We received excellent service from the resort. We had an excellent service from our Butler by the name,Thushara G. He has been there whenever we need any form of assistance. Upon arrival we were also warmly welcomed by the staff and Uresh Silva also assisted with our room transfer to the beautiful Ocean Villa. 🙌🍾🙏💯

Other aspects though, on two occasions I had to call Reception multiple times to be assisted and in one instance waited three hours eventually having to message the guest services manager for help. Nonetheless, still enjoyed our stay.
One element of the hotel didn't sit well with me though and that was having to pay an extra USD 30 per person for an additional lunch when the package is sold as all inclusive. We arrived early (not by choice as there are specific flights to Male that arrive early)
We had to pay additional for one lunch as our package only started at dinner time on the day of arrival. Whilst I didn't have an issue with it I would like to recommend to you rather just include this in the overallpackage price. It's quite annoying to pay for a premium package and then have additional costs added just because we arrived early. Just include it in the package. Other guests who didn't know this had to sit on their last day and be excluded from lunch because they were not aware that they had to pay an additional amount. On the subject of USD .... everything is expensive if not included in the package. An extra USD30 for the lunch not included. USD 500 for a massage for two people for two and a half hours. I have no issue with the staff and the food was great but a bit ridiculous in terms of additional extras. Whilst I will go back to the Maldives one day again, it probably won't be Adaaran Select Hudhuranfushi

From thoughtfully arranging a birthday cake for our son to guiding us through the resort and coordinating our requests, he ensured every detail was taken care of with warmth and efficiency. His responsiveness and proactive approach gave us complete peace of mind throughout the stay.
Once we were at the Ocean Villa, Dilan Joel, our butler, took the experience to another level. He was outstanding in handling all our pick-up and drop requests and was always kind, attentive, and eager to help—whether it was sharing suggestions or helping us capture special moments with photos. His professionalism and genuine hospitality truly stood out.
Only disappointing part for Water Sports activity where the agency was not all at supportive or motivate to even accommodate any small request. Rather they were discouraging tourists from snorkelling and other water sports activities.
