Amazing gym, best I’ve seen in a hotel. Loved that robes were provided in the hotel room along with slippers and complimentary water bottles. Great location as well, overall great experience.

Hotel is lovely and a fantastic location for conventions, the market and marina. The city itself is currently experiencing excessive open drug use and homelessness. It is advised to walk in groups.

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are great and have a great view. I arrived at 2PM, and was told my room was not ready. This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are great and have a great view. I arrived at 2PM, and was told my room was not ready. My bag was checked and my phone number taken and I was told that I would receive a call when my room was ready. I returned to the hotel at 5:30, and still had not receive a call about my room. I went to the front desk at 6pm and was told that the room was ready and the person helping me was suprorised that I had not received a call. I was given a $25 credit for the inconvenience. I placed a room service order for a bottle of wine. Using the automated system, I gave a time for delivery. I added a tip. The wine never arrived. I tried to call the Tidal Restaurant on the room service form, however, it went straight to voicemail. I wen to the front desk the next day to let them know that I had not received my order. I told the attendant that I tried to call Tidal but it went to voicemail. The front desk attendant told me that the number on the online form was incorrect and should not have been used. I am not sure how I would have known that. I asked for the charge to be removed. The front desk attendant assured me it would be removed. I had an early flight and asked that my bill be emailed to me when I checked out. When I reviewed the bill, I saw that he charge was still there. I tried calling and emailing to get this resolved but between the AI bots answering the phone, and continuing to be disconnected, i have not gotten this resolved. I don't usually stay at Hyatt hotels, and probably won't again. Read less

I’m a Hyatt Lifetime Globalist. Sometime before I checked in, I received emails from a VIP services person welcoming me and asking me if the hotel could get anything ready for me. I asked for extra bottles of water and foam pillows. Neither was provided when I checked in. And when I called for service, there was NO answer despite three attempts or I was routed to a Hyatt general line that listed room bookings and convention centre bookings etc but no one I could reach. Worse, when I checked in, the lady at the counter told me she didn’t know if the foam pillows had been delivered and she mentioned casually that hey - I could just call for the pillows. Very disappointed with the room as well. Tiny with no view to speak of. And everything is run down. Wish I’d stayed at the Sheraton or The W. This is a two star hotel. Read less
