Senka Ana was very helpful upon check in after our long flight of 12 hours from Kuwait. We are first time visiting New York and we are very pleased with a service. Looking forward spending four nights here. Hotel is centrally located to all attractions and we are pleased about that too. Thank you for having us here.

I was REALLY hoping I wouldn't have to do this, but they've left me no other choice. My Fiancé and I stayed here for his birthday weekend, May 3-7th. The room is *REALLY* outdated, it smelled of mildew, *NONE* of the power outlets worked, except for the one in the bathroom, so we had to charge our phones one at a time. My Fiancé asked for a simple band aid for a blister I had and they kept telling him they didn't keep those on hand, despite the fact that it's a Cintas First Aid box and he literally WORKS for Cintas and knows what is required, BY LAW, to be kept on hand by hotels. On the day we left to fly back to our home state of Texas, he realized he left some shirts in the hotel closet. I immediately contacted the hotel and was told they had them. They said if I emailed them a shipping label, they would mail them back to us. I was given an email address and within 24 hours, I sent them a label. I then checked the status of the shipping every day for 3 days, and contacted the hotel when I noticed it hadn't updated. They told me they didn't know where the box was, and that none of the THREE PEOPLE that work in the lost/found/mailroom and known what happened to it. Here we are almost 3 weeks later, the tracking STILL hasn't updated and we STILL have not gotten the box. Now they are dodging my calls and are refusing to help me. Read less
