The hotel

Little VIP touches make a stay at the boutique Sea Breeze Beach House feel all the more special. As you sink into a sun lounger, the pool and beach attendants serve cold drinks, mist you with a refreshing spritzer, and offer delicious sorbet tasters. Its 3-acre gardens and 1,000 ft stretch of silky white sands create a sense of space, while Bajan accents like palm trees, beachside dining, and rum-infused treats create a sense of island living. Families and couples can enjoy their own zones, with a space just for grownups featuring a pool, Jacuzzis and oversized loungers — a brilliant break from the buzz around the family and lap pools. Even the beach caters for all, with a lively water sports stretch and a more peaceful patch. The luxury suites are wonderfully spacious, have beautiful ocean views and extra amenities, and with two, three and four bedroom options available, you can have an All-Inclusive experience with a 'villa' feel. Whether à la carte or one of the themed buffet evenings you'll love the food, and we recommend that you don't miss the opportunity to get the sand between your toes at the 'Shoes Optional' Beach BBQ held on Sundays.

We stayed in this resort for a family wedding, the bride and groom had no water for 3 days before we arrived ,then when we arrived we had no hot water for 2 days no one apologised or really cared tbh when we reported it no sorry whatsoever The beach they say is swept to keep it clean I only saw a person once doing it in 7 days and this was for some photos ! No one brings you drinks you have to go fetch yourself so welcome to all inclusive ! The food is nice in two restaurants which alternate dates otherwise is fried food everywhere and the two nicer restaurants don’t rotate menus very often Some of the staff ate nice but most seem lazy but the self service restaurant staff and small poor bar staff ate lovely they make up for the ruder reception staff and the very rude lady who supervises the posher restaurant she wears an animal print jacket and has the worst attitude God help you if they loose your dinner reservation they make you feel awful and leave you to the fried food for dinner The lunch time carvery usually has a nice salad nothing extensive you might be lucky to see something mildly edible but if your calorie counting you will struggle otherwise your left with chips, nuggets, fish nuggets, burgers or hot dogs If you come for a wedding expect chaos and disorganisation they rush you through your special day like a drive through McDonald’s We left the resort to eat out several times as we couldn’t handle eating there on a daily basis but beware it’s been 25 years since we came to Barbados and it’s not cheap here anymore probably a tad more expensive than home Our air conditioning was lovely and cool it seems we had a new unit alas not for 3 other members of our party their air conditioning units leaked all over the floor and never got cool. I heard several guests also complain about the AC but as I said we were happy with ours The main beds in the room are super comfy with nice pillows and the toiletries by the white shop. The towels however would benefit from being bath sheets not just regular towels The sun beds are comfy you’ll be lucky to get one by the pool after 10 am but there were plenty on the beach which you have to drag to move around yourself whilst the staff watch and don’t offer to help . I’m not sure as it was low season if there will be a shortage of beds in high season i would imagine so There’s a little shop inside the hotel which us very expensive and no cash machine on site A taxi from the air[ort to the hotel us around 30 dollars although many taxi drivers will over charge you This resort is on Tne Atlantic Ocean not the. Caribbean sea so the water is rough and cold most days a red flag no swimming was flying most of the time Read less

You will need to make dinner reservations unless you want the buffet , we made a dinner reservation which was lost, and was told we could not dine there until much later in the evening even though there were about a dozen free tables, we asked to speak to the manager who was so unhelpful, eventually our concierge intervened and made it happen, which revealed the dozen tables were not used that night and could have easily been offered to us, and averted a bad situation Our son got married on the beach, I would not recommend anyone using this venue for a wedding , the list or issues would be too long to list Read less

We stayed in this hotel after spending a week on a cruise. Wow what a difference. Going from a ship with hard working staff, plenty of food choices and loads of entertainment to the exact opposite. The hotel had no atmosphere very little entertainment both during the day and at night and the food was average at best with limited choices. This isn't a very big hotel but some of the staff had the attitude of being overwhelmed. Waiting over 30 minutes for food at the pool bar which was burgers and salads. Sun loungers were very grubby with the ones on the beach in need of repairs. The rooms were in need of upgrade with the doors not sealing allowing anything to crawl in. And we lost all water to the room one night and rather than offer us a place to shower or even notify us they left a large bottle of water outside our room door. Birds flying around in the restaurant and walking across tables. All in all not a good impression and should we return to Barbados we won't be staying at Sea Breeze. Read less

Had a great time, everyone was so welcoming. Erin at the front desk was amazing, even during her day off she checked in with us to make sure we were having a great time! Our driver Ernie was awesome!! The only hiccup was the late room service, our rooms weren’t clean with fresh towels until late afternoon.
