I recently stayed at the Royalton Grenada, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort and I’d give it a solid 3 out of 5 stars. Let me start with what they got right. The resort is absolutely beautiful. It truly feels like paradise, which is what you expect when visiting Grenada. The views are stunning, the grounds are well maintained, and there are moments where you genuinely feel like you’ve escaped into luxury. That said, there were several things that took away from the overall experience. My biggest issue was with the Diamond Club experience. As the most expensive tier, you expect elevated access and premium benefits. Instead, many of the “exclusive” areas, especially the outdoor pool bar, were shutting down as early as 5pm. That felt like a major disconnect between what’s promised and what’s delivered. Even more frustrating, the entire resort stopped serving liquor at 12am. After that, your only option is room service, which unfortunately was underwhelming. On multiple occasions, it took close to two hours for food to arrive, and by then it was cold and soggy. That’s not acceptable for a resort at this level. Service was also inconsistent. While some staff members were great, there were multiple interactions where the attitude felt dismissive or unfriendly. I also received conflicting information from different staff members about various aspects of the resort, which made things unnecessarily confusing. To be clear, I did not hate my experience. There were genuinely good moments, and the setting alone carries a lot of weight. But as part of Marriott International’s Autograph Collection, there is a clear opportunity to improve consistency, service standards, and the overall guest experience, especially for premium-tier guests. Lastly, I have to give a huge shoutout to Shanique, one of the bartenders. She was easily the highlight of my stay. Great personality, welcoming energy, incredibly helpful, and she made some of the best drinks on the property. She is exactly what great hospitality should feel like. With a few key improvements, this resort could easily move from good to great. Read less

Many people think this is a 5-star resort, but it's not. That would be the Silver Sands in Grand Anse. If you expect an all-inclusive experience like a cruise ship, this is not what they offer. It's a resort. What you can expect is a nice visit, places to eat a variety of different meals like French, Italian, Indian, and a full-service buffet with varied offerings each night. No two days are the same. Food is available 24 hours, including room service. The gym is nice and comprehensive, so you can do whatever workout you need. Classes are also offered. The spa is top-notch! It's a comfortable place to stay and its 2 min from the airport. Read less

So happy I visited the Royalton! My son (3) had enough activities to keep him occupied. My wife ate almost everything she wanted (so did I) We were treated like Royalty. The drinks weren't watered down and terrible
