the 18th floor that over looked 7th avenue and was just perfect for what we needed. We were able to walk 4 min to Din Tai Fung for dinner, walk 4 min a block away to catch a show, then go to Rockefeller center to see the Christmas tree lights a less than 8 minute walk away. We needed to heat up some leftovers from dinner and Racquel provided a microwave sent to our room. In the morning we got the best croissants at Angelina’s bakery a block away. I would highly recommend staying here especially if you can stay in one of the upper floor levels. Read less

Originally when we arrived I got charged a fee at the desk and that was fine , went up to the room hoping to have a shower after 13+ hours of travelling but no the shower wouldn’t even turn on I had to have a bath luckily the shower worked the next day for some reason ? The rooms are extremely outdated looks nothing like it did online the carpets in room/hallway were disgusting the mattress was very uneven one side looked and felt like the springs had just disappeared, the window wouldn’t shut right and did nothing but let cold air in and constant wind noise , we came back from getting breakfast one day and the heating had turned itself off after us specifically leaving it on full heat so it was warm when we came back (room was freezing) and then I came back to my country and another charge had came out of my account , overall a terrible experience and would not reccomend Read less
