We travel a lot, so we have something to compare with. There are plenty of sun loungers on the beach, but not enough umbrellas, but there weren't many people on the beach, so everything was fine. The rooms are a little outdated, as is the furniture in the dining room, but we don't spend all day in our rooms. Signing bills can be tiring for the impatient. Breakfasts and lunches are modest but filling, and dinners are excellent. During our stay, the hotel hosted two private events. This was very annoying for guests: the music, especially the bass, was deafening until 11:00 PM. The staff is responsive, friendly, and even overly attentive to guests. We are grateful to all the staff in the hotel and dining room, who are especially nice Ashvina. Despite all the minor flaws, we are happy with our choice of hotel. Read less

We had two weeks here and the staff were always smiling and friendly, always coming around asking if we needed fresh drinks and taking away the empty glasses. The site is beautifully laid out to create a cosy feeling with mature palm trees everywhere giving nice shady areas. There are so many things to do there for young and old but really the three swimming pools are outstanding. All different and giving different experiences. There are plenty of sunbeds and thatched umbrellas for shade & relaxing, even when busy it was never crowded. The food was varied and always freshly cooked with plenty for all tastes. When we came to leave there was a 7 hour gap between checking out of our room and the taxi to the airport. When we explained this to Nishad the manager he made a phone call and arranged for us to stay in our room until the taxi arrived, this was a life saver before a 13 hour flight! A special thank you goes to Sabrina, Roy, Atlaaf, Djamila and all the staff we met who made the holiday so relaxing and made us feel part of a big family. Read less

The worst " all inclusive" holiday we've ever experienced. The resort is mismanaged, the staff either untrained or unhelpful, you have to sign for every single drink you have and complaints go unheeded. There has been so much wrong with our experience here that I'm not typing it all out but please spend your money elsewhere, this place,… Read more

Beautiful location. Well laid out resort. Plenty of water and non water activities. Really good a la carte restaurant. WiFi shocking . Plenty of staff who are clueless and so slow and inept. Really over shadowed our holiday. Too interested in day guests and private functions. 2 hosted in our week and we had to move room because of it.
