In the Raa Atoll, this 20-hectare island is surrounded by 1.5km of soft sand. Transfer time from Malé International Airport: 40 minutes by seaplane (remember to pack light for the seaplane transfer as luggage allowance is 20kg plus 5kg hand luggage, per person).

80 Beach and Overwater villas. All with air-conditioning, satellite TV, iPod docking station, WiFi, tea/coffee-making facilities and daily refreshed mini-bar. Beach Villas have an open-air bathroom and private furnished patio with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.
Deluxe All-Inclusive includes: breakfast (at Aqua), lunch (at Aqua and Beach Club Grill), and dinner (at Aqua, Beach Club Grill, Carnivorous, Mediterraneo and La Asiatique). Selected premium branded drinks, including spirits, international beers, international wines, cocktails and signature drinks, plus soft drinks including in-house mineral water. The food on the island is better than expected, especially the Italian dining. The snorkeling experience is awesome, we see corals and fish right from our villa. Our room host Apekcha is very helpful to arrange every activity smoothly.

Apekcha was extremely helpful from check-in till departure. They gave great tips on snorkeling spots, local food and island tours, making our trip smooth and enjoyable. The accommodation was clean, cozy and well-located close to the beach. We loved tasting fresh seafood.

Absolutely perfect family trip at Emerald Faarufushi

We had an amazing family trip at Emerald Faarufushi in June, including my 60-year-old parent, and it was perfect.
The all-inclusive plan made everything stress-free—great food, endless drinks, no hidden costs. Staff were so friendly and attentive (especially Apekcha and Alan). Our overwater villa was spacious, and had unreal ocean views.
