Board basis options

Half Board option: includes breakfast and dinner at Show. For guests booked in Tamassa Rooms, get a 20% discount at Playa for lunch and dinner. Discount applicable on food only

Full Board option: includes breakfast at Show, lunch and dinner at either Show or Playa. For guests booked in Tamassa Rooms, get a 20% discount at Playa for lunch and dinner. Discount applicable on food only. At B Bar food only is included in the meal plan basis

Superior Rooms are set within the resorts gardens and have 1 queen-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Ocean Superior Rooms sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 teen or 1 child or 1 baby.

Beach Rooms have beachfront access, iHome radio with USB music dock, and coffee plunger, with 1 queen-size bed plus rollaway bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child/teen.

Tamassa Family Room feature bunk beds and a miniature bathroom, suitable for kids, sleeping 2 adults and 1 teen and 2 children, or 2 adults and 3 children or 2 children and 1 baby.

Family Suites are interconnecting, with 1 king-size bed, plus bunk beds in a separate, small air-conditioned room with its own toilet, sleeping maximum 6 adults or 4 adults and 2 teens or 2 children.

You have to tip your way to decent service. My bags took 1.5 hours to get to my room in check in. No answer on desk. Had to walk back to reception found my bags in lobby. Great staff, good atmosphere and food. However the room is not that cleaned. There are dust behind the bed and on the fan. The windows opening near the wash basin are broken and mosquitoes keep coming in

Upon arrival there was a guy at the reception who did our check in efficiently and professionally . He was very welcoming and make us feel comfortable right from the start. Furthermore, a special thanks to Akhilesh and Geraldo who was marvellous with us and took great care of us.
