Villa Nautica, Paradise Island offers over 200 villas suites, all with air-conditioning, in-room safe, complimentary WiFi access, complimentary beach towels, satellite TV, tea/coffee-making facilities, mini-bar* and twice daily housekeeping.

Beach Villas feature an outdoor shower, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

All-Inclusive option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at Bageecha or The Lagoon, as well as one à la carte meal per person, per stay, when staying a minimum of five nights. All-day soft drinks, mineral water, select specialty drinks such as milkshakes, open bar service including a selection of red, white and sparkling wine by the glass, beer, choice of international branded spirits and a selection of cocktails and mocktails, from 10:00am until 01:00am. Beverages at à la carte are not part of the All-Inclusive plan. Drinks will however, be served from an All-Inclusive menu at these outlets. All-Inclusive guests will receive a 15% discount at à la carte restaurants. Mini-bar with two beers, two soft drinks, two juices, two wines and two assorted snack items (replenished once per day). Snorkelling equipment, all land sports and one sunset fishing excursion per person, per stay when staying a minimum of 6 nights. 10% discount on selected dive rates and 15% off spa treatments. Canoeing and windsurfing available for 1-hour per day, subject to availability and prior booking.

Premium All-Inclusive option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at the main restaurant. Drinks included from all-inclusive menu. One à la carte 3-course meal per person per day, either lunch or dinner from Ristorante al-Tramonto or Farumathi restaurant. Daily casual snacks at selected outlets. High tea at main bar/coffee shop. Mini-bar (re-stocked once a day with 2 soft drinks, 2 juices, 2 beers, 2 bottles of wine (375 ml each), and 2 assorted snack items. Drinking water bottle (1 ltr) per person per day. Tea/coffee-making facilities in the room (1 set per day). Unlimited drinks from the beverage menu including fresh juices, cocktails, beer, premium liquors (champagnes, wines and spirits). Experiences: snorkelling equipment throughout the stay. One hour use of canoe and windsurfing per day. Land sports (excluding coach and instructors): badminton, snooker/ billiards, table tennis, volleyball, squash, daylight tennis and football. 15% discount on selected spa treatments. 10% discount on selected diving rates. One sunset fishing excursion per person per stay for guests staying minimum 4 nights.

Room upgrades

Two-Bedroom Family Beach Villa is larger in size than the Deluxe Beach Villa with the addition of a separated living area. Sleeps maximum 4 adults and 2 children.

Water Villas are perched above the lagoon on stilts, with steps leading straight into the ocean. The Water Villa also provides a private sundeck for you relax and take in the sounds of the sea. Sleeps maximum 2 adults.

Deluxe Beach Pool Villas offer stunning ocean views from the private plunge pool. This room type also offers direct beach access. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Sunset Beach Pool Villa offer the same amenities as the Deluxe Beach Pool Villa, but with the addition of a private beach cabana. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Sunset Deluxe Beach Pool Villa feature indoor and outdoor seating areas, private pool with sun terrace and direct access to the beach. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Water Villas with Whirlpool offers the same great amenities as the Water Villa, with the addition of a private whirlpool on the villa's sundeck. Sleeps maximum 2 adults.

Ocean Beach Pool Villas offer peace and tranquillity in one of the most undisturbed areas of the resort. With it's very own private pool and sundeck, this is the choice place to unwind. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

One-Bedroom Ocean Suites with Pool offer generous living space and a plunge pool on the private sundeck. Complimented by direct step access to the ocean, this suite is positioned for astonishing sunrise views. Sleeps maximum 2 adults.

Two-Bedroom Ocean Suites with Pool provides a similar layout to the one-bedroom alternative, with an additional bedroom and a sweeping plunge pool across the private sundeck. Sleeps maximum 4 adults.

Two-Bedroom Beach Villas with Two Pools are also available, sleeps maximum 4 adults and 2 children.

We’ve been at Villa Nautica for seven days, and the experience was amazing. Of coriste we were in Maldive, so it was perfect even just like this, but everything from the start to the end was amazing. Everyone were so nice, polite, and committed to their job. We were sided by Riya, Who provided us every info, helped us in everyway possible. I’d like to mention also our housekeeper Anowar who Made our room shine like a diamond even if we Left some mess (probably too much sometimes, sorry and thanks from room 177 ). From the moment we arrived, Mariam made us feel like family rather than guests. We travelled with an infant and a toddler — not the easiest of trips — and Mariam thought of everything before we even had to ask. Home-cooked meals for the little ones, a schedule that worked around nap times, and a level of care that genuinely surprised us. The children were not just accommodated — they were happy, and that made the entire stay. The property itself lived up to every word of its description — beautifully presented, spotlessly maintained, and exactly what we needed for seven nights as a family. Mariam is the kind of person who turns a good property into an exceptional experience. She is the reason we are already planning our next seven-night stay. Not a 5 star

⭐⭐ “Definitely Not a Five-Star Experience — The Buggy Service Is a Major Failure” We are still staying at Villa Nautica in a Deluxe Pool Villa, and while the property itself is beautiful and the rooms are spacious, hygienic and comfortable, the overall experience has been extremely disappointing — especially for a family travelling with a small child. The single biggest problem is the buggy service. Getting around the island with a toddler is difficult enough, but the buggy service is simply not reliable. You call for a buggy and can end up waiting 30–40 minutes. On one occasion, we actually missed lunch because we had a tired toddler who didn't want to walk, and the buggy simply didn't arrive in time. This wasn't even something we were doing repeatedly — it was the first time in almost four days that we'd needed a buggy for lunch. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident. Almost every time we have needed a buggy, there has been a significant wait or the buggy simply hasn't been available. For a resort of this size and for a property positioning itself as five-star, this level of inefficiency is difficult to understand. The staff themselves are genuinely nice, polite and accommodating. They are good with children, and the fact that they can arrange children's meals and send them to the room is appreciated. There is also a children's play area. So this isn't a criticism of the individual staff members — most of them are doing their best. The problem is the overall operation and efficiency of the resort. We were also assigned a host, which sounds impressive in theory, but in practice it didn't add much value for us. When we needed assistance regarding our move to the Water Villa at 11 PM on our final night, we contacted our host, only to be told that it was her day off and that we should contact reception. Of course, that's perfectly reasonable in isolation, but then what exactly is the purpose of having a dedicated host? It gives the impression of a personalised five-star service without actually delivering one. The food is another disappointment. The quality is acceptable, but the menu is extremely repetitive. After several days, you realise that there is very little variation from one day to another. Again, this may be acceptable at a lower-priced resort, but expectations are different when a property presents itself as five-star. The rooms themselves are very large, clean and hygienic, which is definitely a positive. But honestly, cleanliness and hygiene are things we would expect as a baseline at a private-island Maldives resort and don't, in themselves, make this a five-star experience. The bottom line This resort seems to have many of the ingredients of a five-star property — beautiful location, large villas, pleasant staff, children's facilities — but the execution is nowhere close to five-star standards. For us, the defining issue has been poor efficiency. Things take too long, services don't arrive when requested, and there seems to be a disconnect between the experience being marketed and what is actually delivered. If you are travelling with a small child, I would think very carefully before choosing Villa Nautica, particularly if you are accustomed to genuine five-star hotels where service is efficient and things simply happen when you request them. If you are expecting a true five-star experience, I would skip this property. In our experience, it feels much closer to a three-star operation wearing a five-star label. The Maldives itself is spectacular, and the property is beautiful. But a beautiful island cannot compensate for poor service delivery and operational inefficiency. Very disappointing overall. We had such a lovely stay at Villa Nautica! Everything was beautiful, from the island and beaches to the food and overall atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Akmo, our assistant, who was always kind, helpful, and available whenever we needed anything. She made sure everything was going smoothly and really helped make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. We had an amazing time and honestly didn’t want to leave!
