Oceanfront Junior suites have 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Oceanfront Premium Junior Suites are situated on upper-levels, with a large sitting area and 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults. 

One Bedroom Romance Ocean View Suites have a separate living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, en-suite washer/dryer and an open tub in the bedroom. The luxuriously appointed master bedroom features 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults. 

One Bedroom Resort View Suites include an expansive balcony, elegant decor, separate sitting area with sleeper sofa, and a spacious bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults. 

One Bedroom Oceanfront Suites feature a separate living and dining area with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, en-suite washer/dryer, and direct sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea from the balcony. The luxuriously appointed master bedroom features 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults. 

One Bedroom Grande Luxe Oceanfront suites are spacious and luxurious, and are the largest one-bedroom suites, with a separate living and dining area with a twin pull out sofa bed, fully-equipped kitchen, en-suite washer/dryer, and panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea from a prime oceanfront location. The master bedroom features 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 adults. 

Two Bedroom Resort View Butler Suites provide extra space, with 2 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms, separating living and dining area with sofa bed, fully-equipped kitchen, and balcony with views of the resort. Butler service is included. The master bedroom features 1 king-size bed and the second bedroom has 1 queen-size bed, sleeping maximum 5 adults.

Two Bedroom Oceanview Butler Suites are as above, with views of the Caribbean sea from the balcony. 

Two Bedroom Oceanfront Butler Suites are as above, with prime oceanfront location and views. 

Three Bedroom Oceanfront Butler Suites are lavishly appointed, with terraces overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Butlers can cater to your needs from the fully equipped kitchen, which has an en suite washer/dryer, and the living room features a sofa bed. The master suite features 1 king-size bed, and there is 1 queen-size bed each in bedrooms 2 and 3, sleeping maximum 7 adults. 

Three Bedroom Penthouse Butler Suites feature luxury linens, fine kitchen appliances and dramatic ocean views from the top floor. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with butler service available. Each bedroom has a full bath, and there is a half bath in the parlour for guests. The master bedroom features 1 king-sized bed, and there is 1 queen-size bed each in bedrooms 2 and 3, plus a sofa bed in the living area, sleeping maximum 7 adults. 

The Three Bedroom Grand Luxe Penthouse Suite is an extra spacious penthouse suite, offering ultimate luxury with pristine views of the Caribbean Sea, which can be enjoyed from the private wraparound balcony, complete with hot tub. Three elegant bathrooms with granite countertops and premier bath products, fully-equipped kitchen with Butler service available. The master bedroom features 1 king-size bed, with 1 queen-size bed in both bedrooms 2 and 3, and a sofa bed in the living area, sleeping maximum 7 adults.

In fact I want to put a shout out to the two girls that done activities they were so much fun! But honestly, what made the trip unforgettable was the server named Marvin. He literally made everyone feel welcomed and made the stay absolutely marvelous. His smiles, his hard work, and his jokes were out of this world. He was there everyday I was except one and I could definitely tell when he was not there. The atmosphere wasn't the same without him. His work ethic is Definitely one to take notice. He made sure all the dirty dishes were picked up in a timely manner and never stopped to make sure everyone had what they needed or wanted. Y'all need more like him lol! Read less

It truly felt like our own private apartment for the weekend. The buffet for breakfast and lunch was excellent, with plenty of delicious options, and the service was consistently great throughout our stay. Our favorite drinks were definitely from the main pool bar and at the hibachi pier — both spots were fun and had great vibes. The Italian restaurant was also really good! There’s so much to explore on the property, and they offer a variety of activities during the day and at night — you could easily spend your entire trip here without ever needing to leave. The beach was beautiful and spacious, with warm, clear water. There was a bit of seaweed in some areas, but it didn’t bother us at all since there was plenty of open space and it never felt crowded. The grande spa was amazing! Nicest spa I have ever been to! You definitely get the royal treatment! It is calm and serene, I highly recommended the Himalayan salt massage! A special shoutout to Allan, who took such great care of us on the beach! He was always smiling, upbeat, and made us feel like family. My husband and I were disappointed with our recent stay at Jewel Grande Montego Bay. For a property that promotes itself as a five-star hotel, we certainly did not receive five-star treatment from management or supervisory staff. To make matters worse, we brought over 100 guests to your property, as we hosted our wedding next door at the Rose Hall Beach Club. Given that level of business, we expected to be treated with care and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was far from the case. At the start of the booking process, our sales representative Tamina was courteous and responsive. However, as time went on, her professionalism declined significantly. It often took weeks and multiple calls to get a response to even simple inquiries. Wedding planning is stressful enough, but her delays and lack of communication only added to that stress. A major issue arose when we attempted to add a minor to a room. Despite our signed group contract clearly stating that children stay free, we were told we would be charged. I sent a copy of our agreement to Claudia, a supervisor, who said she would contact Tamina and follow up. We never received any resolution. Our interaction with Claudia was curt and dismissive, and we were not treated with respect or value. This matter remains unresolved despite repeated follow-ups since October 2nd. Several of our guests were also unhappy with their accommodations. Rooms in Building B had unpleasant odors, visible mold, and debris from ongoing renovations. When guests requested to move to another building, they were simply relocated within the same one, leaving the issues unresolved. Our guests endured the situation out of loyalty to us, but many stated they would not return. Our disappointment continued at the Pierside Restaurant. After returning from an excursion one evening, I arrived wearing a dark cover-up over a dark swimsuit. Since it’s a beachside restaurant that closes at 9:30 p.m., we went straight there for dinner. Despite my modest attire, a supervisor refused to seat me, insisting “rules are rules” in a dismissive tone. My husband had to run to our room on the 11th floor to get me a T-shirt before I could be seated. Once seated, we saw a large cockroach running across the restaurant floor. A guest even joked, “You weren’t allowed in with a cover-up, but roaches can roam freely here.” This was both ironic and unacceptable, especially for a five-star property. I have photo and video evidence of the incident. Additionally, the service at Pierside was extremely slow. While front-line employees generally demonstrated warmth and professionalism, management and supervisory staff fell short. However, several employees deserve special recognition: • Butlers Shanika and Vinroy were exceptional attentive, courteous, and proactive throughout our stay. • Nickesha and Teresa consistently greeted us and our guests by name, checked on our well-being, and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. These individuals truly exemplify hospitality and should be recognized for their service they were the highlight of an otherwise disappointing experience. Other issues also deserve attention: • Security gate and front desk coordination were poor. Several guests had difficulty checking in because their names were “not on the list,” and security often couldn’t reach the main office. • The complimentary rooms included in our group contract remains unresolved. During the wedding week, Tamina assured us we could finalize details afterward, but when we followed up, she said it was “too late.” We requested escalation on October 9th, and she claimed to contact her supervisor, yet we’ve received no response. • On our wedding night, our room was supposed to be decorated with champagne as promised by Tamina. This never happened, and despite our butlers raising it to supervisors, no one followed up or apologized. Overall, this experience was far below what we expected as paying guests and as a wedding couple who brought significant business to your property. We left feeling undervalued, disrespected, and embarrassed by how we and our guests were treated. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not consider returning to Jewel Grande Montego Bay or recommending it for future events. We are still awaiting follow-up emails from Tamina and management regarding our complimentary room. Read less

A few people to mention who showed so much kindness were Mrs. Venessar & Mrs. Teressa and there’s so many others, but I didn’t have a chance to get their names yet, but I’ll be filling you in the details of our trip! They treated families with children like their loving own! While the hotel itself is beautiful, the people who staff it make it shine even brighter. With clean rooms, excellent service, and genuine care for guests, this place allows anyone to enjoy a relaxing getaway. I’ve seen honeymooners celebrating, families with children having fun, and most importantly, you can relax one of the most beautiful properties with your own loved ones.
