The staff was rude and not accommodating. We received little to no service at the pools and beaches. We got our own drinks and served our own group of about 20 people. Very well laid out and appointed resort.
For the most part, excellent service and food options.
Enjoyed Sunset Cove immensely, and the Escoveitched fish @ Poseidon was really great.
Had a good relaxing time!

Third stay here, fist appearances and greeting 10/10 are high, then you see that the resort has slipped, big party vibe on Thursday/Saturday, a la cartes no dress standards, three are good, the rest have slipped in food quality.

Signature areas a waste of time as under used due to extra cost vs what they offer, lounge are being the exception.
Beaches not tidied or litter picked enough, sunset cove has lost its special feel, dirty sunbeds, no litter picking, groups of staff sitting together doing very little.
Overall we still had a good holiday, room was amazing, pool fantastic, staff great, however it’s no longer a five star hotel, 4* at best.
