There’s also the Hard Rock golf course (20 minutes away) and you’ve got easy access to it as well as preferential tee times. An All Inclusive resort, it’s top-shelf all the way at the Hard Rock — there isn’t anything you’ll be denied. After a busy day (and night) your room is your sanctuary. In the heart of the Riviera Maya, this is section of the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya is mostly adults-only, with some select facilities open to families. Transfer time from Cancun Airport: 1 hour 10 minutes.

Guests staying in the Mexican state Quintana Roo are required to pay a travel tax of $11 per adult (over 15 years old). The payment can be made prior to travel, upon arrival or during your stay, as the tax will be imposed upon departure. There is also an additional Environmental Sanitation Tax of approximately $2 USD per person per night that will be added to your hotel bill (payable locally, subject to change).

Otto was very great with activities in pools, we participated in aqua spinning, water aerobics, water blackjack, and soccer. Heard great live bands like shark band that played great classic songs. Amazing time

We spent at week at Heaven in late April. It was our 4th time at the resort since 2014 and the changes have been for the better. The new adults-only restaurants are very convenient to the pool and rooms and offer a nice variety of food options--buffet and al a carte. From our arrival to departure, our butlers--Bernardo and Nacho--took care of us like family; they were the best. They reserved our pool chairs, made dinner reservations, and kept us abreast of special events and shows. The resort is nestled among lush greenery with the ocean as a backdrop. Although the beach isn't swimmable; it was nice to see the water and feel the breeze. Among other amenities are a variety of dining options, pools, bars, and other entertainment.
