This place is superb. Been here 5 days and looking forward to the next 5. Food is superb with something for every taste. Normally on all inclusive i get very bored with the food and don't normally bother with breakfasts...not the case here. The young lady who does the omelettes in the morning is superb and all the staff go above and beyond especially given the long hours they appear to do. The resort is spotless and lovely. Just arrived back from the island hopping tour. The young lady who was our guide was so knowledgeable and friendly...superb. Only minor moan is the shower in 361 doesn't appear to heat up but to be honest not a showstopper as it can be quite refreshing after a day in the heat so haven't bothered raising a complaint. Water villas are amazing ...absolutely love the place even though it's only half full due to the troubles elswhere. We're on a direct flight so not been hit by the disruption a few others here have been but what a place to be stranded... could do a lot worse Read less

Amazing holiday! We spent 11 nights in Hakuraa and we loved everything. This was such a pleasure to be at so well organized place, from reusable water bottles on arrival through spa bookings, excursions, snorkelling trips, same dinning table each day, until wake up call on your departure day to not miss your transfer. Food was amazing, yes it was repeating but we did not get bored of it as you could have something different every day. Island is well looked after with tropical plants and flowers. We were in beach bungalow which was spacious and very comfortable. Yes you might need ear plugs as sea plane and birds are loud in the morning but we actually really liked it. Small island but we have done miles every day, walking on the wooden bridges were we have seen so many different fish, sharks, sting rays, manta rays and eagle rays. We will definitely come back one day. Thank you to everyone in Hakuraa for making our stay unforgettable. Read less
