We stayed for 8 nights in mid-January with a 3 year old and 5 month old. Our holiday was perfect. We stayed in a one bedroom suite which was huge and ideal for our family. We had asked for a number of baby products (cot, bath, potty, bed guards) and they were all set up in our room on arrival. The sofa bed had large bed guards so was ideal for our toddler. The WhatsApp concierge was a helpful touch. The food was excellent. We enjoyed the pool side restaurant for lunch, with a lovely sea view from the outside terrace. For dinners, we had no problem getting the 4 dinner reservations we wanted at times that worked for us. We particularly enjoyed Aja. Great food, friendly service. The drinks options were generally good. Wine options are limited on the all inclusive but the beer and cocktail selection was excellent. It also varied in the different restaurants (eg Greek beer in the Greek restaurant), which was a nice touch. I really enjoyed a coffee from the lobby bar each morning. It was a lovely coffee! The pools were also ideal. Service via a bell was quick and friendly. If we couldn’t find a sun lounger, this was swiftly resolved by the staff. When it was a bit chilly one morning, the staff brought round blankets. The splash park was big and great for our three year old. The wave pool was a nice addition and warm. The beach was stunning and again good service. It was a lovely spot for sunset. Nice little touches like platforms to park the pram, a kids obstacle course and a fresh fruit bar. We really enjoyed taking our son the the kids club shows in the evening which were very impressive! The carnival on a Sunday was also a fun extra and really well run. Only a few small things to improve: - The splash park was a bit cold so not very well used overall - Staying for 8 nights, you only get 4 à la carte which seems disproportionate (5 nights, you also get 4 bookings) - It would be good to be able to take drinks up to your room for when the children go to bed earlier - The sun loungers were often reserved by people very early and then they would not use them until hours later. It would be good if the policy was enforced to stop this happening. As mentioned we still always found loungers. - Lunch at people’s was a bit inconsistent. If you ordered the same thing two days in a row, it could be quite different and not always as described on the menu. Overall, we had such a special week and the staff were very helpful. We hope to return soon! Read less

Excellent meal at the Orient restaurant. Supriya gave us very good advice and service throughout the evening. Would particularly recommend the beef carpaccio and the glazed chicken.
