The Escape at Nonsuch Bay Resort in Antigua is a modern adult-only, All-Inclusive getaway, perfect for couples. While a part of the larger Nonsuch Bay Resort complex, Escape Antigua is located on the other side of the hill which is out of sight and at least a quarter of a mile away from the Residences section of the resort. The Escape features its own fine-dining restaurant, reception, lounge and other public facilities. All meals are provided exclusively at the Drift restaurant located at Escape.

Located at Hughes Point, on the beautiful Nonsuch Bay on the East Coast of Antigua. Transfer time from airport: 40 minutes.

Hotel information

40 luxury ocean front plunge pool suites designed with comfort, romance and island living in mind. Each suite is designed with a king-sized bed, along with an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and double vanity basins. The suites also feature an elegant wet bar/coffee centre, along with a seating area perfectly aligned to the views, an outdoor soaking tub and relaxing day beds overlooking the private plunge pool. Available with either a garden view or a bay view, sleeping 2 adults.

All Inclusive of: all meals, snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. All activities and entertainment unless otherwise stated.

Deluxe Plunge Pool Suite - available to book from the 1st July 2025. Suites offer better views and locations than the Garden Views with access to additional amenities.

Shuttle from The Escape to Nonsuch Bay. Shuttle by boat from The Escape to the nearby beaches of an Offshore Island*.

The Drift Restaurant & Bar is opened for cocktails, breakfast, lunch, and dinner as apart of the All-Inclusive package.

1 infinity pool (separate from all private plunge pools). Spa services*. Kayaking. Yoga*. Nature walks. Resort extras* (floating amenities, private picnics, private dinners and sunset cruise). Guests can also use the beach and beach bar located at the Residences section of the resort. 'Escape with Love' experiences and Resort Extras that can be added to your trip (advance booking recommended).

Complimentary Wi-Fi in rooms and in the lobby reception. Pre-arrival contactless check-in system, allowing guests to skip the check-in line and focus on enjoying their stay.

There is a mandatory Tourism Guest Levy for all guests over the age of 6 of $5 per person, per night, (payable locally on departure, subject to change).

The value for the money we paid. The picnic on the beach was an extra that we had to pay for and it was amazing but there were a lot of mosquitoes and flying insects. It is very peaceful and quiet, if I need that again I would definitely go back. The staff is great, service was great, the food was mid though, drinks are great. WiFi was very spotty but if you are there with the right person that will not matter, and our TV did not work! If you want to do excursions book and plan like 3-5 days in advance. Keep in mind it is extremely hot there! Overall it was worth it and I had fun! Read less

Great room. Tree blocks view in some rooms but it was still great, private and clean. Bar opens 10 to 10. They do have extra charges like if you want steak or to bring a bottle of wine/ champagne back to your room.

We enjoyed our stay. Good food and great staff. The resort could use a refresh though as a bit outdated. Kudos to Maxine, Enrique, and Micah! Suggestions - include a pool skimmer net or even a strainer in rooms as bugs, feathers, and dirt accumulate in the pool.

We had a wonderful stay at the Escape at nonsuch bay. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a bay facing room for our honeymoon. The staff were all so friendly and made us feel welcome and at ease. The food was delicious, enjoyed every meal, particularly the Wednesday night BBQ. Service was always so friendly. The team organised a circumnavigation trip for us and transport which made for seamless and stress free holiday planning. There is so much to see and do in Antigua and at the resort itself so we tried to split our time. We hired a car for a few days to visit some of the most beautiful bays, towns and sites. We then made the most of our time at the Escape, using their free kayaks, booking an island picnic (which included a delicious lunch, a lovely boat trip over and a few hours alone on the private island), popping across to the nearby beach and sitting out by the pool or down at the docks. We sat down by the docks in the early evening, watching the turtles with a couple of delicious cocktails. It was also lovely to sit around the pool and bar area and chat with some of the other guests. The room itself was clean, had gorgeous views and everything you needed to be comfortable. All in all, we had a lovely lovely stay and a very special honeymoon in Antigua. Read less
