Very average buffet lunch, birds all over the tables, middle management strolling around offering no help , food stations unattended, Manager vaping while on duty !!!! Not Hilton quality or service

Treated like royalty. Upgraded as HH Diamond member to this huge 1 bedroom suite. The executive lounge and staff were fantastic. The food there was some of the best I've experienced anywhere. Loved the location, so relaxing. We used the beautiful spa everyday. Visited Cafe Del Mar beach club each day, again perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

The good: -location next to Yas island parks -free access to adjacent beach club with an infinity pool and DJ -theme park access with every reservation -good recognition of Hilton Diamond status and an upgrade to a Deluxe One Bedroom suite with sea view The neutral: -okay offerings in the executive lounge during happy hour, however below other 5 star UAE hotels. Definitely intended more as light bites and not a dinner substitute, so manage expectations. -small spa facilities for the size of the resort. Sauna and steam room fit no more than 3 people at the same time -no turndown service -towels for the beach club need to be collected at the hotel beforehand. A sing highlighting that would be nice to avoid going back and forth The bad: -very chaotic breakfast at the main restaurant. Narrow space in between the cooking islands filled with other guests. Be prepared that your table might be taken by other guests while you are grabbing something from the buffet. No offering of coffee or eggs, unless you catch the waiter yourself. Much better experience in the executive lounge. -queues at check in and when trying to collect theme park tickets. On the day of departure it took 30 minutes to check out and get the tickets. -the ticket was issued incorrectly. Instead of a trucker for 2 people, we were issued a reservation for a single person. When we arrived at the theme park, we were unable to redeem it. I have tried to contact the hotel via the reservations line, however the operator told me that she is unable to do that as “no one at the hotel is picking up the phone”. Finally we were able to contact a concierge who has acknowledged the mistake and resent the ticket. Overall it took over two hours between check out and entering the park. Read less
