The hotel

Little VIP touches make a stay at the boutique Sea Breeze Beach House feel all the more special. As you sink into a sun lounger, the pool and beach attendants serve cold drinks, mist you with a refreshing spritzer, and offer delicious sorbet tasters. Its 3-acre gardens and 1,000 ft stretch of silky white sands create a sense of space, while Bajan accents like palm trees, beachside dining, and rum-infused treats create a sense of island living. Families and couples can enjoy their own zones, with a space just for grownups featuring a pool, Jacuzzis and oversized loungers — a brilliant break from the buzz around the family and lap pools. Even the beach caters for all, with a lively water sports stretch and a more peaceful patch. The luxury suites are wonderfully spacious, have beautiful ocean views and extra amenities, and with two, three and four bedroom options available, you can have an All-Inclusive experience with a 'villa' feel. Whether à la carte or one of the themed buffet evenings you'll love the food, and we recommend that you don't miss the opportunity to get the sand between your toes at the 'Shoes Optional' Beach BBQ held on Sundays.

What an amazing stay we had! We were in Barbados for a friends wedding (at another hotel) and we are so grateful to them for bringing us to this wonderful island...we will definitely be back. And we are so pleased to have found Sea Breeze. We loved our time at Sea Breeze. I am the sort of person who relies on reviews to book, so I will try and cover all the necessary points but without droning on too much. The hotel, grounds and beach: All beautiful, clean and very well maintained. Smallish, so easy to get around but spread out enough. Yes there was seaweed when we were there, and a choppy sea meant we couldn't go in, but it was still beautiful. The room: Was very clean, was a good size and had everything we needed. The pools: There were 3 pools. We used the adults only and never struggled to get a sunbed. One day we got back in the afternoon from a trip and still managed to find 2 together. The beds in this area are unreal, like double beds! All beds at all pools seem to have padded loungers, sounds silly but it is something we for in a hotel. Lots of beds on the beach too. Gym: Yes it's small but has quite a few weights and a treadmill, so you can still do a workout. Restaurants/Buffet: Good selection of hot and cold options, for lunch and dinner including a good amount of gluten free. The different themes for lunch are a great idea. If you have an allergy ask for a chef and they will walk you round to show what you can have. Restaurants/ A la carte: You do have to book but we were able to have 2 dinners each in Cerulean and Aqua Terra. The food in both was delicious, truly top notch meals... I'm still dreaming about the steak! And the service was great too. The views, especially from Cerulean, are unreal! Bars/drinks: The rum selection was huge, not just Bajan but all types and the staff are happy for you to try any... which my husband loved! The staff make great cocktails, I loved the frozen lime daquiri so much that I didn't try enough other cocktails. The Girl and Dragon red wine is lovely too, we enjoyed many a glass with dinner. Entertainment: Bingo and rum tasting were great. We were gutted to miss the mixology as it was the day of the wedding. Aqua gym was actually hard work, felt like we'd earned our cocktails, but was still good fun. Tipsy on the beach was great, communal tables so it was nice to chat to other people and then lots of dancing. They had some great singers through the week, some more upbeat, some more mellow. Also the steel band were great. Staff: Saving the best until last... the staff are amazing, everyone was fab, they really make the experience. EVERYONE we came into contact with was friendly, well presented and helpful. We would like to mention a few people by name: David and Siyhian in Cerulean - Looked after us on our first and last nights, they were professional yet personable and really made dinner a memorable experience. Danielle and Crishohn - So attentive around the adults only pool, lovely smiles and great fun. Tyrese and Marcia at Rum Shack - Both fun and friendly, welcome you as soon as you get near the bar and make GREAT drinks. Sharon - She looked like she was overseeing Tipsy on the beach and she made it so much fun, she had everyone up dancing and really led by example, the whole team that night worked hard but looked like they were having fun. Joel and Deniko at Reception/Guest Relations - Both of these guys had so much personality and big warm smiles, we shared many laughs with them and Deniko was great doing bingo. Prince - Unfortunately we couldn't get into the sea due to the chop and seaweed but instead were able to have great chats with Prince about the water, water sports and the resort in general. Such a friendly guy. Damian at adult pool (and all over) - Everyone went out their way to be helpful but Damian went above and beyond. We didn't even have to ask for drinks, they just appeared like magic! And with a great smile and a laugh. Oh, and Breeze... she made a real effort to make us feel special by rolling over to let us pet her and lying under our loungers. What a cutie! Random notes: Don't be afraid to get on the buses and go down to Oistins or up to pebble beach etc. Have your cash handy and they know Sea Breeze so just say you want to get off there. If you're in to wing foiling Welches Beach i very close to the hotel and look up Roland at Endless Kiteboarding if you want to hire kit - he's great. So, all in all, it was a fantastic week and we really do hope to return again soon. Thank you to all the hard working staff who make it so special. Read less

We stayed at Sea Breeze 10th - 20th June for our Honeymoon & we couldn’t have picked a more beautiful hotel! Checking in with a rum punch after a long flight was definitely a delicious thirst quencher. We stayed in an ocean front suite which was just beautiful, cleaned everyday with fresh towels & wow the views of the sea were gorgeous! The booking system was great for booking evening meals. No problems at all getting a reservation for any restaurant on site. The food was outstanding everyday! Already missing the macaroni pie!! The staff! Well I can’t say enough, each & every staff member said hello, made sure you were ok & having a good holiday & just genuinely lovely people! No problems getting a sunbed or towels. The drinks service round the pool was spot on too. The bus to Carlisle bay was such a nice offer from the hotel we went twice which we loved. We really did love everything about our stay & our time in Barbados. If you’re looking to relax but also have fun this is definitely the hotel for you! Read less

Fantastic hotel. Very clean and modern deco. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel did lack in family entertainment, most nights were just singers. The pool towel cupboard was always empty and we had to go and ask. Food was delicious but lacked choice for a fussy teenager. While this is not the hotels fault, the beach did have an influx of seaweed and the sea was very rough so we could not spend time on the beach or doing beach watersports. It would have been nice to have known this before arriving to prepare us for not seeing the calm blue sea advertised. Overall a fantastic hotel and we did enjoy. Read less
