The ultimate, Diamond Club™ Chairman’s Two, Three, or Four Bedroom Suites offer a separate seating area, kitchenette, dining table and pool table. Outside you can enjoy views of the ocean from a furnished balcony or terrace that also includes and soaking tub. These suites can sleep up to a maximum of 16 people, with maximum 12 adults in the four bedroom suite.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately my stay at the Royalton Grenada was deeply disappointing from the very beginning. Immediately upon check-in, I discovered that I could not get reservations at the restaurants I actually wanted to dine at. What made matters worse was that almost all of the restaurants were closed on Monday and Tuesday — something that was never clearly communicated beforehand. For a resort at this price point, that was extremely frustrating. We eventually managed to get a reservation at the Indian restaurant, only to find that many menu items were unavailable. Even basic bar ingredients seemed constantly out of stock — I ordered a mojito and was told there were no mint leaves. While some staff members were genuinely kind and helpful, several others made us feel like an inconvenience rather than welcomed guests. One particularly disappointing interaction was with Aaliyah at the Dips Pool Bar. I asked for spiced rum and was told I was “not entitled” to it because it was considered a top-shelf item. As a Marriott Platinum member, I found the interaction confusing and unnecessarily dismissive. I then asked for Spice Nectar drink instead, and her attitude made it seem like I was bothering her simply by ordering a drink. She told me to go to the lobby instead. Another frustrating experience happened at the Chill Pool Bar. We arrived approximately 30 minutes before closing, yet the two employees working there acted as though they did not want to serve us at all. It genuinely felt like we were begging for service, and afterward their behavior and gossiping made the experience even more uncomfortable. Another disappointment was at Nibbles Bar. We arrived about 20 minutes before closing and were told the only food available was French fries. Again, for the amount of money spent at this resort, this level of service and lack of preparation was unacceptable. Grenada itself is absolutely beautiful, but sadly this resort did not deliver the level of hospitality, service, or experience that was advertised. There were simply too many moments where guests felt like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. Read less

Had a wonderful time reading and relaxing by the pool. Tons of fun activities with Danielle doing an amazing job. We had a lot of fun activities and great chats with Danielle. She really went above and beyond.

Amenities in the room below average despite the changes were for luxury upgraded dimond club room. Food at Marche gourmet has very limited options and poor taste. Lack of involvement of people working adds to the negative experience. Taj India restaurant had a very bad food not even near to actually Indian taste (my daughter commented that I can cook better yeasty and quality food just watching YouTube!!!). There is no system for breakfast que, people coming after us were given table before us as the waiter had no idea about the que (did not remember who came first and how many people). Management has no idea how to develop system to avoid this issues see no improvement in the customer experience. I feel people should avoid this resort and better go somewhere else if you really want some value for your money as we wasted/spoilt out this years annual vacation, unfortunately. Read less
