Best food and drinks that you will taste in your life accompanied by beautiful aesthetics. The resort is also offers fun activities and relaxation you get the best of both worlds. I would highly recommend this resort, my only regret is not booking a longer stay.

Francines and Stephanie are one of a kind. Those ladies will take care of you. They go beyond the call of duty. We just loved our stay! We loved the gesture of hand over heart when staff greet you and I shall try duplicate it in my Accomodation is beautiful and spacious we had a gorgeous bath with separate shower double vanity but the best thing was our sea view. Depending on the time of day the sea changed colour and the view changed. We ate in all 5 restaurants and breakfast restaurant we ate at the one and only urban heat, I have to say we found the quality to be outstanding. These ladies make me and Louis come back for the last 9 years. ❤️ Read less

The location is beautiful, the food was great however there was one major issue that ruined the trip for us. Safety was a major concern. We checked in on the Monday night and enjoyed a wonderful first day. On the second day a couple moved in and there was constant, repeated verbal abuse which was reported every day, and absolutely nothing happened to the guests. On Tuesday, it was a rain day, and from 10am until 11pm there was constant yelling, throwing of items, verbal assaults, as well as verbal assaults on other guests as a result of the activities. There were racial slurs yelled across the resort to other guests, and security was not able to handle the situation. The couple next to us were in their early 40s and he was constantly demeaning and abusing her. Calling her names like ‘b*tch, wh*re, dr*nk’ all while throwing food against the wall we shared and making it impossible for us to enjoy the majority of our stay, when in our room. We started calling immediately, and the guest just bullied the security, and there was absolutely nothing done. At one point I heard security ask if she was ok, and he responded for her. “she’s my wife, and she’s fine. We paid 10K to be here, leave us alone.” While it is wonderful that they paid that amount, I guess our amount paid wasn’t important because security and hotel admin did absolutely nothing to help. At one point, it was 1 am at security was still there. We went down physically, after calling multiple times. We did this for several days. NEVER WAS A POLICE OFFICER CALLED. Now while I appreciate being welcomed by every staff with a ‘welcome home’, it was absolutely abhorrent that the management did nothing about the situation. My home is not run like this. They promised they would compensate for the terrible experience (they didn’t even offer to move us), and we spent hours of our vacation talking with them, giving reports, etc., only for them to pull back on their promise. This resort is not safe. Patrons are allowed to drink with no limit, hurl insults, abuse women and the resort is afraid to call the police because it is between couples. This is aside from being offered c*caine and other hard dr*gs while by the pool. It is the responsibility of the resort to ensure the safety of its guests over everything. When you receive repeated complaints and do nothing at all about it, you are setting the tone that your resort isn’t somewhere adults can enjoy a calm and relaxing vacation. The irony is the staff was great, the food was too and so was the location. The fact that the resort is more afraid of how it would look to have police on site, than protect a battered patron is absolutely embarrassing. We were discussing with our travel agent to come down with a group of 30, but will just look down the island for a hotel chain that cares about the safety of their guests, over those of abusers. Do better Hyatt, this is a terrible look on your brand. Read less

I guess our only downside would be the service in the coffee shop in Zilara, it was surprising as the staff everywhere else were so fantastic and accommodating. We loved the chefs coming out to chat during meal service, it felt very personal. We will definitely be back. We just couldn’t fault it and it’s very rare for me to say that. With my hand on my heart….thank you! Read less

I usually stay at Excellence or Sandals and I was impressed with what I experienced. I upgraded to the suite and Butler service and for me, that was worth it. I did not have to do a thing. The entire staff was excellent and shout out to my butlers Nikki and Ricky! They made our stay seem special.
