The worst experience with the staff of a so-called 4-star hotel. Be careful with your belongings, they even steal from the safes in the rooms! And you can tell they have experience stealing from tourists. They stole money from my safe on the last night, before I checked out. That evening, the management did nothing, telling me to come back in the morning when I was checking out and leaving anyway. They weren't interested in solving the problem, counting on my departure. Of course, the person who cleaned my room that morning was not at work and would not be back for another three days. Only then could they apparently question him/ her... My plane was taking off in three hours, I couldn't wait three days. Of course, from the moment I left that hotel, this whole story evaporated, and new victims were bound to appear. The hotel is beautiful, but be careful with your personal belongings and the staff who is enetering in your rooms.

1. We encountered big cockroaches in the main restaurant during dinner,
- when reported the manager on duty, it was taken at ease and moved to another table
2. The WORST unaware of the danger, our 3yr old child was badly injured by broken tiles in the pool which was later confirmed by the staff present there that this was not the first case of injury happened in the same pool and was brushed off
-No urgent response from the hotel our child had to wait long for treatment, nobody from the hotel intervene at time of injury.

A round of applause for the two ladies working in the burger truck. The food was absolutely delicious, and that chef who prepared the crispy chicken deserves special mention — honestly, even KFC wouldn’t compare next to it!
And of course, not to forget Mr. Siven, who made sure everything was perfect during our lunch.
