Multi-generational Maldives

Lovely trip with multi generations of family (70s/ 40s/ late teens/early 20s). First time in the Maldives and we all agreed it’s our best holiday yet! Plenty included activities for everyone to enjoy (paddle boarding, snorkelling, dolphin and sunset cruises were all enjoyed)-and was great to give diving a try for first time! We could have also tried the yoga and surfing but ran out of time! And for those needing a chilled holiday (me) I even managed to finish 2 books for the first time in years! All inclusive is a must and everyone could just enjoy themselves without worrying about a big bill. Tried the couples massage and reflexology and cupping at the spa and can definitely recommend. Scenery is truly gorgeous and we even had a dinner looking out over some reef sharks! Santhees and the management team made sure the trip was memorable with two birthday cakes and an amazing beachfront private dinner!! All the staff were very friendly and it was a nice mix of families and couples so can imagine would be good for honeymooners too. We were worried that the “kids” would be bored but with all the activities (and wifi) we all had time together and to ourselves - so the trip was a success! Read less

Best holiday ever

Amazing. All staff were lovely. Surf guides were super as was the yoga instructor. The waves were incredible and I would urge the resort to keep the numbers capped at Lohis surf break. The vibe was amazing too. I would urge guests on surf packages to check that all discounts are properly applied at the end of their stay. Loved the food and atmosphere at the bar and restaurants. Whilst the sunset restaurant is lovely, the lady taking bookings was not pleasant and a bit snobby. We asked for outside table and she said they were all booked out which was not true when we went outside to have a look. I felt she was looking for tips to give us an outside seat. Our accommodation was lovely and the staff looking after our room made us feel special. For Australians, the tipping is unclear and so we had to guess what was appropriate. Read less

Beautiful resort to chill swim snorkeling do your self a favour and upgrade to an over the water!! Lots of fish reef sharks and great service from Our butler Jayesh he was there for everything we needed !! Make sure you get an inclusive package as additional items are expensive in US$
