We stayed 25th May for 2 nights, I was double charged on check in for our 2 night stay. I was assured the amount would be immediately refunded back to me, 5 weeks later, multiple emails, zero answers to my phone calls and I have still not been refunded.

Our room was very comfortable, had such a decent nights sleep every night as it was so peaceful. the lady Sherral who cleaned our room done a grand job... ok this next part is probably they only thing that we felt slightly disappointed, was the buffet restaurant, not overly big and not much choice, seems to be same thing most days or just juggled around this is such a shame and I felt it let the hotel down, I am so glad we booked the al carte restaurants, but that was the only negative thing, rest of our stay was amazing, Would we come back we would at some point... thank you for amazing stay Rixos
