In the heart of the Riviera Maya, this is section of the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya is mostly adults-only, with some select facilities open to families. Transfer time from Cancun Airport: 1 hour 10 minutes.

Guests staying in the Mexican state Quintana Roo are required to pay a travel tax of $11 per adult (over 15 years old). The payment can be made prior to travel, upon arrival or during your stay, as the tax will be imposed upon departure. There is also an additional Environmental Sanitation Tax of approximately $2 USD per person per night that will be added to your hotel bill (payable locally, subject to change).

We have a wonderful time! Vinz and Irmin made sure we had everything we desired during our stay. Otto at the pool made the games fun! Christian at the pool bar made great drinks. Everyone was very friendly and kind. Look forward to coming back!

We had a small issue with our room and Mar Garcia immediately had our room changed and followed up several times and provided a complimentary spa service. It is obvious that customer satisfaction is of utmost importance for Hard Rock. Ricardo, one of the servers at the Heaven Adult only pool was so attentive and funny. Overall we had an amazing time.
