Split into two sections, Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya Heaven is a partly adults-only oasis offering luxurious accommodation, one adults only pool, three restaurants and endless non-motorised water activities. There’s also the Hard Rock golf course (20 minutes away) and you’ve got easy access to it as well as preferential tee times. Plus staying at the Heaven section, you will have full access to the facilities within the family friendly Hacienda section, giving you even more dining options and pools to enjoy. An All Inclusive resort, it’s top-shelf all the way at the Hard Rock — there isn’t anything you’ll be denied. After a busy day (and night) your room is your sanctuary. In the heart of the Riviera Maya, this is section of the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya is mostly adults-only, with some select facilities open to families. Transfer time from Cancun Airport: 1 hour 10 minutes.

Guests staying in the Mexican state Quintana Roo are required to pay a travel tax of $11 per adult (over 15 years old). The payment can be made prior to travel, upon arrival or during your stay, as the tax will be imposed upon departure. There is also an additional Environmental Sanitation Tax of approximately $2 USD per person per night that will be added to your hotel bill (payable locally, subject to change).

Our group arrived on 3 different days and they coordinated transportation and check in for everyone making sure things went smoothly. One in our group was celebrating a birthday and I can’t even begin to express how special they made the day for her. She said it was the best birthday she has ever had. I would also like to recognize Ricardo, our waiter at the Eden pool. He always made sure we had the perfect drinks even if he had to go find fresh bananas for us or make our specialty shots himself. Otto’s crafts by the Eden pool were so was much fun too. We usually do not participate in the crafts but some of us joined almost everyday. Read less
