Wife and I had a wonderful time here, this is our fifth sandals resort and it definitely ranks towards the top. On the map, the beach looks small, but it really isn’t. Wife and I had a wonderful time here, this is our fifth sandals resort and it definitely ranks towards the top. On the map, the beach looks small, but it really isn’t. We had plenty of room and there were always chairs available. The beach on the other side of the rock pier is also part of Sandals. The pool was awesome as well, very clean, there was entertainment all the time..The Butler service was exceptional. We had Shaw and Martin, and when I go back, I’ll request them again. We were served by Ronaldo at a couple of different restaurants, and he was our favorite waiter, at one point he went out of his way to go to a different restaurant to get something that we asked about and then brought it to the other restaurant for us! Shantae gave my wife a mother to be massage which she loved. So much so, that she got another one. Our favorite restaurant was Banyu, and the sushi place Hanami. King worked both of those and was always so happy to see us and remembered us each time, and the chef Vikram came out and checked on the meals he made for us which I liked. The sushi chef kept looking at us saying, more? More? It was a lot of fun. If you like Diving, it’s great. Sheldon was our dive, master and instructor, and he went out of his way to show my mom how to harvest a conch shell, and then cleaned it for her to take home! There were not many divers, the most we had on a boat was six all week, and sometimes we had three. Every dive felt private, which was a nice reprieve from other resorts where you have to show up in the morning and hope to get off the waitlist. Overall, very happy with the Diving here. Would recommend paying a little extra and doing the shipwreck.Great resort, great service, I love this place. I’ll be back.

Travelling with virgin meant a late arrival at the resort 11pm. Our room as you would expect was ready , with all our in room requests previously made prior to arrival.
We were in. TSKY room which included two butlers Roger Neil and Reynaldo, who wee both amazing and we felt perfectly matched to us both.
The following morning our sunbeds had been reserved on the beach with a cool box containing our favourite drinks . We later met Roger who quickly worked out our sense of humour and returned with a fat Bob, skinny Bob and Jamaican patties. The remaining days of our holiday just got better and better. Enjoying all the restaurants available abd every night being escorted to our table by one of our butlers to ensure they would be no waiting for a table.
Two restaurants that were particular favourites were l’almande with excellent service from short boss , Romaine who was so sweet, and good food.
The top of our list without a doubt had to be Banyu , hosted by King and his excellent team including servers Christina and Kimberley along with vikram the chef who in our opinion produced the most authentic menu on the resort. Spoilt for choice on the 5 visits to this restaurant and special dishes for us on our last night. King and his team were so kind and made us feel like family .
A special mention to Eugiene from
hanami. as lthough sushi wasn’t really our thing we enjoyed drinks at the bar and his hospitality was first class.
All restaurants are beautifully decorated with fabulous lighting.
The beach has two sections with one for butler guests, although all guests can sit where they like, the butler area is very quiet.
Both pools have a party feel, one slight more than the other.
Lots of places to sit and relax with a drink in the evening and plenty of entertainment every day and night.
Sandals include all watersports, glass bottom boat etc.
this resort is very easy for people with mobility issues with ramps and lifts.
The gardens are beautifully kept and the hotel is well maintained .
Housekeeping was on point although they didn’t always communicate with our butlers if something needed replacing in the room.
Spa was very good and a thank you to Trashima ( Trash) who was so Kind when I had a bit of a moment after losing my mum recently. She was very sweet ♥️. .
All in all a fabulous resort with fabulous staff
