We stayed at the Hyatt Zilara the first week in March. The grounds and the rooms are beautiful. We would say that the Hyatt Zilara/Ziva has some of the most beautiful palm trees we have ever seen. Although we had a few hiccups, the stay overall was very good. The servers at the Zilara pool stand out, especially Tameeka and Toni-Ann. Always there… Read more

I think we drank them out of Titos a few days. lol We also had a beach romantic dinner. Darrell was amazing and made the night special for us. Overall we would probably return, but definitely request a swim up that gets sun next time. Read less

This resort is beautiful, but the rooms could be a little better maintained. The entertainment team is absolutely wonderful and its quite apparent that they all love and enjoy their jobs. Urban Heatz for breakfast and dinner and Jamaican Rootz for lunch. The Italian place (can't remember the name) was good enough. Everything else - just skip it. its genuinely just not good. Read less

I came here with friends. Very pretty resort. We lived our room and the staff. The jerk chicken was delicious (we ate it like 5x) and Shakira was amazing. She helped us every day by the pool and the service was top tier. I recommend finding her and having her help you!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful from the moment you register at the airport to when you depart. We were spoiled by our friend Shakira who remembered us from our last trip. So friendly and fun and took care of our every need. Her and the other staff were the reason we returned to the Zilara. We found our rooms clean and well stocked each day, with great views of the beach. Food at each restaurant was delicious and the wait staff was attentive. Make reservations early in your stay as the restaurants are much better than the buffet for dinner. Make sure you treat yourself to the Mobay VIP arriving and departing. Read less
