Our room was well appointed and cleaned and restocked on a daily basis. We went for the AI option. Although the resort doesn’t advertise it as a selling point as such, they catered for my gluten free diet perfectly including baking bread on site and even a pizza one day. Fantastic attention to detail. The Rhodes resturant is superb and a great legacy to Gary Rhodes. Read less

We returned to the Calabash Resort to celebrate a significant birthday and our 50 Wedding Anniversary knowing we would have a warm welcome back. The accommodation is comfortably furnished and set in delightful well maintained grounds. Everything feels very spacious with tasteful decor. The food is very tasty with imaginative menus and always high quality. Perhaps the most important thing for us are the staff. Many remembered us from our last visit. The staff are polite and willing to please. The resort has obviously invested well in staff training and it shows to great effect. We had a pool suit and found it ideal giving us an alternative private space to chill after a morning on the beach followed by a light lunch. We will be returning in the next 12 months to enjoy some more peace and tranquillity. Thank you to the whole “Calabash Team” for making our stay so memorable. John & Penny Read less

A great location 10 mins from the airport. A smart upmarket resort that manages to combine class with a relaxed atmosphere. We loved every bit : Front Desk - welcoming and came out to wave us off Housekeeping - rooms were very clean and comfortable, and always well maintained and all public areas were meticulously kept clean. Restaurants - high quality, tasty food served by knowledgeable and welcoming staff. Entertainment - a good mix of different types. Facilities - 3 restaurants, a beach, a pool, a bar, a boutique shop, a gym and a scuba diving school. What more do you need? Quiet and calm. An ideal break from work. Value for money - admittedly not the cheapest, but worth every penny. If you want quality you have to be prepared to pay. Read less

Met many guests who were on their 14-25th visit which says it all. Lots of nice touches and an extremely well run hotel. The West Indies Scuba in the grounds is a great addition with excellent, professional staff who provide snorkeling and diving. We ate very well and I can thoroughly recommend this hotel for a very relaxing getaway in Grenada. We will definitely re-visit and discover more of the Island. Read less
