The worst Concierge Desk at Hyatt Zilara Adult side ever. Let’s start w the Discover card snafu on Hotels part. I ordered Door Decor w ballon’s for my daughter’s bachelorette party. Took 4 days to get it done over the phone and emails Tanese Lawrence promised to take a picture of the completed project when completed. Never happened. They botched the decor order and when I tried to correct it , they went ahead anyway. I complained to manager Kerian Davis told her white only ballon’s and could they make a correction. She insisted they refund my money but I didn’t request a refund just a correction. Nope she refunded my money and had the door decor removed frm my daughter’s room. So unprofessional rude and Petty. Kerian Davis does not have the common sense for a management position imo. Staff is short handed and I’m sure could have been more productive doing anything more important. Rated F for failure Read less

I first visited this resort with my adult daughter in 2018 and had the most amazing holiday. As soon as we came back I told my husband I’d like me and him to go back asap as it was so good. Sadly with Covid and other family celebrations we couldn’t get back there until June 2025. Unfortunately this was the worst holiday we’d ever had. We booked the Zilara side, adults only. We were given room 1305 which in our opinion was the family side, not adults. The lounge/piano bar was 20 feet from you room and most nights we could hear screaming children up until midnight on a kareoke. There was children running up and down our corridor screaming dad and night. We’ve nothing against kids, but when you work all year and pay over £6.5k for an adults only holiday you do not want that. We were there for 2 weeks, I went to the front desk twice and begged them to move us but they wanted another £1k off me. We spent a lot of time around to pool and met many other guests and many of them told us they had had a free up grade but we couldn’t even get moved to a quieter room. We used the gym most mornings and on one of you our last days there was even small children in the gym. We are so upset as we were so looking forward to this break. I think guests should also be monitored how much they drink. We witnessed 2 people been wheeled away from the beach in wheel chairs to taken to a medical room as they had drank so much. The food was okay. No where near as good as the last time I visited. The staff were the friendliest in choices but the food was always luke warm or even cold. You cold her hot food if you stood in a queue for 10 minutes and catch the chef cook meat, it them you can’t sit with you family for most of the dining experience of they are having something else. Housekeeping was done so late in the afternoon so it clashed several times with us coming back to the room to get ready to go to dinner. We were also opposite the service room so we heard the house keeping staff constantly moaning about their work load. There were a few members of staff we met who were lovey and helpful. Dunesha was amazing. She made our day when we visited Choices. It’s not her fault the food isn’t hot. Her and her team was always very smily and kind. Also Ricardo, Tashae and Diamond from Choices went out there way to look after us. Mervette the bar supervisor was really lovely we had some really interesting chats with her, and of course Toni Ann at the beach buffet bar was lovely. I remembered her from my previous visit. I’m sorry Hyatt Zilara you really let us down. I agree with what may people have said, you seem to prioritise American visitors who are there for few days over people from the UK who come for a 2 week vacation. I will not be visiting again or recommending any friends to visit. I recommend you sort out that adults only room which is not adults only. Read less
