We have stayed at this property three times now, and the service continues to be truly outstanding. The staff’s dedication to delivering a flawless experience is evident in every detail. Special thanks go to Athar from the Maintenance/Housekeeping team, Mr. Patil, Chef Min who always took such wonderful care of us at Island Kitchen, and Deepak, who consistently went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We must give particular recognition to Rohit from Guest Experience. He regularly checked in on us throughout our stay, ensuring everything was perfect and personally making sure we felt well looked after. His attentiveness and genuine care truly stood out. It was disappointing to see Laurent leave — he was one of the best resort managers and hosts I’ve ever encountered, and he has not been adequately replaced yet. The resort also features an excellent kids’ club that our son absolutely adores, and a very well-equipped fitness center where Santosh takes excellent care of the guests. There are three restaurants: Island Kitchen, Hawker (Asian), and The Pearl (Japanese). The food is very good across all of them. That said, you’ll probably end up eating at Island Kitchen most days, as the other two require reservations well in advance — and even then, they sometimes fail to honor the bookings. The only real weak point is the spa. Overall, this is a fantastic resort and I highly recommend it for a few relaxing days in paradise. If possible, book one of the overwater villas — the views are breathtaking, especially the west-facing ones (villas 106 and 107). Read less

His professionalism, and hospitality made everything so seamless and enjoyable. He truly went above and beyond to ensure our family felt welcomed and well looked after. It's rare to find such genuine hospitality, and Shaulan made our trip feel extra special. The kids absolutely loved the resort and especially the pool! It became their favorite spot every day. The villas were luxurious and comfortable, the food across the restaurants was delicious with great variety (perfect for family meals), and the overall vibe during Eid felt festive yet peaceful. My wife and I went to the Westin Maldives for our honeymoon and had an incredible time. After hearing from others that had gone to the Maldives and seeing pictures, our expectations were sky high and the Westin met those expectations. We're generally not resort people (we're both not huge on sitting at beaches) but I can't imagine a better resort experience than this. Our biggest highlight was the room. We had a villa right on the water and it was breathtaking. The room itself was huge, had a private pool with a ladder down into the Indian Ocean, an enormous shower, and even a fish window! We hung out a lot in the communal pool area, and it was very relaxing. We were able to read and have a few drinks without being disturbed. We snorkeled several times off of the main beach area and saw some incredible fish, and even a sea turtle. All of the communal facilities were extremely clean and orderly. The service was immaculate. The staff were very friendly and always attentive. We never had to go more than a few steps to get a drink, ask for a recommendation, etc. The island itself was very cool to walk around and explore, and had a bunch of nooks to hang in or have a lay. We had a massage in the spa which was lovely as ewll. There wasn't much we had a gripe with, but some of our meals left a bit to be desired. But, overall the food was quite good (we gave it a 7/10 when asked for feedback directly by the staff). Also, the resort is expensive, but seemed inline with most of the nice looking resorts in the Maldives. Overall, we can't recommend this resort enough and would love to go back one day. Read less
