My husband and I spent the most fantastic 12 nights at this absolutely beautiful hotel . From the perfect grounds to the cute cottages with coffee drop post boxes it is the perfect place to unwind and chill . The food is fantastic ( no buffets 👍) as are the cocktails ! What makes this resort stand out from others are the amazing staff that make it all happen . Every member of staff is a credit to Cocobay , the friendliest place I have ever been . We stayed at the Cocobay resort from July 21-28, 2026. We stayed in the Fungee Bungalow, which was their high end, panoramic, full ocean view bungalow. We LOVED our bungalow! The deck was amazing and we never wanted to leave it! This resort reminded us of a high-end dirty dancing feel. We absolutely loved EVERYTHING about the Cocobay Resort. This is NOT a party resort. This resort is full romance, relaxation, and slow moving. If you want to relax, float, eat good meals, enjoy the cliff side cabanas… this is the place for you. We have traveled to Mexico, Jamaica, Turks, and the Dominican Republic, and this by far is our favorite resort. The ocean water, ambiance and the staff were all incredible. All staff at the resort spoke English, which has not been the case on many other islands. You will not be disappointed! Read less

Our vacation to Antigua was exactly what we needed. My girlfriend and I both work extremely demanding careers. I’m a business owner, entrepreneur, and college and career counselor, while she’s a nurse. Our lives are very structured, fast-paced, and filled with responsibility. We weren’t looking for a vacation packed with activities—we were looking for peace, relaxation, and an opportunity to simply slow down and enjoy each other’s company. We chose Antigua because neither of us had ever been there before. After researching several resorts, we intentionally avoided the large, crowded resorts. We wanted something that felt intimate, peaceful, and connected to the natural beauty of the island. CocoBay Resort immediately stood out, and we’re so thankful we trusted our instincts. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right decision. What we didn’t expect was that the people would become the most memorable part of our trip. Every single person we encountered welcomed us with genuine warmth, kindness, and positive energy. To me, character and energy matter more than anything, and CocoBay has assembled an incredible team of people who truly care about what they do. This wasn’t the typical “customer service” experience. These were real conversations with real people. We learned about Antigua from the people who call it home. They shared stories about the island, local markets, festivals, nightlife, culture, and their own lives. We shared ours as well, and somewhere along the way, many of the staff stopped feeling like employees and started feeling like friends. Those interactions transformed what would have been a great vacation into an unforgettable one. The food was phenomenal. The views were breathtaking. The location was beautiful. The atmosphere was peaceful. Everything about the resort exceeded our expectations. But what truly separates CocoBay from other resorts isn’t just the scenery—it’s the people. I sincerely hope everyone we mentioned by name receives the recognition they deserve. Even if we’ve accidentally forgotten someone or misspelled a name, please know that every person who made our stay special contributed to an experience we’ll never forget. If this review reaches the resort’s owners, general manager, or leadership team, I want you to know that you’ve built something special—not just because of the property itself, but because of the incredible people you’ve chosen to represent it. My wife and I recently stayed at Cocobay Resort, and it was one of the most relaxing vacations we’ve ever had. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking ocean views, peaceful surroundings, and a true Caribbean atmosphere. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Kemlin the manager /Jarvine ,Jamila ,Anshouna .Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared that we had a wonderful stay. The food was delicious, the cottages were charming and private, and watching the sunset each evening was unforgettable. If you’re looking for a quiet, romantic getaway to relax and disconnect, I highly recommend Cocobay Resort. We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to coming back. We spent the week here for our 10 year anniversary and it could not have been more perfect. The environment was exactly what we were looking for. Incredibly relaxing!! The staff was incredible and super friendly! We picked this resort over the others due to the food reviews! I loved the rotating menu and plentiful options. And once the food arrived, it was hands down the best food I've experienced. The bartenders get to know you and have excellent recommendations. The pools are absolutely perfect! They dont get too hot so jumping in to cool off is just right. It's a very peaceful and quiet resort with light music playing by the pools and in the restaurant. The walks to the rooms is like an everyday nature walk! The ocean water is fairly calm so relaxing in the water on the sand is easy!! This is definitely the place to come to relax, unwind, and spend quality time! Read less
