An absolutely unforgettable experience! Dining underwater in the Maldives was truly magical, and the food, atmosphere, and service made it even more special. Watching the marine life swimming around us while enjoying a beautiful meal was something we will never forget. A very special thank you to the three wonderful ladies who looked after us Pinkey, Mami and Devi!!! They were incredibly friendly, attentive, professional, and made us feel so welcome throughout the entire experience. Their warm smiles and exceptional service made our visit even more memorable. My 3rd Visit to the Maldives We went as a group of 9 for pre birthday celebrations for my mum's 60th. The island is lovely and the staff were excellent. Room: I stayed in a very lovely beach bungalow with my 2 children. A nice queen bed in my room with ensuite, and my children had their room with a bunk bed and their own ensuite. We had a mini bar in the room which was topped up daily. House keeping: Our cleaner Aminur kept our room spotless, and when it was my daughters Birthday he done a fantastic job decorating my room for her. I cannot thank him enough. Entertainment and Activities: In regards to the entertainment and activities. If you are after a stagnating boring holiday, I advise not to come here. With all 9 of us there was something to do for all of us which was FREE Floating water trampoline in the lagoon Water slide where you can slide straight into the crystal water. paddleboarding Canoeing Aqua aeroebics Foam parties water polo bar evening where you can have a go at making your own cocktails. Fire show Kids clubs Football pitch Beach volley ball Etc Underwater restaurant 5 STAR We celebrated my mum's pre 60th at the underwater restaurant. The experience was out of this world. Goma, Rachelle and Jasmine were fantastic, they brought a cake out and sang Happy Birthday to my mum. They took a few group photos and were so kind and lovely. I highly recommend going. Elvira  and Alvin are the heart and soul of the island with their uplifting energenic presence, they both go above and beyond keeping guests entertained, with aqua aerobics, foam parties. Alvin puts on phenomenal fire shows. The staff behind the bar were great, they all made my daughters Birthday extra special asking the DJ to sing her happy birthday and making her special cocktails. The night life at the  X360 is uplifting with such friendly staff and good music. Food and Drink: The food was exceptional, with such a large variety on offer from Thai, Chinese, Italian and Indian cuisine, paninis, salads etc. Including the traditional chips, wedges, burgers, fish fingers for the fussy eaters. A member of the bar staff would come to the restaurant with a trolley of wines. There was a fridge with cans of drink, bottles of still or sparkling water. Juice machines, tea and coffee facility and premade icetea, guava juice etc. The restaurant staff were (5 STAR) Although I was travelling with 9 family members we did not always go to breakfast and lunch together and occasionally I would go on my own with my 2 young children. Previously travelling as a single parent I'm sure others have experienced your table being occupied by other guests because the waiter cleared your food while taking your children to the toilet or your child wants more of something, then arriving back at your table everything is cleared. This was never a problem at this resort the staff were very vigilant and polite. I cannot praise Alim enough he was fantastic and always on hand to help. On one occasion my daughter was asleep on me and Ashish offered to pull up 2 chairs so she could rest properly. While we were away my daughter celebrated her Birthday and the restaurant staff went above and beyond singing her happy birthday and brought out a cake ❤. Excursions: 7 of us done scuba diving, we all loved it and I would highly recommend. We didn't book excursions, I do feel some of them were a little pricey and being with a group of 9 people and all excursions being priced per person with the added taxes,  If they offered discounted group bookings I think we all would have booked onto a couple. I would highly recommend going to this resort with so much to do plus the staff making your stay so welcoming that you never want to leave. The location is amazing, 15 minutes from Male airport by boat. We had booked an ocean villa that overlooks the airport and the Male city in the horizon. There is stair access from the balcony directly to the ocean where you can do snorkeling and swimming. Our room was maintained by the incredible Alam. On the day of my birthday, he created an incredible handcrafted art on our bed. Everything was spotless every day and we are so grateful. There is a mini bar in each room included in the all inclusive option. In each room, there are life jackets, beach bag, safe, coffee, tea, bathrooms necessities like toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, sunscreen, hairbrush etc.. The food in the restaurant was different each day, and it was very tasty and with good quality. There were like 100 options of different types of food. Read less
