Rafters Restaurant (serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, with views over the ocean). The Bar & Lounge at Rafters (drinks throughout the day, afternoon bar bites). Sheer Rocks* (gourmet restaurant and bar on-site but which is independent of the hotel, and is not included in the All-Inclusive basis. Reservations required, open Wednesday - Sunday, serving tapas in the day, and a la carte and tasting menus in the evening). Sandy Ground Sunset Terrace (poolside bar, serving grilled paninis in the day alongside a range of drinks, as well as themed dinner on select evenings including pizza parties and Caribbean Market Night. Cocoa Coffee Cafe (hot and cold drinks with savoury and sweet treats available, open from 7.00am-3.00pm). All restaurants are non-smoking. Floating pool dining options available on request*.

Resort Fees

The infinity pools were one of our favorites for relaxation along with the perfect view of the Caribbean! Our compliments to the chef, she is phenomenal, the menu changed daily making every meal a new experience, always perfectly prepared & presented to perfection! Of course we must mention the outdoor bars with their hand crafted cocktails. Saskia (lashes) you are without a doubt fabulous from creating special cocktails just for us to making my birthday bash so special with the bouquet of flowers designed by you to the intimate dining decor, you made every little detail special, every single day!! Belinda thank you for the unforgettable cliff side dinning/black pool experiences, it will always be a favorite memory! These two ladies always were going beyond the anticipated, you made it perfect! The cottages are perfect with their rustic , tropical vibe & outstanding views! We stayed in#3 silver sands, Sandy W always prepared are room with such TLC we enjoyed all her tropical decor she surprised us with! We booked relatively last minute direct with the resort. Despite being low season everything was open and there were plenty of other guests around without being overcrowded. The All inclusive food from breakfast all the way through to dinner was excellent. No buffet: tick. Portion sizes perfect. Rotating menu through the week meant a wide variety of food. The coffee shop does coffee, snacks and shop sales from 7am to 6pm and is lovely. The two bars have a huge selection of drinks and there is no holding back with servings. Don’t expect to pitch up and do lots of adventures: this seems to be primarily a flop and drop all inclusive place. The gym is tiny but adequate and the water sports section is not like other resorts either. But the beach is lovely and the two pools excellent. Bear in mind we are in low season so it’s not busy. Evening entertainment over the weekend nights has been enjoyable but not in your face. You are treated like an adult with no wrist bands and no need to sign in pool towels at the end of the day. It is a high trust resort and so refreshing. I hope they never change their policies. We booked a silver sands cottage with plunge pool views of the ocean. Yet the veranda and the pool were very private. The room was so clean and tidy and refreshed every day by the friendly hard working cleaners. We had a couples massage in the small spa which was fab. Also a floating breakfast experience where Mel made us feel so special. But, by far and away the whole experience of our week was made entirely by the staff. Without exception they are helpful, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. That is from the ground staff that sweep the beach up to the reception staff. The dining and bar staff deserve a special mention especially Sandy, Mel, Derrick and Sasha. But, honestly, they are all wonderful. My wife and I are people that don’t really like returning to places as there so many places in the world to explore. However we both agree that we WILL return to Cocobay Resort because it has been so wonderful. Thank you Cocobay for a lovely relaxing week. Read less

My husband and I stayed at Cocobay Resort in Antigua last year to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary, and even a year later, we still talk about what an incredible experience it was. I meant to write this review as soon as we returned home, but life got busy — and honestly, this resort deserves the recognition, even if it is a little overdue! This was, without question, our favorite vacation we have ever taken. From the moment we arrived, the resort was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, incredibly clean, and exactly what we hoped for when planning an anniversary getaway. The rooms were gorgeous, the views and ambiance were amazing, and the entire property had such a relaxing, intimate feel. It was one of those rare vacations where you genuinely feel yourself completely unwind. What made Cocobay truly exceptional, though, was the staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, attentive, kind, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay special. We did experience a few issues during our trip, but the way the resort handled them actually became one of the things we remember most positively. The manager went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and we were eventually upgraded to an even more incredible room. I wish I could remember her name because she absolutely deserves to be recognized for how wonderful she was to us. I also have to specifically mention Kemlin, who helped us tremendously during our stay and was absolutely amazing. The level of kindness and hospitality we experienced from Kemlin and the rest of the staff was something we haven't forgotten. And it wasn't just the accommodations or service — we loved everything. The food was fantastic, the activities were fun, the atmosphere was perfect, and even something as simple as pizza night became such a fun memory. Cocobay somehow manages to feel luxurious without feeling stuffy. Everything felt relaxed, personal, and special. We have traveled to many places, but there was something about Cocobay that stayed with us. When I think about the perfect vacation — beautiful surroundings, amazing accommodations, wonderful food, incredible service, and the ability to completely relax — this is the trip I think of. We absolutely plan to return someday. If you're considering Cocobay for an anniversary, honeymoon, romantic getaway, or simply a trip where you want to truly relax and be taken care of, GO. Thank you to the entire Cocobay team for giving us such an unforgettable 10th anniversary. A year later, you're still our favorite vacation we've ever taken. ❤️🌴 Five stars aren't enough. Read less
