Every day the most amazing staff always welcomed us no matter where we were going they greeted us big smiles.We had a amazing catamaran experience aboard the island routes catamaran the captain and his amazing crew were the best vibes and treated us awesome. Shout out to the Friday night beach dinner and show. The steel pan band just amazing vibes from them and the other band also had us going. The fire show with fire works ending was great way to end and turn it back to the great dj.Special shout out to Hennessy and her much love for our group of 22 from beach activities to the good bye on departure day amazing person to have on your staff also special shoutout to my Bronx boy Jhoniel and Brooklyn girl Omanda also very special to my group of 22 also amazing people to have on your staff. My wife and I were at Sandals Dunns River July 15-21, 2026. It was a wonderful experience. We have stayed at seven different Sandals resorts. All were wonderful and all had their individual unique qualities. We found the food at Dunn's River excellent and may have been tops of all the Sandals. The friendliness and customer service was the best we have experienced at a Sandals resort (although all have been quite good). I showed up without a pair of long slacks. I was informed when I arrived long slacks were required for the French restaurant so I inquired at a couple of different places on resort to see if there was any way I could obtain a pair of long slacks for one night. One of the security people (I believe his name was Uribe or also goes by UJ) picked up on my request and the next day located my wife and I on the beach. He asked what waist size I wore and said a pair of slacks would be delivered to the room. The next day a pair were in the room and we were able to eat at the French restaurant that night. Our Butlers Akeem and Nicholas were wonderful bringing drinks, snacks, lunch to us pool side or on the beach each day. We booked our next Sandals trip while on resort. We knew what resort we wanted to go to and the room type we wanted. We went into the Insiders Club and were met by Tre' Sann. I informed her that we were to meet our Butler in 15 minutes for dinner and would like to complete the reservation within that timeframe. She jumped right on it and had us booked with completed paperwork within the time requested. We stayed in Room 3208. The lady that cleaned and refreshed our room each day was sooo polite and wanting to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The ladies who worked the Blum coffee cafe in the morning were professional and courteous. The bartenders at the swim up bar were excellent and Oh! those rum punches!! If you drink more than two you do so at your own peril! They went down so easy! The landscaping on the resort was beautiful! One last person I would like to give a 'shout out' to was the gentleman who did served as MC for the mid-afternoon activities. Everyone would know him as he jokes about how he needs to keep his job for another week to feed his 4 dogs. He was excellent leading the pool patrons in mid-afternoon trivia. He also participated in singing the good-bye song when we were leaving. Read less

My wife and I loved Sandals Dunn's River. Smaller to Medium sized resort, great! Loved sitting on the beach with background music, at times live or DJ'd, carribian swimming & then dip in awesome pool adjacent to the beach. Choosing to do nothing or doing all, included water activities, we sailed with singing staff member, glass bottom boat, ater ski boat pulling us in a large float, drinks feet away & good food all the time & nearby. Entertainment was varied & fun when wanted. The staff was outstanding, shout out to Kevin the manager with a listening ear. All staff without asking or expecting escorting us when asking where something is. Mentioning goimg to front desk to change a reservation & staff insisted on doing it for us with a confirmation phone call shortly after to our room. "No"was not in the staffs vocabulary. Shout outs to Karen & Kede for couples massage- Wow!, Christopher for listening on what photo we wanted & where, water front crew forgot names, I think "Kim" who signed us up for this trip 2 years ago from RC & she happened to be at Dunn's & remembered us from 2 years ago.
