A special thank you to Alpi, our host, who was always so kind and helpful and made everything easy for us. Promila from housekeeping did an outstanding job and kept everything perfect throughout our stay. Chef Surech was incredibly kind and accommodating, and we really appreciated both his warmth and the food. And a big thank you to Dee and all waiters as well.
It is the people who really make Lobigili stand out, and the whole team deserves a lot of credit for that.
One small suggestion would be to have a bit more activity or atmosphere around the pool would make an already great experience even better.
Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend Lobigili to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable Maldives experience.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted off the boat with champagne and smiles from the hosts and taken to the pool bar to do a simple check in with a saxophone player playing happy birthday to my partner which was lovely. We were then taken around the resort and shown what’s what. Belle was our host and if there was anything we needed, she was there to respond and help out and book/amend any restaurants or excursions as and when we needed to. She was fab!
The food was outstanding, loads of choice and the staff are attentive and learn about you and what’s your favourite tipple and room number and actually cannot do enough for you.
The spa was amazing! We had a free treatment which was great and my partner went again for a different treatment whilst I went out diving for the morning!
The rooms were always kept spotless, the resort itself is amazingly maintained and every single staff member says hello and greets you with a smile to make you feel welcome!
We stayed in a beach villa with a private pool and the pool guy comes round and sorts the pool out everyday and rakes the sand up and has a general tidy up and you’re about 10 steps away from the sea!
I genuinely cannot say a bad word about this place.
Gutted to be home now but we loved every minute of our stay!
