My expectations of this property were high when booking my stay. I was not disappointed. The check in process was smooth and the staff was pleasant. The real star of the show is the room. It was perfect. Of course the room was clean...it was the attention to details that elevated the experience. The bed was perfect with the quality of the sheets and comforter beyond luxurious. The robes and extra pillows were also a nice addition. The refillable metal water bottles were perfect as well. I also appreciated the "green" approach with smaller single use soaps, key card use for lighting, etc. Overall I could not have had a better experience. I will definitely book this hotel on future visits to Seattle.

Stayed here for 2 days before a cruise. The location was prime for all different site seeing opportunities from Pike Place Market, the football stadium and the space needle. Staff was very friendly and helpful, my room was ready early, which after traveling from the east coast was a relief. Facilities are clean. I love the use of water fountains for reusable bottles. Also they offer a convenient shuttle service to the cruise ship terminal. Restaurant on site was beautiful and drinks were good (menu looked great too but we didn’t get a chance to eat there.) The Bagels were yummy as well. 10/10 will stay here again!

The hotel was beautiful! The room spacious & such an amazingly comfortable bed! The hotel is perfectly located to so many things! We could walk to Pikes Public Market & the Spaceneedle. Or right there by the monorail if you don't want to walk. The staff was incredible!
