Beach Rooms have beachfront access, iHome radio with USB music dock, and coffee plunger, with 1 queen-size bed plus rollaway bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child/teen.

Tamassa Family Room feature bunk beds and a miniature bathroom, suitable for kids, sleeping 2 adults and 1 teen and 2 children, or 2 adults and 3 children or 2 children and 1 baby.

Family Suites are interconnecting, with 1 king-size bed, plus bunk beds in a separate, small air-conditioned room with its own toilet, sleeping maximum 6 adults or 4 adults and 2 teens or 2 children.

Show Restaurant (open kitchen and buffet breakfasts and dinners). Playa Restaurant (à la carte lunch and dinner on the beach). B-Bar (all-day poolside drinks and lunches, with TV screen), Burger Truck (lunchtime burgers and snacks) and ice cream parlour (open during lunchtimes).

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights for our honeymoon and honestly, it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything felt just perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted us with smiles, which immediately made us feel welcome. The hotel is beautifully located in the south, with direct access to the beach. Our room was very well cleaned and beautifully decorated. On our second night, we were surprised with a special turndown service and a romantic bath setup, which made the evening even more special. A big thank you to Executive Housekeeper Sandesh and his entire team for the wonderful effort and attention to detail. The food definitely deserves special mention. There was a great variety and everything we tried was delicious. A sun-kissed breakfast and a romantic dinner were arranged for us at Playa Restaurant and both were simply amazing. The buffet at Show Restaurant was also very impressive, with plenty of choices. We were even offered a complimentary cake, which was a lovely gesture. Many thanks to Chef Suraj, Chef Panchoo and the entire kitchen and F&B teams at Playa and Show Restaurant for making our dining experience so memorable. I would also like to highlight the honesty and efficiency of the hotel staff. I had misplaced my handbag and went to the reception for help. Thankfully, it had already been found and kept safely for me, which I truly appreciated. The spa staffs were also very nice and the complimentary wish tree ritual was a beautiful touch. The spa area itself is calm, less noisy and peaceful, perfect for relaxing couples’ time. The hotel has four pools, including heated ones, which was great. Kajal at the Towel cabana was sweet and very helpful. We also had the chance to go on a glass-bottom boat trip, which was an amazing experience and a complimentary photoshoot was also offered by the hotel. Thanks to the photographer for the beautiful photos. On Sunday night, there was also a DJ, which added a nice and lively atmosphere to the evening. Overall, our honeymoon stay was truly unforgettable. Everything was thoughtfully planned and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return again. Surely value for money! Read less

Excellent! Mr Nishad, Manager, never fails to make us feel welcomed and pampered! Chef Karan prepared some exceptional dishes for us at La Playa Restaurant. Service was great, reason why we love to visit again and again!

The Hotel infrastructure is nice, meaning the pool & restaurant areas. Food was good and animation as well. However we booked a superior room, room 1010 not sure if it was worth the extra money as it’s the same as the normal room and when we called to asked for the difference the desk manager Mr Kevin, came along to confirm to us us that it’s actually an Ocean Superior room that we were ugraded to and that all rooms are the same, except for views, so beware if you’re paying extra money for superior room, it’s all the same, and honestly it was very basic, flooring was a bit damaged, no long mirror so if you’re looking to check out your outfit in full, goodluck with that. The mini bar only has 2 beers & one coke. The drinks included in the all inclusive package are very limited and you have to pay extra for most of the cocktails or drinks. However the staffs are really really nice, what actually made up for the other stuffs, from the room service staff ms Nivisha very hardworking & warm, to the waiters & waitresses especially Ms Priya (bar waitress) always smiling and very attentionate to clients, as well as Ms dipshika (restaurant waitress) very kind, gentle, attentionate and always smiling. And the bartenders as well Mr Yasin along with Mr Divesh, very friendly and humble, doing their job very attentionately & diligently.
