Simply wonderful. The Calabash Hotel is one of those rare places that exceeds every expectation. From the moment you arrive, it's clear that every detail has been thoughtfully considered. Nothing feels forced or scripted—just genuine hospitality delivered at the highest level. What truly sets Calabash apart is the people. The owner, Leo, is actively engaged and present, which says a lot about the culture of the property. His passion for the hotel is evident in every aspect of the guest experience. The staff is exceptional. They take tremendous pride in everything they do and make you feel less like a guest and more like a friend visiting their home. Everyone is friendly, upbeat, attentive, and genuinely invested in ensuring your stay is perfect. The food is absolutely off the charts. Every meal is outstanding, and the little touches make it even more special. Each evening, you're treated to a chef's snack, and when you return from dinner, your room has been turned down and prepared for a restful night. It's these thoughtful details that elevate the experience from great to unforgettable. I honestly can't say enough good things about this place. The service, cuisine, accommodations, and overall atmosphere are all world-class. Leo, your hotel is a true gem. Thank you for creating such a special place. We will absolutely be back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Read less

The most fantastic experience for our special anniversary. The room key cards said it all ‘Welcome home’. We felt like we were part of an extended family. Tranquil, beautiful and luxurious.

I highly recommend Calabash. My husband and I stayed in a pool suite which private and luxurious. The massage I had at the spa was one of the best I’ve had. We are an adventurous couple so we hiked Mt. Qua Qua and Au Coin and Fountain Bleh waterfalls. We also did a 4 hour island tour, all of which were arranged by the hotel. I recently returned from a stay at Calabash Hotel in Grenada, and it's the kind of property that reminds you what genuine hospitality actually feels like. Nothing here felt manufactured or scripted. It was just real care, shown in every part of the experience. The Food: Absolutely spectacular from start to finish. Dinner at Rhodes was a genuine highlight. I had the duck breast, and it was cooked to perfection, beautifully plated, and honestly one of the best dishes I've had anywhere in the Caribbean. You could tell real skill and care went into every element on the plate. Even the more casual meals at the beach club felt elevated, like real thought had gone into every dish instead of just checking a box. The Details: What really sets Calabash apart is how much care goes into the small things. From personalized touches in the suite to the little in-suite treats delivered each evening, nothing felt like an afterthought. You can tell this is a family run property because that pride of ownership shows up everywhere, right down to the smallest gesture. The Setting & Service: The grounds are gorgeous. The infinity pool, the gardens, the beach just steps away. But honestly, it was the staff who made the stay truly memorable. Warm, attentive, and never intrusive. It's the kind of place where you start to understand why so many guests are on their tenth, fifteenth, even twentieth return visit. Overall: If you're considering Grenada, don't overthink it. Book Calabash. It's the rare hotel that actually lives up to its reputation, and I'll be recommending it to everyone I know!!!! Read less
