Earth Villas are 185sqm, are in a beachfront location, and have a large sundeck and tropical garden, plus a spacious outdoor bathroom with handcrafted bathtub and monsoon shower. Each has 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults.

The Indulgence Plan All Inclusive includes:

Breakfast buffet at The Palms with Champagne and smoked salmon. A selection of light lunchoptions with live cooking stations at The Palms, plus Joie De Vivre offering refreshing meals, such as calamari sandwiches, served in the comfort of pool side sunloungers and romantic, shaded cabanas. For dinner guests can dine at The Palms all Day dining offering a variety of daily specials and “à la carte” dishes with Mediterranean influences, made to order from menu and live cooking stations, along with an extensive salad and dessert bar, on Fridays The Palms hosts the Grand Indian Ocean Gala Dinner featuring an expansive dinner, Maldivian entertainment, live music, and welcome cocktail (All Other outlets closed for dinner on the Friday night). Fine dining restaurants also open for dinner include Traditions Peking and Traditions Indoceylon (pre booking required). In addition guests receive one fining dining experience (for lunch or dinner and must be pre booked) in the underwater restaurant (stays of 4 nights or more, children under 12 can only dine here for lunch on Mondays andThursdays). Premium drinks including Champagne, variety of spirits, beer, liqueurs and a selection of wines, signature cocktails and mocktails, fresh juices, milkshakes, soft drinks, mineral water, exotic teas and coffee, at selected outlets, 9:00am–1:00am. Over 25 top gin brands available in the GIN IS IN bar. Sunset fishing once per stay (weather permitting), plus one complimentary excursion per guest per stay, from a selection of excursions (weather permitting). Access to ELENA Wellness Complex, Sports & Recreation Centre; fully equipped gym, outdoor and indoor recreational activities. Earth Villas with Pools are similar to Earth Villas but also feature an 8-metre-long infinity lap pool (20sqm) overlooking the lagoon, a guaranteed sunset/sunrise view, welcome bottle of Champagne and canapés, daily exotic fruit basket, 2 bottles of your preferred spirits from the mini-bar menu, 2 bottles of your preferred wine from All Inclusive menu a day (1 red, 1 white), and optional early morning muffin service with tea or coffee (until 8:00am). Each villa has 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults.

Earth Pool Pavilion - 2 Bedroom Suites are 285sqm and have a 35sqm private pool with mood lighting, shared Butler service, a living room and outdoor lounge, 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms, welcome bottle of Champagne and canapés, daily exotic fruit basket, 2 bottles of your preferred spirits from the mini-bar menu, 2 bottles of your preferred wine from All Inclusive menu a day (1 red, 1 white), and optional early morning muffin service with tea or coffee (until 8:00am). Wind Villas are 85sqm, are overwater villas at the north of the island, and have an ellipse-shaped bathtub with uninterrupted views of the horizon. Each has 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults.

The OZEN Residence is 430sqm and is an overwater villa at the tip of the pier with incredible views, with a 35sqm overwater pool, private Butler service, personal gym, maid’s room with separate access, kitchenette, outdoor dining pavilion, 3 bedrooms with 3 private bathrooms, welcome bottle of Champagne and canapés, daily exotic fruit basket, 2 bottles of your preferred spirits from the mini-bar menu, 2 bottles of your preferred wine from All Inclusive menu a day (1 red, 1 white), and optional early morning muffin service with tea or coffee (until 8:00am). The suite has 2 king-size beds and 1 room with twin beds, sleeping maximum 6 adults.

The overwater and beachfront villas are spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with every modern comfort. Waking up to the sound of gentle waves and breathtaking ocean views was a dream come true. Dining at Ozen Maduu was an extraordinary experience. The variety of cuisines, from fresh seafood to exquisite international dishes, was simply outstanding. Each meal was prepared with the finest ingredients and served with great attention to detail. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible underwater restaurant, which provided a mesmerizing dining experience surrounded by marine life. The spa and wellness treatments were also exceptional, leaving us feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Whether you’re seeking adventure, romance, or relaxation, Ozen Maduu offers it all. The staff service is more than unique. Our butler Ayush was exceptional!!! The restaurants are amazing. You must try the underwater restaurant – an incredible experience. And don’t miss the shark diving – it’s absolutely unique! Ozen is a great place for loved ones.

Not up to expectations

Having paid approximately $2,000 per night for a Two-Bedroom Earth Pool Pavilion, our expectations for this hotel were understandably high. Upon arrival at Malé airport, we were met by a representative from Ozen following our stay at another hotel. We were swiftly taken to the lounge, where cold drinks were available; however, there was no food, which was somewhat disappointing. After a short wait, we boarded the resort’s speedboat for the 40-minute journey to the island. Upon arrival, our villa host greeted us, provided a brief tour of the island, and escorted us to our room. Accommodation: Our first impression of the villa was that it felt quite dark and somewhat dated, with wall-mounted AC units rather than central air conditioning. The bathrooms, unfortunately, posed a significant safety hazard— the shower floors were extremely slippery when wet. Given that we were traveling with two young children, this was a major concern. While a non-slip mat was provided upon request, it covered only a small portion of the floor and did not fully resolve the issue. On a positive note, the private pool was a good size, and the villa’s west-facing position offered breathtaking sunsets each evening. WiFi & Entertainment: The WiFi across the island was particularly poor, with signal only available in rooms and restaurants. If you attempted to use it on the beach or other outdoor areas, there was no connection, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the in-room TVs were outdated and in need of an upgrade. Dining Experience: The food across the resort’s restaurants was fine but did not live up to the high price point. M6M, the resort’s signature underwater restaurant, was particularly underwhelming—the venue showed visible signs of wear and tear, and the food was mediocre at best. The steak, for example, was tough and disappointing. A la carte restaurant offerings were average, and while service was generally friendly, it lacked the refined touch expected at a luxury resort. The walk to the buffet restaurant each day was also inconvenient, requiring guests to cross a long, uncovered pier with no shade—a design flaw that made the journey uncomfortable in the heat. Service: While most staff members were friendly and welcoming, our villa host often made us feel like a burden. Requests were met with short, dismissive responses, and simple requests—such as an ice bucket—took over an hour to be fulfilled. A notable disappointment in service occurred when my wife felt unwell and informed our butler to cancel an appointment. Instead of offering any concern or assistance, the response was a robotic “Noted.” A more thoughtful approach, such as “I hope you feel better—please let us know if we can assist you in any way,” would have been more appropriate. Finally the airport departure experience was excellent and well organised Overall Experience: While the island itself was beautiful, with a stunning lagoon and soft sandy beaches, the overall experience did not justify the price. For the cost, there are far better island resorts available. I always judge a resort by whether I would recommend it to friends and family. In this case, unfortunately, I would not. Read less

Best Holiday Ever

We have just returned from 11 nights at this stunning resort. We stayed in a sunrise side, earth villa which did not disappoint. It was spacious, luxurious and the outside bath and shower were huge and great - something we'd not experienced before. The mini bar was re-stocked daily and we became partial to a mid-morning glass of pink champagne on our sunbeds. Aswell as a large variety of drinks, the mini bar contained chocolate, crisps and nuts. The large dressing room behind the main bedroom had plenty of storage for clothes and shoes. Extremely comfortable, super king size bed. Great to have air conditioning. Our room was serviced daily to a very high standard by Salauddin, and our butler, Ayush, arranged all our dinner, spa and excursion bookings for us. He responded very quickly to any Whatsapp messages we sent him. Butlers will pick you up in a golf buggy and take you to wherever you want to go on the island, however, we did not use this service as nowhere was very far away to walk to at all. All restaurants were amazing!! Chefs were very accomodating and would cook whatever we asked for. We enjoyed lunches and evening drinks at Joie de Vivre most days, and it was also great chatting to the staff in there. Every member of staff we encountered was happy, asked how our day was going and whether there was anything more they could do for us. The complimentary spa treatments (I think there were 5 treatments to choose from) were amazing. The beach was incredible and we came across sharks, sting rays and many beautiful fish whilst snorkelling a few metres out from our villa. Always plenty of free sun beds and towels by the pool area and at Hondu Bay. Really appreciated that the island was not over crowded with too many guests - sometimes it felt like we were the only people on the island! The boat transfers to and from the airport were very efficient. Ozen staff took us and our cases right up to the check in desk. Can't recommend this resort highly enough and really hope we have the opportunity to return someday. Thanks to everyone there for making our holiday so special. Read less

Wow incredible stay! Honeymoon

This was the first time visiting maldives and we spent 5 nights at Ozen. On airport arrival there was a private lounge with aircon and drinks whilst we waited for the speedboat - the staff were friendly. We stayed in both the beach villa and ocean villas with the pool and the rooms were amazing!! They were spacious with twice daily house keeping. The resort itself is beautiful and clean. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, professional and hospitality was great. The chefs went above and beyond to cater to our needs - Sunny, Satish. Dinesh, Kiran were also very friendly and accommodating. Our butler Ayush ensured our stay was smooth as possible. The all inclusive package had many restaurants and options. The checkout process was seamless and the ozen staff were with us till airport security. Just wanted to shout out ozen transfer staff Sanik who helped us when our return flight was cancelled- he went above and beyond and we were greatful for his help - huge thanks. We were really impressed and couldn't fault our stay. Pure luxury. I would definitely recommend this resort. Thank you so much for making this an incredible honeymoon experience. Read less
