In the South Ari Atoll. Transfer time from Malé International Airport: 25 minutes by seaplane (remember to pack light for the seaplane transfer as luggage allowance is 20kg plus 5kg hand luggage, per person). Constance has its own private air-conditioned departure lounge at the seaplane terminal with comfortable seating inside and out, complimentary WiFi, soft drinks and light refreshments before your short seaplane transfer.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights, 5 days and honestly, everything was amazing! The staffs were so friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived until the day we left. I've been to a few Caribbean countries and stayed at different all-inclusive resorts, but this one is definitely the best so far. Everyone - from the servers to the manager went above and beyond to make sure guests we happy.
Our room was cleaned twice a day which I've never had anywhere else, and the hotel had everything we could possibly need, even umbrellas and ponchos.
The food was incredible too! They changed the menu everyday and everything tasted so fresh and absolutely delicious. As an Asian who can't live without rice, I was so happy that they served rice for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The spicy salsas were a perfect bonus!
I'll definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends - the service, the food, and the atmosphere were all fantastic. I can't wait to come back again soon!

This place is an absolute gem – something truly extraordinary! From the very moment you arrive and the staff are waving as the seaplane lands, to the second you depart, everything is perfect.
The resort team is genuinely friendly, warm, and has an effortless sense of service. It all feels completely natural to them. At first, I tried to remember the names of the staff we met in order to mention them here, but after a few days I realized it was pointless — everyone working at Constance Moofushi is something special.
We love that mix of luxury and relaxed, barefoot comfort — and this resort embodies exactly that. The General Manager, Mr. Anurasiri, is a true professional: always visible, always attentive, and clearly dedicated to making sure every guest has a perfect stay. You can really tell that the staff enjoy their work and are appreciated for it. I believe this hotel takes great care of its employees. One proof of that is the “Heart of the Hotel” tour, which gives guests a fascinating look behind the scenes at how the resort is run.
The food is absolutely gorgeous. Don’t worry about the all-inclusive concept — it’s not at all what you might expect. Everything is beautifully presented, fresh, and of the highest quality. The bar creates amazing cocktails, and they always have something special for the kids too!
Then there’s the diving center! My three kids took diving lessons and earned their first PADI certificates, thanks to the incredible Mr. Stefano Loce. He’s an outstanding instructor and fantastic with children. I was a bit worried since I’m not a diver myself, but Stefano made me feel completely safe and confident. We’ll truly miss him!
The gym is excellent as well, and Mr. GD, the personal trainer, is both knowledgeable and kind. He even coached my daughter in her running training — such a great experience!
The excursions are wonderful, and it’s amazing that the resort has an on-site marine biologist you can go snorkeling with. We also love that the hotel is restoring coral reefs, avoids plastic bottles, and genuinely strives to be as eco-friendly as possible.
If you’re considering a visit — go! I promise you’ll love every second of it. We travel a lot, and if I had to recommend two resorts that truly stand out, they would be Constance Moofushi and Soneva Kiri.

Gopan who is in charge at the Manta bar he will greet every single person that goes in there and cheeky Rickie he will put a smile on your face. Ramu at the Totem bar Sinaz and Maiz and all the staff in the Manta /Alizee restaurants the sommeliers whose knowledge and perfect choice of wines they bring you. We arrived following a rather stormy sea plane ride to be greeted by the wonderful Moofushi team, taken to reception for a welcome drink then to our water villa which was simply stunning. Beautiful, carefully prepared interior and deck with lovely amenities and well stocked mini bar which was replenished daily. Our room boy soon realised which drinks we preferred and stocked the bar accordingly.
The service from the whole team is simply exceptional and testament to Mevin the General Manager who is visible throughout the day/night checking everything is in order. The quality and choice of food and drinks is fantastic and the chefs/somellier are clearly passionate about their work and take time to explain dishes/wines to help you make your choice (which was hard !)
The atmosphere all over the island is so relaxed and friendly it really is like paradise.
My husband lost his wedding ring in the lagoon, we really thought it was gone forever but we asked at reception if the Dive team could possibly help and within minutes Mevin the GM came with Winita the Marine Biologist who miraculously found the ring on the seabed ! Amazing, not just that it was found but their approach to helping blew us away - so impressive and thank you again.
On our last night we arrived for dinner only to be taken to a beautiful table set up on the beach to celebrate our anniversary, such a lovely kind surprise.
All of the Moofushi team are exceptional and go the extra mile to ensure visitors have the most magical experience - they really left a lasting impression with us and we will be back! Amazing place, amazing people = amazing holiday !
