Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at Tamassa Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing, and everything was well organized. The food selection was very nice, with good variety and quality, and I would like to sincerely thank the chefs for their hard work—it was clearly reflected in the dining experience.

The food selection was very nice, with good variety and quality, and I would like to sincerely thank the chefs for their hard work—it was clearly reflected in the dining experience.
The only downside during our stay was the room service, as it took nearly two hours just to deliver water, which was disappointing.
That said, I would especially like to thank Ayush for his warm welcome and continuous support throughout our stay. His professionalism and kindness truly made a difference and helped make our experience memorable.
Overall, a great stay, and I hope to see some improvement in room service response time.

Our recent stay at Tamassa Bel Ombre was extremely disappointing, especially considering this was our third visits to the resort. Sadly, there was no recognition whatsoever as returning guests, which immediately made us feel undervalued. Loyalty clearly means very little here.
The disappointment continued when we entered our room. It was not properly cleaned, with dust and sand still present, which is unacceptable for a resort of this standard. Even worse, the liquid in the shampoo container had a terrible smell. The room attendant noticed it as well, yet no apology was offered. We requested it to be changed, but it took a very long time, and even after replacement, the unpleasant smell remained. Continue our several requests to have our towels taken away being replace.... Prefer not to say anything on this one
During our stay, staff asked for our feedback during both breakfast and dinner, and we raised several concerns. However, nothing was done afterwards. It felt like the staff were simply following a procedure of asking for feedback without any intention of taking action or improving the guest experience.
Service in the restaurants was also highly disappointing. On two separate occasions, our drinks orders were completely forgotten, including a bottle of water that only arrived after dessert. To make matters worse, when we checked the bill, we found that all the drinks we never received had still been charged to the All Inclusive package. This level of negligence is unacceptable.
One of the most frustrating experiences happened with the boathouse. On our check-in day, a Wednesday, we were informed that the glass bottom boat was fully booked until Sunday, even though we were checking out on Saturday. Yet somehow, it seemed that if you were an influencer or certain selected guests, a place could suddenly be found. We personally knew of influencers who checked in on Thursday for one night and were accommodated. This kind of preferential treatment is unfair and leaves regular paying guests feeling ignored.
The reception team seemed completely unaware of all these issues, showing a serious lack of communication between departments. Even the simplest requests took far too long to process, creating unnecessary frustration throughout the stay. Unlike the previous stay, we did not receive any invitation for our views and experience
Overall, Tamassa Bel Ombre is absolutely not worth the price. The service standards have dropped significantly, guest concerns are ignored, and loyalty is not appreciated. After this experience, we will definitely not be returning, and unfortunately, we cannot recommend this resort to others.
