It was a great moment of relaxation with family at Tamassa resorts. We had a warm welcome accompanied by a mocktail and after we visited the resort starting from the reception, the main bars and restaurants. Finally we were accompanied to our rooms where our luggages already been kept. The services we got at tamassa resorts was outstanding. The foods and beverages was excellent. At the buffet when everyone is dining we were accompanied by good music. For the children they were happy as they were enjoying the pool. We also enjoyed the burger truck feel the crispy chicken and ice cream as deserts. We had a wonderful stay and would like to come again at tamassa resorts to enjoy and relax. I am thankful to all staff and executives of Tamassa resort to make our stay a memorable one. Read less

My recent stay at Tamassa Bel Ombre was unfortunately defined by a series of service failures, a troubling hidden policy regarding basic amenities, and a complete failure from management to provide any meaningful resolution. At booking , my explicit request for twin beds (made because I was traveling with my adult daughter) was ignored. I was also placed in a top-floor room requiring a strenuous climb of 40-50 steps with poor lighting—a serious difficulty for me at 72 years old. Requests to speak with the Resort Manager went completely unanswered. The most alarming issue, however, was the hotel's refusal to provide even tap water during breakfast and dinner. As a half-board guest, I was told that water and tea were not included with my meals. When I requested a glass of water to take essential medication, a staff member refused. The hotel's published materials are entirely silent on any such restriction for half-board guests, and a basic expectation of drinkable water with a meal was clearly not met. I escalated this formally to The Lux Collective head office, providing a detailed account of these failings and requesting a clear, written policy. To date, I have received no response whatsoever. This silence speaks volumes about how little they value their guests and their duty of care. While the Operations Manager did offer a brief apology and a kind late gesture of a lunch offer on my departure day (which I had to decline due to prior plans), this did not remedy the core policy issues or the complete failure in communication. Any policy that is not made publicly available prior to booking cannot be enforceable, and refusing water with a meal for a guest needing medication is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this hotel. If you choose to stay here, be prepared for hidden costs and a management team that refuses to take responsibility for their own failings. Read less

I booked a three-night stay for two people on a half-board basis, only to discover upon arrival that tea and other beverages were not included. This was not made clear in the booking terms and conditions at the time of reservation—had it been, I would have chosen differently. When I raised this issue with the restaurant managers, their response was dismissive and came across as quite arrogant. Unfortunately, this attitude seemed to reflect the broader service experience. Much of the staff appeared disengaged, though I did find that some of the international staff members were more attentive and professional. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious. Unless you opt for the all-inclusive package—which I personally feel is overpriced—you may find the value lacking. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. The management and administrative team were also unresponsive to emails, which only added to the frustration. Food were average. Read less

I recently visited Tamassa Bel Ombre for a day package, and unfortunately, the check-in experience was not professional. Staff were chatting among themselves, and overall, they seemed to need more training. It was our first visit, and we were simply asked whether we needed information about the day package or you already read with no proper guidance was given. No one showed us the shower room or the luggage room, at first which left us wandering around and wasting time trying to find them. I had to go back to reception to ask again. We were eventually shown the luggage room which need to be clean and arranged properly. It should be improved with more lockers for day package guests. In the end, we kept our bags in the car!! We then asked a housekeeping lady for help, and she kindly showed us the shower room and the towel kiosk. That small gesture meant a lot and was truly appreciated. On a positive note, the buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. However, the pizza corner should be covered, as birds were eating from it. Staffs at the buffet are helpful. The ladies at the burger truck were very kind and cheerful. The bar staff were also friendly and helpful with drink selections, and the towel kiosk attendant was pleasant. Unfortunately, the ice cream lady was not welcoming at all, there wasn’t even a smile, and she was not helpful. The tea break selection was very minimal, but acceptable. The weather was lovely, making it a great day for swimming. Read less
