In Meemu Atoll, 145km south of Malé Island. Transfer time from Malé International Airport: 45 minutes by seaplane (remember to pack light for the seaplane transfer as luggage allowance is 20kg plus 5kg hand luggage, per person).

10 Standard Bungalows, 70 Water Bungalows and 20 Platinum Beach Bungalows are built around two islands with direct access to the lagoon. All with sun deck, air-conditioning, lounge area with glass-bottomed floor (in water Bungalows), TV, tea/coffee-making facilities, mini-bar*, safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board (on request), and bathrobes. Beach Bungalows are in a secluded inland location on the main island in close proximity to the main pool & bar with 1 double bed, plus an extra bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.

Platinum Beach Bungalows are located on a small private island with a private outdoor swimming pool, bar and lounge and restaurant. The island is connected to the main resort via a walkway and is for adults 18 years above only.

We had the most incredible stay at Cinnamon Hakuraa Huraa and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better Maldives experience. The island is absolutely beautiful, the rooms were stunning, the food was amazing and the whole resort genuinely felt like paradise. However, what made our holiday truly unforgettable was the incredible staff and the way they went above and beyond for us throughout our stay.
A huge special mention has to go to Shifaz, our waiter, who was absolutely amazing. From the beginning of our holiday, he was so friendly, attentive and welcoming and always made sure we had everything we needed. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for him, and he genuinely cared about making our experience special. He quickly became one of the highlights of our holiday, and we were genuinely sad when he went on vacation towards the end of our stay!
While Shifaz was away, Dhaain and Keerthi looked after us and were equally lovely. They made sure we continued to be really well looked after and were always friendly, attentive and welcoming. We really appreciated everything they did for us.
We also want to give a special mention to Sandun, who helped us organise our excursions. He was brilliant — so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and made arranging everything so easy. Our excursions gave us some amazing memories from the Maldives, and we’re so grateful for all his help.
We visited during my mum’s birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make her day incredibly special. The housekeeping team decorated our bedroom beautifully for her birthday, which was such a lovely surprise to come back to. The waiting staff also surprised her with a birthday cake, which made the occasion feel even more special. 🎂🤍
Another huge thank you has to go to the ladies at the spa. They were absolutely incredible throughout our visit and made my mum feel so special on her birthday. They even decorated the spa room especially for her, which was such a thoughtful touch and something we weren’t expecting at all. The treatments and whole spa experience were amazing, but it was their kindness and effort that really stood out to us. It was such a lovely part of her birthday and something we’ll always remember.
It was all of these little personal touches that made Cinnamon Hakuraa Huraa stand out. The resort itself is stunning, but the people working there are what truly make it special. Everyone we encountered was so kind, welcoming and genuinely seemed to care about making our holiday the best it could possibly be.
Thank you so much to everyone at Cinnamon Hakuraa Huraa, and especially Shifaz, Sandun, Dhaain, Keerthi, the housekeeping team and the wonderful spa ladies. You helped make our Maldives holiday — and particularly my mum’s birthday — something we will remember forever.

The balcony/terrace area had 3 different seating areas. I would spend hours here- watching the beautiful blue waves crashing in harmony with nature.
The food in the main restaurant was of a very high standard. With a huge variety there was something for everyone. The staff were very attentive and no request was too small. From the waiting staff to the chefs- everyone was very friendly and polite.
I became very unwell during my stay and saw the resort doctor. She was very thorough and attentive. I was given a restricted died to follow
The next day the chef asked if I was feeling better & offered to cook me anything that I needed. Various members of management asked me if I was feeling better .I was very pleasantly surprised at the care they showed. This friendliness & warmth was shown by EVERYONE on the resort. From the gardeners, waiting staff, chefs, bar staff and higher management. I don't think I have been anywhere in my many travels where the staff are so consistent in their care & warmth towards guests.
I used the Spa in the resort & was given 5* treatment from the minute I arrived to the minute I left.
During our stay we did an island hopping excursion which took us to 2 local islands. Our guide was a lovely young lady who was very knowledgeable and fun to be with
The island itself is extremely beautiful . There are many different areas around the resort for you to enjoy, marvel in it's beauty & relax- often you will be the only people there. The water is crystal clear and you can walk a great distance into the sea safely. We were lucky enough to see many different species of fish including a giant Stingray.
The most beautiful and tranquil place I have ever stayed at with the kindest and most attentive staff.
We will be back.
