Junior Suites feature a lavishly decorated living room and separate bedroom, with views of Palm Jumeirah or the beautiful gardens surrounding the resort. These suites have 1 king-size bed and sleep a maximum of 4 people, and also include early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability), turndown service (upon request), local and international English newspaper and Arabic newspaper (upon request), complimentary use of non-motorised watersports (2 hours per room, per stay) and complimentary tickets to the world’s largest waterpark.

One Bedroom Senior Suites feature a spacious living room that is separate to the bedroom, with views of Palm Jumeirah. These suites have 1 king-size bed and a sleeper soda in the living room, sleeping a maximum of 4 people, and also include early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability), turndown amenities (upon request), personal holiday assistant, local and international English newspaper and Arabic newspaper (upon request), complimentary VIP amenities, complimentary use of non-motorised watersports (2 hours per room per stay), and complimentary tickets to the world’s largest waterpark.

Two-Bedroom Family Suites feature views of the Dubai skyline, a living area with lounger, armchairs and a dining table, bathrooms with tub and glassed-in shower, and 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. These suites sleep a maximum of 6 people.

Three-Bedroom Family Suites are also available, featuring a balcony with two sitting areas and sleeping maximum 8 people.

I liked everything very much. The service is good, the cleaning is on time. The food is delicious and very varied. The staff is polite and friendly. We were with a friend. We were satisfied. We did not find any drawbacks. Views, interior - beauty!

Lovey hotel ,super clean with great rooms , great food and drink .Staff at reception, guest services all warm and friendly, Bar staff both in hotel and at the pools were superb .Al a carte staff wonderful although sometimes some but not all of the waiting staff in the buffet seemed a little indifferent but not enough to spoil our stay .A big plus to this hotel though are the security staff and the concierge team, who are all super friendly attentive and helpful with a big out shout going out to all the guys on main door whos names i forget except for Jimmy, who was always smiling and always ready to assist , what a credit to this hotel all above mentioned are 10/10 Read less

Still waiting for a promised refund. Disgusting service !

I’m extremely disappointed with how our situation has been handled by Rixos The Palm. Back in early March, due to the ongoing pandemic in Dubai, we were assured that we would receive a full refund. At the time, this felt like a fair and responsible decision from what is supposed to be a reputable, high-end organisation. However, here we are months later, and we are still waiting - currently £1000’s of pounds out of pocket. Despite repeated follow-ups, the only response we continue to receive is that the refund is “in a processing queue.” This has become an unacceptable and frustrating cycle of vague updates with no real progress or accountability. For a brand that prides itself on luxury, service, and customer care, this experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Holding onto customers’ money for such an extended period, especially during uncertain times, reflects poorly on the organisation’s integrity and commitment to its guests. I would strongly urge Rixos The Palm to take immediate action, provide transparency, and honour the commitment they made. At this point, it’s not just about the refund, it’s about trust, credibility, and doing the right thing. Read less

Hotel is finding all kind of reasons not to refund our booking, even is was cancelled and the hotel is closed, do not pay anything in advance.

Just thought id leave a review as we are leaving today after 12 days. Despite everything that has happened here in Dubai we cannot fault our stay at the hotel one bit! The service that they have provided has been exceptional. All of the staff have been fantastic. A special thanks to the lifeguards on the beach and the doctor who helped our eldest daughter when she got stung by a jelly fish 🫣😅 they were so quick to help! The food in the buffet restaurants has been some of the best food that we have ever had at an all inclusive buffet and we have been to a fair few hotels! The a la carte restaurants are also very good. There has been so much to do for our 3.5 and 2 year old, they have loved it! The carnival being their favourite! We have felt incredibly safe and looked after even in a time of uncertainty which to me only shows what an amazing hotel this is. We will definitely be back once the dust settles and everything is over. There is a mix of emotions as we leave today but this will certainly be a holiday that we will never forget for both good and bad reasons 🤣. Read less
