InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab: An Exceptional 5-Star Experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Date of Stay: August 19-21, 2026 From the moment we arrived at InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. This beautiful resort combines stunning beachfront surroundings, luxurious facilities, and most importantly, a team of hospitality professionals who genuinely care about their guests. The resort itself is immaculate, with breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf, spacious and beautifully maintained rooms, excellent dining options, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it the perfect destination for a relaxing getaway. Every aspect of our stay reflected the high standards expected from the InterContinental brand. The true highlight of our visit was the outstanding service provided by the Club Lounge team. They transformed a great stay into a truly memorable one through their warmth, professionalism, and personal attention to detail. We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Rechelle, Paula, Gerilyn, Emmanuel, Sumudo, Siba, Eloiza, and Esther. Every single member of the team consistently greeted us with genuine smiles, remembered our preferences, and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Their dedication, attention to detail, and passion for guest satisfaction are a credit to the hotel. We would also like to recognize Mahmoud and Doni from the Front Office. Their professionalism, efficiency, and friendly approach made both check-in and check-out seamless and enjoyable. They exemplified excellent customer service and were always available to assist with any requests, making us feel like truly valued guests from start to finish. What stood out most during our stay was the consistency of service across all departments. It is rare to encounter a hotel where every interaction leaves such a positive impression. The team worked together flawlessly to create a welcoming, personalized, and luxurious experience. We have stayed in many premium hotels around the world, and InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab ranks among the very best. The combination of an outstanding property, exceptional amenities, and a remarkable team of hospitality professionals makes this resort a destination we will enthusiastically recommend to family and friends. A heartfelt thank you to Rechelle, Paula, Gerilyn, Emmanuel, Sumudo, Siba, Eloiza, Esther, Mahmoud, and Doni for making our stay so special. We look forward to returning again soon. I must also commend the cheerful and extremely helpful staff who were eager to fulfill all our requests with great hospitality. Special thanks go to Mr. Fraz, Mr. Tan, and Mr. Ken for their high level of professionalism and outstanding service. We also highly recommend trying the hotel's breakfast buffet; it was diverse, delicious, and truly worth experiencing. I would also like to highlight an incident that reflects the high level of honesty and professionalism of the team: my wife accidentally left her handbag, which contained valuable items, at the front desk upon our departure. As soon as we notified the hotel, the team handled the situation with speed and professionalism, and the bag was safely kept in the lost and found until we retrieved it. All thanks and appreciation to the hotel management and all the staff for the warm welcome, continuous cooperation, and attention to detail that made our stay unforgettable. We will certainly repeat this wonderful experience in the future ♥️ Read less

I checked in on 15/08/26, and what happened at this hotel has left me shocked, upset, and genuinely heartbroken. When I arrived, I spoke with Sheila at reception and the Duty Manager. I asked if it was possible to cancel my booking because the main pool was closed, something LoveHolidays never made clear when I booked. I even said I understood it wasn’t the hotel’s fault. On 15/08/2026, the Duty Manager told me directly and more than once that he was happy to cancel my booking. He encouraged me to contact the travel provider. I was the one who hesitated because I was worried I wouldn’t get a refund. At that time, I had no idea the travel provider would actually support me. If I had known, I would have acted immediately. Today, LoveHolidays told me that if the hotel confirmed they were willing to cancel and reduce the invoice, they would process the refund. So I went back to reception and everything changed. Sheila called the supervisor and I was met by a rude, abrupt man who claimed the hotel wouldn’t do anything and insisted the travel agency must email sales. I explained I understood the need for an audit trail, but they just needed verbal confirmation exactly what I was told yesterday. He refused to listen. He dismissed everything I said. He even said, “It’s not about what he said or she said.” Sheila stood there silently, despite being present yesterday when the Duty Manager agreed to cancel. He reduced me to tears. I was beyond upset and angry. How can someone behave like this??? I left reception in actual tears, in front of my 6‑year‑old son. To make matters worse, my travel provider was on the phone during this interaction and witnessed the staff’s behaviour firsthand. They were so shocked by how I was spoken to that they have now raised their own complaint about the hotel’s conduct. When even the travel agency is appalled, it says everything. Before arriving, I told the hotel that my son’s father passed away a few months ago. We are already going through so much. To be treated with such coldness and zero compassion is disgusting. My holiday is ruined. Instead of this being a healing break for my son, he had to watch his mum cry because of how your staff spoke to me. The manager I dealt with today urgently needs training on how to speak to grieving families. His behaviour was vile. How dare he speak to me like that, knowing full well what my son has been through. I have never been lied to so blatantly by hotel staff. No integrity, no compassion, no professionalism. I will never book this brand again. Read less
