In the South Ari Atoll. Transfer time from Malé International Airport: 25 minutes by seaplane (remember to pack light for the seaplane transfer as luggage allowance is 20kg plus 5kg hand luggage, per person). Constance has its own private air-conditioned departure lounge at the seaplane terminal with comfortable seating inside and out, complimentary WiFi, soft drinks and light refreshments before your short seaplane transfer.

We stayed in Maledives for the fist time. Constance Moofushi was the best choice and we feeled like in paradise. The location ist realy great with four beaches and lot more beachchairs than visitors. Roomservice comes twice a day and was perfect. All the meals were realy greast, with lots variations and international taste.
We loved to have breakfast and diner at the beach. At halloween we joined the cocktailparty that were preperated with lots of great ideas und care for the guest.
At every meal the crew covered us with great service. Very special thanks go to Ricky from the bar-team for his perfect cocktail-suggestions that we loved.
All together we had the best holiday ever being in paradise.
Looking foreward to go back to Moofushi.

We were taken down to our sea plane when it was ready to depart and had around a 35 min flight to our resort.
We were met by staff when we arrived, check it was smoother than anything I have ever experienced, and our resort flipflops were waiting by seats for us. We were then guided through the island to our excellently presented Senior water villa, our bags arriving at the same time having been brought on for us. After being show around our villa we were left to enjoy the absolute tranquility of our villa. It has everything you would expect, his & her basins, rainfall shower or hand held
- you choose.. dressing table and lit mirror, hair dryer, slippers, robes, well stocked mini bar, Nespresso coffee machine.. beach towells, huge comfortable bed, sofa TV, sun loungers, chairs etc.. Steps down into the sea and a freshwater shower for when you get out. I spent about 5 hours a day snorkling the reefs, I came face to face with a huge Moray Eel, black tip reef sharks, many different types of Ray and so many different types of fish I cant name them. This is by far the best snorkelling experience I have ever had! Thankyou to all the staff, they were all highly professional, we left a tip at reception on our departure, this is distributed to all staff equally so that the back house staff also get their well deserved share.

We spent a lot of time in the water and refreshed our Open Water skills. Everyone at Bluetribe, and particularly Stefano were professional and kind. We felt very well looked after and much more confident to dive again.
Our favourite place for drinks and lunch was at Totum bar, but the food was good at Manta too. We enjoyed dinner on the beach each evening accompanied by wine recommendations from the excellent sommeliers. A walk back along the beach and a bit of a wade through the shallow water at low tide to our water villa completed our perfect evenings.

Moofushi is a magical place and there are so many great memories we will take away from our trip. Probably the top ones are..
Firstly, as many other people have said, the people are just fantastic, so friendly and keen to help. Nothing is too much trouble.
Secondly, the island itself is beautiful and set up in such a relaxed way. It is not big, you could probably amble round it in 30 minutes, but it never felt claustrophobic. We just loved walking everywhere in bare feet and eating dinner every night on the beach.
The house reef almost entirely encircles the island and you could probably swim around it if you had the inclination. We saw plenty of fish, eagle rays, reef sharks and the odd turtle but at certain times of the year we were told there are passing manta rays and even whale sharks.
Thirdly, the quality of food and drink is excellent, with plenty of choice. Asian fusion night at the buffet restaurant was a particular favourite. We loved eating lunch on the beach at the Totem Bar - so relaxed.
Other highlights for me were learning to sail a catamaran and having a first ever go at windsurfing for my 60th. I’d particularly like to call out Shinte at the water sports desk who was super friendly and helpful.
Would I recommend Constance Moofushi to other people?. Without hesitation.
