My wife and I spent many of our nights at Dunns River “Rum Club”. Each night that we went, the service was incredible. The staff learned our names, our drinks, and appetizers. Shashawna and Gabriel provided the best experience for us. Their humor and level of service was top notch. 10/10 recommend spending your nights at the Rum Club!

Everything was amazing: the property, our room, the variety of restaurants and most of all the staff. Shout out to Hensue, at the Plaza Bar, who created new drinks and treated us like family. Other exceptional members of the bar team were Rajae, Tyrell and Ketcha. Entertainment at this resort is one of the best of Sandals resorts. We were lucky enough to be on property during Jamaica’s Emancipation Day and Independence Day and both were spectacular. The food and service at all the restaurants were top notch. I just returned from Sandals Dunn’s River, and I can honestly say this was one of those vacations you don’t want to end. The resort is beautiful, the food is incredible, and there is always something to do, but what really made this trip unforgettable was the STAFF. First, our butler team was AMAZING, but Nicholas was truly top tier! I brought my mother on this trip because I wanted her to have a really special experience, and Nicholas understood the assignment. ❤️ The way he took care of her absolutely made my heart smile. One of my favorite memories was watching him personally escort her to a wedding garden party. She was BEAMING! Those are the little moments you remember long after a vacation is over. And I HAVE to talk about our room! We stayed in the Tufa One Bedroom Skypool Butler Suite, Room 3402, and SPECTACULAR doesn’t even begin to describe it. The moment we walked in and saw that view, we knew we had made the right choice — it was a million-dollar view! The suite was beautiful, spacious and luxurious, but having our own Skypool overlooking that gorgeous Jamaican scenery took it to another level. One of my absolute favorite experiences was having breakfast served to us while we relaxed in our Skypool looking out at that incredible view. Pure luxury! There are certain vacation moments where you just sit there thinking, THIS is the life — and that was definitely one of them. ❤️🇯🇲 Our entire butler team made sure we didn’t want for anything. And the special-order lunches they arranged for us poolside and on the beach?! Listen!! 😂 We had oxtails, red snapper escovitch and coconut shrimp brought right to us. Sitting by the water eating authentic Jamaican food like that is exactly how vacation should feel! Then there’s the pool… Andre at the swim-up bar makes what we started calling his “special cucumber cooler,” and it may be the BEST clean, refreshing daytime drink ever. And Al and those Pink P shots?! Completely different assignment! 😂 Al helped turn that pool into the ultimate party. Now let’s talk FOOD because Sandals Dunn’s River did not come to play. It is honestly hard to choose a favorite restaurant. Edessa gave us amazing lobster tails, lamb chops and a baked feta that was absolutely top tier. The Italian restaurant was incredible — and that lasagna is WORLD CLASS. The sushi was some of the most authentic and best sushi I’ve had at an all-inclusive, with rolls that I would happily order at home. And the French restaurant could easily hold its own against a high-end French restaurant outside of a resort (get the duck, thank me later) But I have to save a special shout-out for the entertainment team, because THEY made this resort feel like family. The beach show was amazing, and the finale was absolutely breathtaking. Conrad, better known as Cony, and Hennessy made sure everybody had a GOOD time. They weren’t just performing for guests — they interacted with us, danced with us and made us feel like we were part of the party. And Rum Club is PARTY CENTRAL! The entire staff can dance, they have fun right along with you, and the energy is infectious. The DJ was EPIC, took our requests, and had the place feeling more like a great Miami club than a resort bar. We danced, laughed and had an absolute BALL. What makes Sandals Dunn’s River special isn’t just the gorgeous property, pools, beach or restaurants. It’s the people. They took what could have simply been a beautiful vacation and turned it into memories my mother and I will talk about for years.
