Diamond Club™ Luxury Presidential Two Bedroom Suites, with garden or ocean views, are ideal for groups or families. Featuring a spacious seating area and separate bedrooms with 1 king-size bed and 2 queen beds, sleeping maximum 6 adults and 2 kids, or 4 adults and 4 kids. 

The ultimate, Diamond Club™ Chairman’s Two, Three, or Four Bedroom Suites offer a separate seating area, kitchenette, dining table and pool table. Outside you can enjoy views of the ocean from a furnished balcony or terrace that also includes and soaking tub. These suites can sleep up to a maximum of 16 people, with maximum 12 adults in the four bedroom suite.

Pros: 1. Five minutes from airport and yet no airplane noise disturbance. 2. Diamond Club Room was very clean and well made up each day. No turn down service as advertised tho 3. Beach was lovely with very comfortable lounge chairs and lots of umbrellas for protection from the sun. 4. Restaurants and buffet were clean and food was decent. Grazia Terrace was the highlight of our trip. The breakfast views and sunset views from there are spectacular. Indian restaurant is dark and noisy but good food. French restaurant had amazing salmon. Always felt rushed to eat and leave from the restaurants. Cons: 1. Both advertised swim up bars were closed the entire week therefore every guest had to get out of the pool for every drink 2. Pool upper bar service was extremely slow and staff were rude. Average wait time was 10 mins to get our drinks. Not enough staff considering the swim up bars were closed. More staff is needed to serve the guests around the pool and on the beach. Very rarely were we offered drink service. The bar was never fully stocked and we were told they had no Diet Coke, no milk for mud slides and no cold beer at 11 am in the morning on our final day. Not even an apology and definitely no ‘I will go track some down for you’. Very poor guest service. 3. Diamond Club beach and pool area only had only 2 activities throughout the week other than water aerobics which was offered every other day. One event was a local band that was 45 minutes late and played for only 20 mins. So many Vibe team staff members throughout resort but all came across with little to no energy at all. They all seemed to just ‘dial it in’ 4. Wanted to go to the main pool because that is where the majority of activities took place but it only has 1 sun umbrella for the entire pool. Unbelievable to not have sun umbrellas around a pool now a days. 5. Royalton App is an App of lies. The activity schedule is either blank or has inaccurate information. Staff told us to not trust the app because the manager changes it every morning. Foam party was advertised at one pool and ended up at a different pool. People were mad!! 6. Diamond Club Room Service App still says it is New Years and they are closed. When you click on hours it reads Diamond club room serviced is 11am-11pm daily but evidently, Diamond Club is 24 service?? 7. Staff (other than the butlers) are somewhat polite but do not seem happy and do not engage with guests. Very robot like. I feel that now that the Marriot owns Royalton, they need to invest more money into the property to ensure that the staff are better trained to service customers with a smile. This was our 3rd Royalton property and unfortunately, the pool bar service and beach service paled in comparison to the other two. Definitely lots of room for improvement. Read less

The beach is very nice though the water was a bit rough for my liking but the sand is white and soft. There are no elevators so one needs to be ready to climb steps to get to your room. It is not accessible for those with with physical challenges. It took me 2 changes of rooms to get a room that did not have a Musty/Mouldy smell. After much pleading, and on the next day, they found me a room at the same cost and very nice smelling. Rooms I must say are kept clean which is important to me. My friends room was damp and floor was wet. They were told to leave the temperature at 16 degrees. Who goes to the islands to shower, get ready and sleep in a cold or damp room? Food is mediocre. Buffet had much of the same stuff cooked in different manner. Little variety of fish/seafood. Not much variety. What carribean island does not have avocado. Pasta bar was good as you got some fresh pasta with shrimps, clams, etc in a red or white sauce made right there so it is hot. Vegetables were decent. Italian restaurant was not worth it. The French restaurant was great and service was great. Indian restaurant was good as well. Drinks were good but slow service at the bar, and watered down drinks because it took more time for the waitress to get the drinks. Entertainment and activities were good. There must be supply chain issues as we could not get a refill of tissues, hand towels. They ran out of shrimp, lemons and spinach. I have been to other Royaltons. I was disappointed with this one. I would never recommend this place nor would I ever go back. If it wasn't for Dontae,Moesha, Danielle, Shida and George from the vibe team the vacation would have been a total wash and they wouldn't have gotten such a generous rating from me. The list of issues is so long I can't tell all the problems but all I can say is management has got to step up and get these employees motivated. We did yoga with Kelson and he was really great . He took his time and had a calming voice while doing yoga. It was my first time I felt good stretching . I would definetly recommend. It wasn’t too hard and it wasn’t too easy . My wife does yoga all the time and she loved it
