Where do I start? From the time we arrived and were welcomed with a rum punch on check-in and some delicious banana bread in the rooms, this place captured our hearts. It is in the almost ideal location. Located on a hill just above Grand Anse Beach, which gives the most stunning views of Grand Anse and across the bay to tha capital St George’s. It’s only a short walk, literally 3-4mins, down hill through their luscious and perfectly landscaped gardens to the beach. Once you’re there they have the wonderful beach bar Savvy’s where they have sun loungers, wicker chairs, towels and toilets (some of the cleanest I’ve ever seen). They have shuffle board, giant chess and various other games available to play here also. The beach location is wonderful. You’re right at the southern end of Grand Anse which gives it a bit of an exclusive feel and was definitely less busy than the rest of the beach. Our rate included breakfast which was the highlight of the cuisine we had. So many options and so fresh. We dined at Savvy’s (they’d moved the Flying Fish Dining down to the beach that week) for lunch and dinner a couple of times. The food is tasty and really fresh, if a tad pricey (as are the drinks). The Friday night night bonfire BBQ night was a little bit underwhelming (it was pretty quiet to be fair) if I’m honest, but the food still good. The staff, with the very rare exception, are wonderful. So warm and friendly. Special shout out to Cecile, Leona, Hector (Ralphie), Isla and Laura for making our stay so special. A few things I’d like to see are: 1) Larger towels in the rooms - really small. Make the same size as the beach towels which are great. 2) Given the rate you pay, water provided every day, not just on arrival. 3) A sign over a couple of what look like just normal light switches, where we inadvertently switched off the power to various sockets on the bedroom and living room. Other than that, this place captured our hearts. We’ll definitely be back again Read less

In July - August 2025 I had the privilege of spending 4wks at Mount Cinnamon Beach and Wellness Resort located on the stunning Grand Anse Beach I chose Mount Cinnamon Beach and Wellness Resort as it was the location of "DonCon" a fitness retreat with Don Saladino. What started as a health and wellness holiday soon became something so much greater when i discovered more about Grenadas cultural and natural beauty. Extending my stay to include Spicemas and exploring the island was an easy decision. Mount Cinnamon Beach and Wellness Resort is perfectly located close to amenities, on the stunning Grand Anse Beach, I found transportation was easily arranged through reception for island experiences and Spicemas activities. What sets Mount Cinnamon Beach and Wellness Resort  apart isn't just the facilities or the location. The highlight of your stay I am certain will be the incredible staff. I can't praise them enough for embracing a solo traveller and making her feel like family. The kindness and generosity of each member of staff I spend time with was unmatched. Staff were eager to share their culture, local knowledge and offer both encouragement and support when I ventured to try all the experiences Grenada had to offer. From the initial welcome to timely check-in, reception staff were knowledgeable on facilities and activities, I found a rapid response to my needs and pre-emptive suggestions for activities personalised to suit me. Checkout was seamless with many tears and plans for returning. During your stay you are invited to "Happy hour" an excellent opportunity to meet Mount Cinnamon Resort management team members and further personalise your experience and provide feedback. This is also a great opportunity to meet other guests. Restaurants on the premises include Flying Fish restaurant and Savvy beach cabana. Both are located in beautiful spaces for dining with delicious seasonal food well prepared with local flavours. The service is excellent with wait staff creating an atmosphere appropriate for each meal. From the vibrancy of breakfast to the relaxed comfort of lunch to formality of dinner. Each meal was made memorable with their attentive service. I stayed in the Hacienda and Cinnamon rooms. Both options were well laid out to make the most of stunning panaramic views of the bay along Grand Anse Beach through to St Georges. Every amenity has been considered including the highlight of fresh cookies at evening turn down. The housekeeping staff are wonderful and took great pride in their work with the rooms beautifully refreshed each day. I found all the drivers and security very friendly, helpful and accommodating. With services provided to transport you up the hill to your room and down the hill to the beach. This ensured ease and safety The Spa was a true sanctuary and a perfect way to enhance the experience with skilled therapist providing a deeply relaxing experience. The grounds keepers and maintenance do have the resort looking immaculate. The resort is located up on the hill to make the most of the surrounding views. The facilities are excellent with a swimming pool, restaurant, cabana, lawn games, well appointed and maintained gym, always available deck chairs and umbrellas as well as water sport activities and tennis court and I'm sure I've forgotten a few things. A great bonus is a Dive shop being located next door that makes adventures easy. From fitness to carnival Mount Cinnamon Beach and Wellness Resort made every experience unforgettable. It was a perfect balance of luxury, culture and connection. Thank you for taking such good care of me during my stay. I look forward to my next visit. Read less

We recently rented the entire Mount Cinnamon property for our 2025 Fitness Retreat, hosting more than 75 guests for six nights. From the very beginning, we worked closely with management for nearly a year to plan every detail, and the outcome was nothing short of extraordinary. As you can imagine, with a group this size, little issues are bound to arise but the staff was exceptional at making everyone feel welcome, solving problems, and acting as outstanding concierge guides to show our group the best of Grenada. Their professionalism and genuine care elevated the entire experience. A special thank you to Barry, the property owner, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and to Laura, the property manager, a true force of nature and absolute perfection in every possible way. Grenada itself is a hidden gem in the travel world. The culture still feels authentic and untouched by mass tourism, making it the perfect backdrop for a week of wellness! A true 10/10 experience! I spent five (5) lovely days at Mount Cinnamon, for my birthday celebrations and the experience was amazing. The Suite was beautiful, and the views from the room showed the Grenadian coastline, which was lovely to wake up to in the morning. The staff was very friendly and engaging, and all greetings were pleasant. I thought it was very touching that we received cookies every evening with turn-down service, which was very charming. The dining was outstanding as the food was delicious at both the Flying Fish Restaurant and the beach house. I particularly liked the breakfast special of the day, which featured Caribbean dishes that highlighted local farmers and flavors. What was also impressive was that their bread is all baked in-house, and the pastries were tasty. Being poolside and on the beach was relaxing, and the bonfire night was a sight to see. I even enjoyed a s'mores-inspired dessert. Their mirror wall, is also a popular attraction where locals and visitors frequent and I took many pictures at that spot. Overall my stay was incredible and over too fast. I highly recommend anyone visiting Mount Cinnamon. Read less
