593 suites across 2 towers, dressed with avant-garde style furniture and Total-Rest Beds®. All with air-conditioning, smart TV, stocked mini-bar with water, sodas, beer and juice (refilled daily) digital alarm clock and USB ports, safe, 1 king-size bed, or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults. Every suite has a large bath, double sinks, a rain style shower and bathrobes. Junior Suites enjoy views of the ocean or golf course.

Guests staying in the Mexican state Quintana Roo are required to pay a travel tax of $11 per adult (over 15 years old), subject to change. My husband and I just returned from our honeymoon, and our stay exceeded every expectation! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional service, beautiful accommodations, delicious food, and stunning pools. If you’re looking for a more relaxing and exclusive experience, I highly recommend booking an Inspira Suite. The added pool access was absolutely worth it and provided a quieter atmosphere, especially later in the week when the main pools became more crowded. A special shoutout to Jose at the Skyline Bar, who made some of the best margaritas we’ve ever had! The rooms were immaculate—spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed spending time in our room simply because the ambiance was so peaceful and luxurious. The spa was insanely amazing and so relaxing. Aba was our girl we loved her so much. Our favorite dining experience was at Casa de Luna. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was incredible, and our server, Eric, provided exceptional service that made the experience even more memorable. Overall, we felt that every aspect of the resort delivered tremendous value and made our honeymoon truly special. Every restaurant offered high-quality ingredients, beautiful presentation, and outstanding service. Dining here was truly one of the highlights of our vacation. A special thank you to our incredible butlers, Brandon and Pingting, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. They expertly coordinated our dinner reservations, spa appointments, and golf outings, ensuring everything was effortless and enjoyable. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care made a lasting impression. The hydrotherapy experience at the spa is an absolute must-do. It was one of the most unique spa experiences I've ever had. And if you’re fortunate enough to book a massage with Gladys, do it! She truly has magic hands. We had an excellent stay on our honeymoon as a couple looking to relax. Carlos and Gilda’s service at the relaxing pool was the highlight of our trip, as they provided excellent hospitality every day and made our stay very memorable. The food was all very high quality and delicious.
