Rixos Premium Saadiyat is one of those rare hotels that makes you want to write a review not just “because you should,” but truly from the heart. We stayed here from December 29 to January 4, 2026, and it’s easily been one of the most memorable trips in recent years. From the very first moments, it feels like stepping into a fairytale palace straight out of Aladdin — the interiors are breathtaking: grand, detailed, full of light and elegance. The lobby is a work of art on its own — you can literally stand there and admire every detail. Food deserves a special mention. It’s delicious and genuinely diverse, with none of that “just another buffet” feeling. Everything is beautifully presented, and the overall atmosphere — snow-white tablecloths and napkins, impeccable neatness and aesthetics — truly feels premium. But what makes this hotel number one for me is the staff. They are incredibly attentive and warm, and their smiles feel genuine — not “for tips,” but sincerely human. You feel it in every interaction, from the smallest details to the bigger moments. A special thank you to Lyubov and Valeria at reception — they gave only truly useful, important advice, not generic recommendations. Their help and kindness made a real difference. It was my birthday during the stay, and the hotel decorated our room — such a thoughtful touch, genuinely heartwarming and unforgettable. Housekeeping was also above and beyond: spotless cleanliness, plus lovely surprises and compliments that made everything feel extra special. The restaurants were a highlight too. The Teppanyaki show restaurant left a lasting impression — both the performance and the flavors were outstanding. And the Greek restaurant and show were simply amazing: unexpected, emotional, and the food was exceptional. I’ve stayed at other Rixos hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and Rixos Premium Saadiyat is currently my number one. Evenings were perfect as well: a big thank you to the DJ at sunset. The cocktails were high-quality and well-made, and the evening program was ideal for relaxed chilling by the water — stylish, pleasant, and never overwhelming. The evening stage area is designed perfectly. And the café: fantastic coffee, plus the whole space is stunning. And the sea… absolutely heavenly turquoise. I’m comparing it to the Dominican Republic and Mauritius — and honestly, it’s no worse at all, and the color might even be better. A million thanks! We will definitely be back. Read less

Just arrived. Sofia from Guest Relations was super good, organised my daughter’s birthday message in room - nothing is too much trouble for her. Hotel ground nice, room corridor a bit tired and bare but hotel common area lovely. Rooms lovely. Only issue is à la cart booking - after checking in I went straight to restaurant booking and was told can only get in on the last day (here for 5 days) and a party of 6 needs to be booked onto separate tables with separate time slots. The hotel is not full at present so I dread to think how they would book everyone in at peak season. Read less
