Excellent service was given to us by Samayya and Sheron in the dining room. Also Florence did a marvelous job cleaning our room. These girls are charming and helpful and appear to be dedicated to their work.

Unfortunately the hotel is not worried with the client needs. They only follow their internal rules and does not care about the guest. I just asked a simple thing at the concierge and they told me they can not keep our luggage while we went to somewhere else. All hotels in the world accept this.

We had booked a Club room so we had access to Club Lounge which was fantastic for afternoon snacks and happy hour drinks/ canapés in the evening, a special thanks to Munisa, Aldrin and Ethel who all were amazing!! They couldn’t do enough for us and everyone else for that matter. Very attentive and always ensuring we were happy and comfortable.
