Lovely Atmosphere, beautiful stay but let Down by the Buffet & Room Amenities

We stayed at this hotel for two nights as a group of seven adults across three rooms. While the overall experience had many positive aspects, there were a few areas that could be improved.
To start with the highlights, the hotel’s pool and overall atmosphere were truly beautiful: clean, relaxing, and very well maintained. It’s clear that great care was taken to create a peaceful and enjoyable environment. The poolside service, in particular, was excellent, and we really enjoyed our time there.
That said, a few service-related details fell short of expectations. The in-room amenities were quite limited. Basic essentials like dental kits, cotton pads, sanitary bags, and other toiletries were missing upon check-in. While we did receive them after requesting, they weren’t replenished the following day. Similarly, towels were taken during housekeeping but not replaced, which caused a bit of inconvenience during our stay. We also noticed that the rooms didn’t have minibars, something we usually expect, even in standard accommodations.
The buffet experience, especially during dinner, could also use some attention. The food variety and overall quality didn’t quite align with the upscale feel of the hotel, and we felt there was room for improvement there.
Another frustrating experience was with restaurant reservations. We spent nearly the entire day trying to book a table at Levant Restaurant, but were repeatedly told it was fully booked, regardless of the time we asked for. After several attempts, we finally managed to secure a reservation at night. However, when we arrived 30 minutes early, we were surprised to find the restaurant almost empty. The front desk even informed us that tables had been available throughout the day and could have easily been booked, which directly contradicted what we had been told earlier.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay. With a few improvements to in-room services, dining, and guest communication, the experience could be even better. That said, it was still a lovely stay especially spending the two days at the pool, and I would still recommend this hotel for sure.
