The hotel

Sandy beaches, crystal clear lagoons and coral reefs teeming with tropical fish are literally on your doorstep at Adaaran Select Huduranfushi. Water sports are in abundance here, complimented by some amazing dives in the scenic lagoon that the island borders. There's also tennis, volleyball, Yoga and more on offer here, so there's plenty to experience! Oven-baked pizzas and sumptuous buffets are on the menu, and we're sure you'll love relaxing in the Tiki Bar or Beach Bar.

Located in North Male Atoll, on lovely Hudhuran Fushi Island. Transfer time from Male International Airport: 30 minutes by speedboat.

Hotel information

All rooms feature air conditioning, bathroom amenities, flip-flops, beach bag, mini-bar, tea/coffee and espresso making facilities, in-room safe, telephone, complimentary WiFi, and TV with cable channels. Garden Villas are spacious and located throughout the hotel, sleeping maximum 3 people.


Premium All Inclusive: breakfast, lunch and dinner at Banyan Restaurant. Lunch and dinner also available at Indian Pavilion. Snacks at Beach Grill from 10:00am – 7:00pm. Oven baked pizza at Lohis Wave from 10:00am – 10:00pm. Snacks available at Hiyala Bar. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Mini bar replenished once daily. Sunset cruise and Dolphin cruise (stays of five nights and below may experience one of either Sunset cruise or Dolphin cruise. Stays of six nights or more can experience both). Unlimited snorkelling excursion (prior reservation required). Complimentary snorkelling fins and masks (prior reservation recommended). Free entrance to beach party. Cookery demonstration (once a week). Cocktail demonstration (once a week). Non-motorised water sports included windsurfing (license required), catamaran (license required), canoe and stand up paddle. Other sports and recreation, including tennis, badminton, table tennis, beach volleyball, football, pool, and other games and activities.

Beach Villas are located along the outline of the atoll with prime beach frontage. Sleeping maximum 3 people.

Deluxe Beach Villas are newer and more spacious than Beach Villas, and sleep maximum 3 people.

Sunset Beach Villas feature great sunset views, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Family Beach Villas provide spacious accommodation for families, sleeping maximum 6 people.

Sunset Family Beach Villas feature great sunset views, sleeping maximum 6 people.

Sunrise Ocean Villas are located along a wooden causeway, with thatched roofs and wooden exteriors, encompassing sea views and stairways with direct access into the ocean, and great sunrise views. Sleeping maximum 3 people.

We had a great stay at the resort. Our waiter Salim has been a real joy. Make sure you pay him a visit in the Indian Pavillion in Banyan restaurant!

Salim was great at banyan restaurant. Very courteous. We had a stay for 4 days. All days and meals were very comfortable.

Because we had the water villa, we were met by Thushara, a wonderful butler. He personally escorted us to the reception for a quick check in, we exchanged contacts, and from that moment he became essential. He gave us tips, he took us up and down (with a gold car) to the water villa that was quite far away from reception and restaurants and he took care of every requests we had, by the beach or in the room. He was really amazing, 5 stars for him. The room was also very nice, big, comfortable and it had everything we needed. Also the housekeeping team was very nice and helpful. The resort: perfect size, not too big, not too small. Nice quiet beaches, amazing beach grill bar where you can get drinks but also burgers and fries. Thanks Dinesh, wonderful bartender. Janaka, food and beverage manager, was extremely nice and helpful, as well as the manager at ocean restaurant (I don’t remember his name). They both accommodated our requests and they made my wife’s birthday perfect, by making sure that the “intimate indulgence packages” was delivered exactly as we wanted it but also by surprising us with songs, cakes and special messages in our room. The package is a bit expensive but totally worth it. Shoutout also for the snorkelling team, nice and friendly guys. WiFi was a bit of a problem, but I dont think that other islands have a better connection. Read less

We recently stayed for 9 nights in a beach villa, the room was quite basic but spacious and kept very clean by the lovely Ashraf. It's quite a large island and our room (175) was a bit of a walk from the main reception but we quite liked that. We were opposite the lagoon and walking into the sea from the beach was like wading into a fish tank - there were lots of different types of fish, we also enjoyed watching the hermit crabs and the bats in the evening. It's a very simple chilled no news no shoes feel on this island, leave your fancy outfits at home, it's very casual - I've never felt so relaxed and cared for. I'm coeliac, so all inclusive is usually difficult but I was incredibly well looked after by Samantha one of the Sri Lankan Chefs - he made sure that everything I ate was Gluten free, accompanying me around the buffet and even made sure I had a special dessert and if I wanted ice cream that it was from a fresh pot to avoid any cross contamination risks, nothing was too much trouble for him, he is a total asset to this resort and deserves recognition for this. Other staff I must mention are KK, the chefs in the Indian Pavilion, the Sri Lankan chef who made omlettes and hoppers in the banyan restaurant (sorry I didn't get his name) Lohis bar for the excellent GF pizzas and Sampath at the beach bar who all made sure I wasn't glutened and didn't make me feel like I was an inconvenience. I'm now torn as we will be coming back to the Maldives and I usually don't go to the same resort twice but I may have to break my rule... Read less
