The above restaurants and bars serve a selection of alcoholic beverages (pouring brand of vodka, tequila, rum, whisky, gin, selection of beer and house wine) and non-alcoholic beverages (tea/coffee, juices, soda, diet soda, water).

Please note: à la carte restaurants operate on a rotation basis, not all outlets are available on the same day. Minimum length of stay of 3 nights is required for à la carte usage. Arrival date dining is at Turquoise restaurant. A la carte dining begins from the second day of your stay. Three-night stays: eligible for complimentary use of two à la carte restaurants. Four-night stays: eligible for complimentary use of à la carte restaurants up to three times. Five-night stays or more: eligible for complimentary use of à la carte restaurants up to four times. All bookings must be made in advance at the “Restaurant Reservation Desk” in the lobby and are subject to availability. One Bedroom Suites Pool Access with 1 king-size bed in the bedroom, living room with 1 sofa bed (180cm X 150cm) and a balcony with direct access to the swimming pool, sleeping maximum 3 adults, 1 child and 1 infant. Two Bedroom Suite Pool Access are also available, maximum 5 adults, 1 child and 1 infant.

We had the pleasure of meeting MoMen in the lobby of the stunning Rixos Premium on Saadiyat Island, and he provided us with a truly delightful and exotic experience. His warm hospitality and attention to detail turned our encounter into a memorable moment. MoMen introduced us to the rich traditions of Arabic coffee, serving it alongside delicious dates, all while sharing the cultural significance behind this cherished ritual. His passion and knowledge added depth to the experience, and the coffee itself was aromatic and perfectly brewed—a true taste of local heritage. Fantastic hotel and staff.

Stayed for 8 days. The hotel is fantastic, staff are a credit to this hotel. Staff could not do enough for you, always smiling and happy to help. Rooms, beautiful and clean and a very good size. Our fridge was not working, was warm - told reception staff, we had a new one within 2 hrs. Food, amazing, so much variety. We loved the Asian restaurant, beautiful food. Signature cocktails from all the bars and restaurants are fantastic, such a choice! this makes the hotel stand out from the rest, unique 👌 pool and beach ⛱️ is wonderful, again staff are wonderful always willing to help you. Would highly recommend this hotel and would certainly visit again. Read less

The best family friendly hotel & Staff

Here’s a polished and reworded version of your review: This was our first family holiday with our one-year-old, and we stayed over Christmas. The staff here truly make this hotel exceptional! They went above and beyond to accommodate us, providing a bottle steriliser and baby-friendly bottled water for our daughter’s formula. We were even given a choice between two different cots to ensure her comfort. The restaurant staff were absolutely amazing — so friendly and attentive! They took time to chat with us and our daughter, remembering her name throughout our stay. The Christmas Eve choir performance by the staff was magical and truly added to the festive atmosphere. I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat! Our room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the food in the restaurants was delicious — I wouldn’t change a thing. During our stay, I got engaged on the hotel’s breathtaking beach! A special thank you to the lifeguard who captured that unforgettable moment for us. Just what we ordered. Wonderful.

Our family (2 adults, 2 children, 10 and 7yrs old) stayed for 7 nights from the 27th of Dec. We stayed in a 1 bedroom family suite which was in effect 2 large interconnected hotel rooms, plenty of space, with the kids on a pull out sofa and pull out single bed. They were perfectly content. The hotel is opulent in style and very well staffed, you feel safe (the children happily walked around the resort on their own) and it is spotless. The restaurants were excellent, we tried them all during our stay, and dealt with our son’s gluten free diet brilliantly. The main restaurant offered an excellent range and nothing was too much trouble, our particular thanks must go to Miggy, one of the waiting staff at Turquoise, he could not have been more engaging, charming and helpful. The bars and range of spirits was impressive when compared to some other ‘all inclusive’ hotel offers, all staff could make a decent cocktail, full marks. We had a wonderful time at the New Year’s Eve gala dinner. A truly impressive transformation of the hotel and the entertainment was enjoyed by all (the separate kids party was also very much welcomed, particularly by our 7yr old). The spa area is well worth a visit, it is a genuine sanctuary and I recommend the snow room in particular. The beach was huge, well maintained and managed, life guards watch swimmers like hawks! Never any issue with sun loungers and the DJ set during sun set gave the place a very chilled vibe. Overall a very relaxing experience, Abu Dhabi is incredibly easy to travel to / around and the Rixos delivered at every level. Our thanks go out to the whole team. Read less

Brilliant week

We went as a party of 14 - 3 generations. We had a wonderful relaxing holiday. The position of the hotel is fantastic with a beautiful sandy beach and clear water. There is a large pool which was heated and a fab children's pool with slides and a wave pool but this wasn't heated so it was hard for small children to stay in for long. Pool and beach service were great and it was lovely to sit at the beach bar as the sun went down. It is our first experience of a fully inclusive hotel and it was brilliant. The quality of the food was amazing. There were lots of activities for our grandchildren and they were very well looked after wherever we were. We were there for NYE and even though they accommodated 900 at the gala dinner it was amazing. It was a buffet but the choice and quality of the food were fantastic. And the ballroom was full of activities for the younger members of our party. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and super helpful. Shout out to Jinky who looked after our room and Rommell in the People's restaurant and Melanie in the Italian. Our travel agent had managed to book our a-la-carte restaurants before we arrived and I'm glad she did as I don't think we would have managed any bookings otherwise as we had tried to change one and it wasn't possible. The Italian one was our favourite. We ate at Mermaid twice. Food was very nice both times but the second time we had to eat inside and the music was very loud and we had to ask twice for it to be turned down as we couldn't talk. We didn't enjoy Orient. It had a much less casual feel to it so our children seemed noisy which was never the case else where in the hotel. We couldn't get in to the Asian restaurant. These are very small things in what was a fabulous week. Read less
