Our concierge Angel in building 14 made our stay so great. It was so nice to have a point of contact person to ask questions & get recommendations. The resort is amazing. Everything was taken care of from day 1 and the food was fabulous. I couldn't have imagines a better stay anywhere.

Most definitely recommend Preferred Club for the perks. Only drawback was all the sargassum the week we were there.
