This Resort is Beautiful !!! The staff are great and friendly. When we first came in Mark took really good care of us at the front desk, he accommodated all of our needs and he was super friendly, just an all around star. Matt was great. My wife wanted something other than milk with her coffee and Matt went and found half and half. Great attention to guests.

Long story short, the resort is nice, but the fact I had my passports and $1000.00 stolen from my room safe says it all. Zero concern from the staff, it has been two weeks since I got back and no one from the resort had reached out, after several attempts on my part. Phone calls get directed to voicemail.
