The hotel’s location is excellent, with abundant sea life and fantastic snorkeling. It is genuinely one of the better all-inclusive resorts in terms of natural surroundings.
We were initially placed in a Garden Villa, which was unfortunately in very poor condition and not acceptable for the price paid. We later upgraded to an Ocean Villa with butler service. While the Ocean Villa was still quite dated, it was comfortable and a definite improvement.
The swimming pool is old, poorly located, and disappointing, especially considering the resort’s potential. On a positive note, the grounds throughout the resort are spotless and very well maintained. We used the photographer which was excellent I highly advise.
The food was excellent at all restaurants, with the Beach Grill and pizza outlet being the standout options.
We were disappointed to discover that we paid significantly more for our upgrade than other guests, which felt unfair. From what we observed, the Beach Villas appear to be the best accommodation choice, and I would recommend opting for that category if available.
It was noticeable that European guests were treated more favorably, which should never happen. We also did not see a manager once during our stay, and a beach party included in our package was never arranged, which was disappointing.
Housekeeping requires major improvement, as this was an issue in both the Garden Villa and Ocean Villa.
A helpful improvement would be for reception to provide a small information booklet, including details about the marine life around the resort, which would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Overall, this is a great resort with incredible natural beauty, but it is clearly tired and in need of upgrades, stronger management presence, and more consistent service. I would consider returning once improvements have been made.
