Firstly, during check-in, I was required to pay an additional charge for an extra guest. This was unexpected, particularly as I had booked a deluxe room that is typically designed to accommodate two guests.
Secondly, I was charged AED 1,000 to allow two guests access to the lounge during my stay. This cost is excessive and not aligned with the value provided.
Overall, the level of hospitality was average at best, and the hotel does not meet the standards advertised in terms of amenities, leisure facilities, or service quality.
As a former Accor Diamond member, I can confidently say that this experience falls significantly short of the brand’s expected standards.
