Absolutely amazing! I can't thank the staff enough for making what is an already perfect holiday into one that was out of this world. A big thank you to Kailash and his team for helping me arrange a surprise birthday/proposal meal for my girlfriend (now fiancee). Thank you to Praveen, our butler, who was there throughout our stay to answer any questions we had and help make this a fantastic holiday. Praveen was also a massive help with the birthday surprise. Thank you to Muizz, Sham and Sampath for keeping us fed and watered at the pool bar and beach grill. Always there with a big smile asking how our day is going. A massive thank you to everybody on the island who we came into contact in, the constant smiles and hellos made this such a pleasant experience and one we will never forget. Snorkeling past sharks, sting rays, turtles and hundreds of fish is something I will remember for a long time. Read less

Amazing! Paradise perfection

We were looking for somewhere easy and clean to unwind and we really found that here. Aside from a little bit of bad weather on the tail end of monsoon season we could not fault a thing! This beautiful island paradise is the perfect place to slow down and enjoy some quality time together. The amenities and food were amazing. The place is pristine and well taken care of, as are you! The food was abundant and delicious. The cocktails were all hand made and delicious. The surfing and snorkelling were great fun and well organised. The staff… this place wouldn’t be what it is without them. They are so lovely and friendly. We loved chatting to them all. They are all so attentive and hospitable. We were so well taken care of, especially when the power outage affected us being able to move to our ocean water villa for our final 2 nights. We were communicated to with much care and attention and well taken care of to make up for it. Special mentions to the below staff: Chris - Chris was always there to help with every question and knew so much. He was very helpful to arrange the surfing pass for my partner which was amazing. Although they were so busy he was always smiling and calm. Praveen- amazing communication, nothing was an issue. Always smiling and able to assist with any request. Roshan - food and bev manager. His attention to detail rom breakfast to dinner every day did not go unnoticed. He was constantly ensuring him and his team catered to everyone guest perfectly. He also had time for a good laugh and to ask how we were. Once again always smiling! Rathnayake- Bar tender at main bar. Every drink we ordered no matter what time of day or how busy was amazing! He kept his area so well organised and was always quick with his drink deliveries! We loved chatting to him and getting to know him. He worked so hard but made it look so easy! All the other staff we encountered from cleaners, boat drivers, food and bev to the spa were all beautiful and really made the experience so special. This was overall a great experience throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and tidy in the Ocean Villa and I’d definitely recommend Ocean Villa as it is worth and a nicer experience if you like quiet places. The rooms had a fantastic view of the ocean and the sunset. The service of Butler Thurasha and other butlers too were fantastic and they always made sure that we were enjoying our holiday and refilled our drinks, cleaned our rooms everyday. It was sunny for the first 2 days and scorching hot however then it was cloudy and a little rainy during the afternoons but the windy weather but perfect for swimming or snorkelling in the ocean as it wasn’t too hot.
