“Ideal situation”

Leaky shower, no air conditioning and heating on, unable to turn off. Room was too warm. We were given another room, still as warm but no leaky shower ! Breakfast was a pastry, piece of fruit and a drink... Not what we expected, given the price. The bed was very comfortable though. The most positive about this hotel is its great location.

this hotel was absolutely disgusting! Myself & my partner came here mid November. We were put into our room. The room was terrible, mould all over the carpet, loose wires,dust all over the place and wallpaper coming off the wall. We asked to change room and the new one was no better, mould all over the bathroom & vents, holes in the bathtub. Serratia marcescens all over the showerhead and everything! Carpet in the corridor was all skuffed with lumps coming out of the carpet. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. The only bonus I got was the manager is refunding us our facilities fee, which is $45 dollars a night

This Hotel is at a great location if traveling with kids. It’s central and walking distance to many tourist areas like: Times Square, Central Park and eatery places.
