I had a great experience, i would definitely come back, the jerk chicken was amazing at the Jerk Shack, bartenders were very nice nothing but vibes and don’t forget Tiana from entertainment she was amazing especially when we played “Name that tune”.

They made sure we had some of the best spots by the pool and on the beach, surprised us with lobster lunches, kept checking to make sure we were enjoying ourselves, and even came through with KFC when we wanted some local comfort food! 😂🍗🇯🇲 Now THAT is service! What impressed us most was how they made everything feel effortless. We could simply relax, enjoy each other, and Experience Da Moment while Fire & Ice took care of the rest. Just enjoyed 10 amazing days at Sandals Dunns river! We stayed in a Tufa Terrace One Bedroom Skypool Butler Suite w/ Balcony Tranquility Soaking Tub which had a great view of the beach. Our butlers Shaw and Martin were outstanding and made us feel like royalty! They sorted us good spots on the beach every day, complete with a cooler loaded with water and beer and booked our restaurant reservations, escorting us to our table and making sure we had our drinks. Shaw even arranged our room extension on our last day as we had a late flight home! Every staff member at the resort was happy and helpful with no exception, Kimberlee and King in Banyu and Tawana in Edessa were excellent in the restaurants and Kerrington and Tahj from the watersports team were always happy to chat and share a joke! All of the restaurants and bars were outstanding, front desk always happy to help and quality entertainment every afternoon/evening! We liked the diversity of the resort and the fact you could either participate in various activities or just chill! We absolutely loved Jamaica and the Jamaican people! One Love! Read less

I love the total Sandals experience. I've been attending different Sandals resorts for the last 7 years, and enjoy the family feel they all give. This year has been at Dunn's River. The entertainment team is amazing at getting the guests involved. Tiana, Akeem, and Jhoniel are so friendly and attentive. I will miss them when we leave.

Recently completed our second stay at Sandals Dunn’s River, checking in on August 20th and out on August 28th. The resort continues to impress, this trip truly highlighted how exceptional the team is across restaurants, bars, and all departments. Even Antonio on the gardening/groundskeeping staff added entertainment with his upbeat and colorful personality while working around the property. Dining: Banyu was a standout once again. Vikram deserves special recognition for crafting memorable dishes that made each visit unique. King added to the experience with his warm personality and off‑menu surprises, and Tonishae, our server, was consistently wonderful. Every restaurant we visited delivered excellent food and service. We enjoyed 2 phenomenal meals at L’Amande as well. Bars & Drinks: The bartending team across the property was outstanding. At Lapidus, Jahvon kept the drinks on point. We also enjoyed our interactions and chats with Akeem, Gabriel (Steve), Denzil (Bob), and Jashane at the Rum Club. We were sad to see Liandre moved from the Rum Club—he was a favorite during our last stay—but we’re happy he’s still part of the Sandals family. At the beach bar, where we spent the majority of our days, Antionette, Sherwayne, Seymour (rainbow shots!), and Tasheka all went above and beyond. They remembered our drinks, engaged in great conversation, and made every day feel special. Overall: From start to finish, this stay was everything we hoped for and more. The staff truly elevate the experience at Sandals Dunn’s River, their warmth, hospitality and attitude are an asset to the resort. We’re looking forward to another visit in the future. Lastly, and certainly not least, Venice and Iran provided exceptional, attentive butler service that made our trip even more memorable.
