Amazing location! Clean nice room. Location is excellent!! Proximity to the rim is perfection! The actual lodge is historic and beautifully maintained. The food in the restaurant is only okay, but the service is awesome. We loved Bryce Canyon and had an amazing visit.

We stayed at the Bryce Canyon Lodge on May 8th and 9th, and unfortunately, it was a deeply disappointing experience. The only redeeming aspect of our stay was the food at the restaurant, which was quite good. However, the service was poor, and nearly everything else fell short -- especially considering the high cost. Our room was a major letdown. It was uncomfortably hot, while the shower room was freezing. It took an unreasonably long time just to get warm water, which was incredibly frustrating. The room had no TV, no WiFi, and no cell service -- leaving us feeling completely cut off. Nearby areas like the main lodge and a nearby hotel had voice and data service, so there's no reason the cabins couldn't be similarly equipped. And no TV in this day and age? That's hard to justify. Service at the restaurant was painfully slow. We were told "I'll be with you," only to be left waiting far too long. The check-in process was chaotic as well, with staff who seemed unprepared and disorganized. Sadly, we won't be returning. A good meal simply doesn't make up for a poor night's sleep and inadequate service. Read less

I have mixed feelings. Location is fantastic- a short walk to the rim of the Canyon. That’s where the good feelings end. Staff are clueless as to quality service when staying somewhere that charges in excess of $400/ night. Housekeeping minimal- no replacement of tissues or tea bags, no replacement of empty toilet roll- in fact the toilet roll… Read more

Staff are clueless as to quality service when staying somewhere that charges in excess of $400/ night. Housekeeping minimal- no replacement of tissues or tea bags, no replacement of empty toilet roll- in fact the toilet roll spindle was left on the toilet!! Restaurant staff below par- maybe they don’t like Australians??? Food was ok though. Be aware of the following: No wifi No tv in cabins Cabins are small & dark Only 2 drinks per person when dining Cannot have an alcoholic beverage unless sitting to eat Front desk staff try to be helpful & are apologetic, but issues shouldn’t happen when paying so much for accomodation. This is an old lodge in the park with an amazing location. From our room we could walk to sunset and sunrise point with amazing views of the hoodoos. It was majestic. Dining room was great and food selection was typical. We were in a building that stood alone and rooms are older but cozy and clean. Nice patio right outside our room.

We stayed at the Bryce Canyon Lodge in early May 2025. The actual lodge has only four suites upstairs. The other accommodations are either cabins or two motels. They are all situated fairly close to each other. All offer quick walk to the rim for amazing views. If it is important to your trip to have wifi, it is available at the lodge in the common area, but the more people that are using it, the worse it gets, causing me to get bumped off numerous times. The cabins do not have wifi. The motels, Sunset and Sunrise, both have wifi available. The motels are also less expensive and we would have stayed at one of them, as I like wifi to plan our hikes, check the weather, etc. We stayed in a cabin and it was very comfy and cozy. Large for just the two of us. Had good Starbucks coffee maker. It had a gas fireplace, but it did not work and we asked to have it looked at, but no one ever came. Staff was pleasant and helpful. We had snow overnight and into the morning. Socked in with fog. It was very cold. Remember to pack your hat and gloves, jacket and appropriate footwear! 😊 Read less
