The hotel

Little VIP touches make a stay at the boutique Sea Breeze Beach House feel all the more special. As you sink into a sun lounger, the pool and beach attendants serve cold drinks, mist you with a refreshing spritzer, and offer delicious sorbet tasters. Its 3-acre gardens and 1,000 ft stretch of silky white sands create a sense of space, while Bajan accents like palm trees, beachside dining, and rum-infused treats create a sense of island living. Families and couples can enjoy their own zones, with a space just for grownups featuring a pool, Jacuzzis and oversized loungers — a brilliant break from the buzz around the family and lap pools. Even the beach caters for all, with a lively water sports stretch and a more peaceful patch. The luxury suites are wonderfully spacious, have beautiful ocean views and extra amenities, and with two, three and four bedroom options available, you can have an All-Inclusive experience with a 'villa' feel. Whether à la carte or one of the themed buffet evenings you'll love the food, and we recommend that you don't miss the opportunity to get the sand between your toes at the 'Shoes Optional' Beach BBQ held on Sundays.

The resort was in a fantastic location, probably one of the best white-sand private beaches I've seen. The resort was in a fantastic location, probably one of the best white-sand private beaches I've seen. They really made use of the space they had with a buffet on the beach, a buffet on the grass, as well as 5 restaurants. The food and drinks were very good. Considering it’s all-inclusive, they had something for everyone—even my mother, who is intolerant to egg, milk, and gluten. The rooms were fantastic and had everything you needed and more. They even had a bar and snacks in your room and would top them up daily (including the rum!). All included in the price, so no mini-bar nonsense! In terms of activities, there was a huge amount to choose from: a trampoline in the sea, sailing, golf, dirt buggies, massages, 3 pools, and a kids' club, just to name a few things that I tried. For every meal, there was also entertainment, ranging from steel drums to fire dancing, limbo, and piano. All in all, we were a huge family of 14 people, spanning from 7 months to 78 years old, with lots of different preferences and everyone was happy. My only constructive criticism is that some of the staff weren't very welcoming. Don't get me wrong, many of the staff were amazing, but some of the older male bar staff looked like they'd rather be anywhere else. Also, one of the servers told me to sit down quite rudely more than once when I went to the bar to get myself a drink because I didn't want to wait. Nothing can be perfect, but this was pretty close. Thank you, Sea Breeze Beach House. Read less

I would like to say that my stay was great, but not so much. First the positives. The location was fabulous. The beach was perfect. The staff was superb. Professional , friendly and above board in helping. For the not so good. The food was horrible. The food was tasteless, bland, not authentic. Reached out to food and beverages mgr, before, and during my stay. Before arriving I was assured that my dietary concerns were not a problem. After arrival when trying to contact them there was no response. Again, the food was bad. For the truly horrible part, our room at first glance seemed perfect. But when it started raining hard. Oh boy different story. The air conditioner leaked like crazy. Needed towels (many) to place underneath the dripping AC. Which woke me up. The bathroom had a foul sewer smell when it rained and you could hear it running behind the walls. It was so bad, I went to the front desk in the middle of the night. The night mgr Mr. Barnett, (?) was very helpful and got me into a room for the rest of the night. But not moved from my original room. I really would like to thank him for that. I was never offered another room in spite of plaster falling from the ceiling, leaking AC, and water smelling like sewer running inside bathroom walls. Management never reached out or contacted me after several attempts on my part to get a favorable resolution. Read less

Fabulous food and all inclusive but nice to see à la carte for AI rather than endless buffets. The food has stepped up a notch since I was last there 2 years ago, Arden and others are raising the bar. I have a junior suite, modern, stylish, clean , great AC, could not want more. The staff are what make this place a dream to return to though, too many to mention but of note who really looked after and went out of their way to make a fabulous holiday; Maria restaurant manager, Shanese my guest services ambassador, Marcia at the bar, Marcie in mahogany kitchen, Robert, Kim, Steve, all exceptional. The management team are visible and engage with guests to chat and ask for feedback which is brilliant. Read less
