Stayed in an over water bungalow which was amazing, waking up to the view was a dream come true. Well equipped large room and kept immaculately clean and well stocked by Naseer, a lovely guy, so friendly and helpful, looked forward to seeing him each morning for a chat.
We were on the standard all inclusive and was very impressed with the food, felt no need to upgrade to the premium all inclusive. Food was excellent and made even better by our waiter, Shifaz, very attentive, nothing was too much trouble and make all mealtimes a delight, a real credit to the resort.
Pool bar was lovely for pre and after dinner drinks served by the super friendly Safwaan, knew what we wanted before we did, great guy!
We did not go to the Seafood restaurant as not included in the AI and very expensive, after speaking to others that had a meal there, was not worth the money. We were very happy with the buffet restaurant.
There is another bar on the beach but never seemed to be open during the day only on evenings but apart from 5 to 6 was not included in the AI which was a shame. At lunchtimes there is only the buffet restaurant available, no snack bar, which would have been nice.
Most days it was about 30 degrees with the odd downpour some evenings but soon over. Take factor 50 as the UV is brutal.
if you are after total relaxation this is the place. All staff are absolutely amazing and make this place what it is, would return in a heartbeat.
