Stayed at the hotel for a few nights. Able to park in the basement with ease, lift up to check in. A long queue with only two agents on, after a wait of 25 minutes finally got to check in, I did ask why there were only 2 people on and no one else to help. Stayed at the hotel for a few nights. Able to park in the basement with ease, lift up to check in. A long queue with only two agents on, after a wait of 25 minutes finally got to check in, I did ask why there were only 2 people on and no one else to help. Had to visit check in desks during the stay to pick up dry cleaning, again another 15 minute wait to see someone and similar for check out best part of 25 minutes. Again I did query why they didn’t have more help. So all in all best part of 1.5hrs stood. Rooms very clean and spacious, good air con which helped with the hot and humid weather. We did want to eat in the skydome but was either fully booked or not open during the stay. Location was handy for shopping and pentagon and also hopping on the subway into DC. Read less

Gigi was great at check in! She was professional, kind, and accommodating. I didn’t have an early check in but she was able to get us checked in way before our time. Hotel was clean and all staff were friendly. Room was perfect and sizable. Thanks Gigi!

Sameer and Kyle went completely out of their way to make my wife's stay a special one with a special request I had for her. So rare to have such a great team to make a very memorable stay. Thank you a ton, you are the best. Can't wait for our next visit to the DC area to stay with you!

Jamil is an outstanding representative. He went way above and beyond to help me with my stay and I could not be more grateful. The room was great and staff friendly. I Would stay here again without a doubt. Especially if Jamil was working that week!

I recently spent 3 days and 2 nights at the Doubletree Hilton - Crystal City for a work conference. I want to make sure to give a shout out to a few employees who went out of their way to positively impact my experience. My colleagues and I arrrived several hours before the official check-in time. We asked if it was possible to check into one of our reserved rooms so we could put our bags down and freshen up. Gigi was helping us at the front desk that morning. She couldn’t have been any lovelier. Not only did Gigi find us all three rooms ready for check-in, but she also made sure they were on the same floor and right next to each other. Gigi’s customer service was perfect and delivered with a smile. Once we made it to our floor, the cleaning staff was working on adjacent rooms. They made it a point to warmly welcome us and ask if we needed anything from them. I’m sorry I didn’t get their names, but whoever was working the 12th floor near room 1252 on Sunday morning, April 27th, deserves to be recognized for their wonderful customer service. Monday, April 28th was the first day of the work conference. My group was scheduled to present a workshop in the first session after the keynote. As I was getting ready to head to the lobby for breakfast, I realized I had accidentally left a folder with documents my group needed for the presentation somewhere in the lobby area after we practiced the night before. I was panicked when I didn’t find the folder in the lobby. Lucky for me, Gigi was back at the front desk that morning. She got a hold of security to see if the folder had been turned in. When the answer was no, she offered to print documents for me if that would be helpful. No sooner had I sent Gigi the documents, that Sandy from security appeared holding my folder. He said that when it wasn’t in the lost and found, he thought it had possibly been turned in at the lobby bar the night before. Sure enough, Sandy found it behind the bar. I cannot fully express how thankful I was for both Gigi and Sandy’s patience and kindness. They both went out of their way to help me. Many thanks to both of them! Read less
