We had a very pleasant experience. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, and our room was clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!😍

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Yas Island, and I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for making our experience so memorable. From the moment we arrived, starting with the doorman and continuing until our check-out, every team member went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. A very special thank you to Saif and his entire team, especially Islam, Hiruni, Nang, Judi, Britney, and Rhialyn, for their warm hospitality and excellent service. I would also like to recognize the Concierge team — Socrates, Krishna, Joel, and the entire Bell team — for their outstanding support and welcoming attitude. A special mention to Sujith from F&B for his exceptional hospitality and genuine care, along with his wonderful team at Graphos Restaurant. Your service truly made a difference to our stay. Our family is absolutely satisfied and truly grateful to Ms. Alyssa and Ms. Rhialyn for their warm, friendly, and professional assistance during our check-in. They were very attentive to our family’s needs and requests, and their kindness, genuine hospitality, and professionalism are greatly appreciated.
