Where is it

Located in a gated golf community at the entrance to Playa del Carmen, in the heart of the Riviera Maya. Playa del Carmen´s famed Quinta Avenida (Fifth Avenue) is just a 10- minute drive. Transfer time from Cancun Airport: 45 minutes.

Preferred Club Junior Suite Swim Out Tropical View, all with 1 king-size bed, feature a private furnished terrace with direct swim-out access.

Preferred Club Superior Junior Suite Ocean View, these suites are located in the main central building of the resort with close proximity to the resort’s gourmet restaurants.

Preferred Club Master Suite Oceanfront, are top-floor, corner suites located in the south building, with a living area, spacious terrace and an exterior living area.

Guests staying in the Mexican state Quintana Roo are required to pay a travel tax of $11 per adult (over 15 years old). The payment can be made prior to travel, upon arrival or during your stay, as the tax will be imposed upon departure. There is also an additional Environmental Sanitation Tax of $4.25 USD per room, per night that will be added to your hotel bill (payable locally, subject to change).

Travelled from the UK for a two week holiday. Everything about this hotel is absolutely amazing. The hotel staff are great, so friendly and can’t do enough for you. The entertainment team are also good fun, very chatty. My partner really enjoyed the activities in the pool, basketball and volleyball, a big shout out to Regina and Julio. The food was amazing, we enjoyed the evenings on SeaSoul beach where they would have BBQ’s on the beach for events such as Roads Through Mexico and Asado night. The food was amazing the Allora and Ember restaurants. The drinks were good quality, the mango tango drink was delicious! The rooms and the hotel overall was very clean and well kept. It was lovely not having to rush early in the morning to secure a sun longer. The only negative we have, it is not to do with the hotel however the AmStar company who are in the hotel to provide excursions. We booked to swim with the dolphins, manatees and sea lions however was only taken to the site where dolphins are kept. AmStar would not provide any refund or any kind of resolution to this situation. We overheard other people having issues with AmStar, alongside some reviews on social media. Overall, this hotel is absolutely fantastic. The decor, staff, food is great. We will 100% be going back, it was an amazing holiday from the moment we arrived. Read less

We had an amazing experience at Secrets Moxche Playa del Carmen. The ambience, rooms, food, and service was incredible. All of the details were perfected at this resort to create an incredible stay. We would definitely come back for the beautiful pools, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and overall experience.

I came to Moxché with my Husband for our honeymoon. It was the perfect way to start our marriage! Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
