We decided to stay here at the last minute and Cookie gave us the best service possible and we loved it!! We are going to be staying here more often! The rooms were clean and had no problems. Glad to say we stayed an extra day and the rooms service was great!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ven. The staff were very accommodating, and didn’t hesitate to help with whatever was needed, especially Julie, Cookie, and another young man whose name I didn’t get. I would definitely stay here again!!

Best accommodations ever 10/10 would recommend. Everything was arranged for us and we felt welcomed and appreciated. The bus tour , the room and the staff were so kind and even fun to talk to! Hotel is clean and bar is close even have a roof top! Great views!
