The hotel

Sandy beaches, crystal clear lagoons and coral reefs teeming with tropical fish are literally on your doorstep at Adaaran Select Huduranfushi. Water sports are in abundance here, complimented by some amazing dives in the scenic lagoon that the island borders. There's also tennis, volleyball, Yoga and more on offer here, so there's plenty to experience! Oven-baked pizzas and sumptuous buffets are on the menu, and we're sure you'll love relaxing in the Tiki Bar or Beach Bar.

Located in North Male Atoll, on lovely Hudhuran Fushi Island. Transfer time from Male International Airport: 30 minutes by speedboat.

All rooms feature air conditioning, bathroom amenities, flip-flops, beach bag, mini-bar, tea/coffee and espresso making facilities, in-room safe, telephone, complimentary WiFi, and TV with cable channels. Garden Villas are spacious and located throughout the hotel, sleeping maximum 3 people.


Premium All Inclusive: breakfast, lunch and dinner at Banyan Restaurant. Lunch and dinner also available at Indian Pavilion. Snacks at Beach Grill from 10:00am – 7:00pm. Oven baked pizza at Lohis Wave from 10:00am – 10:00pm. Snacks available at Hiyala Bar. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Mini bar replenished once daily. Sunset cruise and Dolphin cruise (stays of five nights and below may experience one of either Sunset cruise or Dolphin cruise. Stays of six nights or more can experience both). Unlimited snorkelling excursion (prior reservation required). Complimentary snorkelling fins and masks (prior reservation recommended). Free entrance to beach party. Cookery demonstration (once a week). Cocktail demonstration (once a week). Non-motorised water sports included windsurfing (license required), catamaran (license required), canoe and stand up paddle. Other sports and recreation, including tennis, badminton, table tennis, beach volleyball, football, pool, and other games and activities.

Family Beach Villas provide spacious accommodation for families, sleeping maximum 6 people.

Sunset Family Beach Villas feature great sunset views, sleeping maximum 6 people.

Sunrise Ocean Villas are located along a wooden causeway, with thatched roofs and wooden exteriors, encompassing sea views and stairways with direct access into the ocean, and great sunrise views. Sleeping maximum 3 people.

Great holiday experience, plenty of food, plenty of cocktails and plenty of activities included in the price. Water Aerobics with Ishara was a great fun way to start every day.

Came for surf and we were treated like royalty all week long at Lohis bar and pizzeria. Kailash, Azeez and Mushil have mastered their craft. They know what to bring you before you even order. These guys definitely set the bar high for the rest of the resort.

A little slice of paradise on this island. Loved every minute. We were met at the airport & given cold flannels & water then picked up after a little wait & travelled by speed boat to the island. About 30mins. The ride was exhilerating! We had a deluxe beach villa & upgraded for our last few days to an ocean villa. Caring staff- many thanks to Sathees and Mathu for looking after us so well. We did the sunset cruise and snorkelling - both enjoyable. Saw dolphins & sharks & the marine life is unbelievable. I would recommend taking shoes for the sea as coral can be sharp , insect repellant and plenty of suncream. The fridge was stocked daily with drinks & beer, fresh beach towels daily brought to the villa, plenty of water & little Cadbury chocolate sweets. The water bottles don't fit in the fridge so take a small bottle to refill & keep cold. We enjoyed the pool but some maintenance & cleaning of sunbeds is needed on poolside to improve it. The pool was extremely warm - lovely for standing drinking in but not so great for proper swimming however the sea is oerfect for this. Thr pool is also open to day visitors which could sometimes make it quite noisy & busy. We tended to stay on the beach. When we stayed in the ocean villa, we had a sunrise villa so went back to the beach for sun in the afternoon. Most of the sunbeds are numbered for the beach & garden villas so we struggled to find a bed to lay on so ended up by the pool. I really wanted the ocean villa for the whole holiday but it wasn't available with Virgin when I booked. However in the end, I was so pleased we stayed in the beach villa now because of this. We had a delux beach villa & couldnt fault it - the bathroom was outside! All very private and nothing was too much trouble for the staff- very caring. They provided a cake, fruit & wine for my birthday & decorated the bed. Sathees looked after us well from the minute we arrived & arranged our upgrade for the last 2 nights in the ocean villa where we were looked after by Mathu. This cost USD 150 per night. He was quick to respond to messages & alwaysavailable to pick us up in the golf buggy ro drive us back & forth if we wanted it. The food was all self service, even the a la carte restaurant and always plenty of choice. We never felt hungry! The cocktails were good - there is a varied selection for the All Inclusive - we were a bit disappointed that mojito wasn't in the all inclusive choices but soon made up for it with the others! Thank you to Sathees, Mathu and all the staff that made this such a memorableand probably our most relaxing holiday. I would definitely recommend A trip to paradise! Read less
