The hotel

Little VIP touches make a stay at the boutique Sea Breeze Beach House feel all the more special. As you sink into a sun lounger, the pool and beach attendants serve cold drinks, mist you with a refreshing spritzer, and offer delicious sorbet tasters. Its 3-acre gardens and 1,000 ft stretch of silky white sands create a sense of space, while Bajan accents like palm trees, beachside dining, and rum-infused treats create a sense of island living. Families and couples can enjoy their own zones, with a space just for grownups featuring a pool, Jacuzzis and oversized loungers — a brilliant break from the buzz around the family and lap pools. Even the beach caters for all, with a lively water sports stretch and a more peaceful patch. The luxury suites are wonderfully spacious, have beautiful ocean views and extra amenities, and with two, three and four bedroom options available, you can have an All-Inclusive experience with a 'villa' feel. On a magnificent stretch of beach. 5 minutes drive to St Lawrence Gap. 15 minutes to Bridgetown. A short distance to Oistins — famous for its Friday Night Fish-Fry. Transfer time from airport: 15 minutes.

Hotel information

122 room across two categories — 78 Classic Collection Rooms and 44 Luxury Suites — set on 3 acres of lush tropical gardens and prime beach front. All with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, covered private balcony, flat-screen TV, iPhone docking station, WiFi access, mini-fridge, safe, premium amenities and modern bathrooms. Classic Standard Rooms have 1 king-size bed and queen-size sleeper sofa, sleeping maximum 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child.

All Inclusive of: all meals (breakfast buffet, à la carte or buffet lunch, buffet, barbecue or à la carte dinner), afternoon tea. Unlimited premium brand spirits, soft drinks, beer, house wine by the glass including sparkling wine and a great cocktail menu available all day. 

Classic Collection Rooms:

Classic Poolside/Garden View Rooms have either a covered terrace steps away from the pool or are on the first and second floors with a balcony. With either 1 king-size bed and queen-size sleeper sofa or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Classic Oceanview Rooms are a similar size but offer beautiful views of the Caribbean sea, with 1 king-size bed (some rooms will also have a queen sleeper sofa) or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Classic Oceanfront Rooms have a stunning, direct view of the ocean with 1 king-size bed, perfect for couples, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Luxury Collection Suites:

Luxury Collection Suites offer spacious accommodation, right in the heart of the property. All suites showcase stunning ocean views and in addition to the amenities of the Classic Collection Rooms, they feature upgraded furnishings, luxury bathrooms and complimentary privilege inclusions such as a daily stocked mini-bar, nightly turn-down service on request, complimentary beach bag, upgraded in-room coffee service, personalised concierge service.

Luxury Oceanfront Junior Suites feature a spacious balcony from which to admire the uninterrupted ocean views. With either 1 king-size bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Luxury 2-Bedroom Family Suites are ideal for larger families. One bedroom features 1 king-size bed and the second bedroom either has another king-size bed or twin beds. There is a large bathroom with separate shower and bathtub and a living area with a queen-size sleeper sofa, sleeping maximum 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children.

Luxury 2-Bedroom Oceanfront Suites consist of 2 interconnecting Luxury Oceanfront Suites, creating an extremely spacious and luxurious accommodation, perfect for larger families or groups, sleeping maximum 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 children.

Luxury 3- and 4-Bedroom Suites are also available upon request. These are created by joining a Luxury Two-Bedroom Family Suite with either 1 or 2 Luxury Oceanfront Suites, the perfect accommodation for larger groups and families, sleeping maximum 10 adults and 2 children.

Multiple dining experiences available on different evenings; Mahogany Lounge (International buffets with a Caribbean twist), Aqua Terra (seafood, grilled steak and small plates). Cerulean (fine dining, dress code applies). The Flying Fish (barefoot beachside dining serving pizza, salads and cocktails). Tipsy on the Beach (open air beach bar and lounge, cocktails and casual light bites, open for lunch). The Rum Shop Cafe (gourmet coffees, homemade Bajan snacks and treats). 4 bars serving premium drinks, including sparkling wine and cocktails. Private dining* (cliffside, gazebo or beach locations).

My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our vacation. Every single member of the staff was warm and welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We’d be happy to stay at the Sea Breeze again anytime.

My husband & I enjoyed a lovely 50th Anniversary celebration - nice to have a variety of restaurants onsite and many services, 3 pools & entertainment to enjoy. The food offered was varied & we both enjoyed our meals. Staff are so friendly and very helpful.

We had 3 rooms in mahogany, luxury ocean front rooms that were stunning. Cleaned every single day, mini bar replenished daily, fresh pool towels every day and turned down service every day. Tamara did our room and she was so lovely and caring. We ate in aqua terra twice, cerulean once and mahogany the rest of the time. All food was delicious. My kids weren’t always as keen so we asked for the kids menu which was never an issue. Breakfast in Mahogany and lunch at tipsy bar and round the pool (I’ve forgotten the name!!) were the best we think. Caesar salads were gorgeous All drinks made to order and beautiful Plenty of sunbeds never an issue even though it was half term My youngest 8 years old attended the kids club and the ladies did lots of crafts with her Location was stunning (we only went out the hotel a few times) I have incurable cancer and getting around the hotel wasn’t an issue. And all staff helpful and caring It was meant to be a once in a lifetime trip for my bucket list but i’d really like to come back!! Couple of points Breakfast, maybe a mini bin on the table to put butter sachets/honey pots into More days with hash browns, we had them once in 10 days. They were delicious!!!! Sea Breeze House was well worth a re-visit. Came here 10 years ago and this time was really impressed that although it has been extended it is still excellent. Our room was on the third floor of the original building overlooking the sea and had luxurious comfy beds and pillows. The staff really make your stay pleasurable. Far too many to mention by name but Chrisjon kept us supplied with drinks by the adult pool and was always cheery. The staff in the Rum Shop bar were excellent too. Entertainment varies nightly from a disco down by the Tipsy bar on the beach, a steel band and DJ in the Mahogany Restaurants and Saxophonist in the Cerulean Restaurant. There are now three restaurants to choose from Mahogany (buffet), Aqua Terra (set menu) and Cerulean (fine dining) all of which were very good. Would definitely recommend. Read less
