Our allocated butler Thushara drove us to our overwater villa. From this moment onwards we consistently received an excellent level of professional service we will never forget and will forever appreciate. Along the way he clearly explained the extensive offerrings of the numerous restaurants, bars and activities at the resort. We were provided with all the necessary information details and Thushara's direct contact details. Upon learning we were celebrating our 22nd wedding anniversary Thushara arranged an unforgettable evening complete with a private dining experience, champagne and cake. The saxaphonist even played our wedding song for us which provided us with many happy memories and a very special evening indeed !! But it didnt end there ... Thushara had another wonderful surprise awaiting - an exquisitely decorated bed done by our wonderful housekeeper Moosa. Every morning of our stay Thushara sent a kind message which made me feel very happy and his prompt responsiveness and problem solving skills and constant support of us has made our world shine.
