It’s a well planned resort, having almost all the required amenities. Size of the island is just perfect, neither too small nor too big. It helps in navigating easily through the places. At a well located island, just 20 mins boat ride from Male airport. The surroundings are beautiful. You will find plenty of picturesque spots throughout for boosting your insta appetite :) Beach water is super clean. We spotted several sharks, stingrays and numerous colourful fishes just beneath our water villa. Kids had an awesome time! Coming to staff, most of them are welcoming. Special mention of Suyash (if I remember the name correctly), who walked us through the buffet menu in the restaurant on our first day. It was a very warm gesture. Our host Maiyam was great, greeting us with a smile and helping resolving any minor problems super quickly. The lady at the restaurant reception was also very friendly. She provided fish food to our daughter for feeding the small fishes in the water body near the restaurant. Food was amazing, both in terms of spread and taste. There are more than enough vegetarian options, including Indian dishes. Ambiance of both the restaurants is super soothing and very classy. Views from the restaurants are great too. Great vibes all around. Some of the areas where it can be made better: * The washroom in our beach villa didn’t have a single curtain, despite it having an open shower. We were not very comfortable with it. When I called our host to enquire the same, he almost laughed and said it is as designed. No curtain in washrooms could be a norm at Maldives. However his gesture was awkward and we found it disrespectful. Same happened for couple of more instances the same day. We gave up and asked for a replacement of the host the very next morning. The new host Mariyam was indeed great. * The TV in our Water Villa was not having internet connectivity and was having a very few TV channels. When we checked with the staff, got to know that it is the norm for Water Villas. We understand no one goes on vacation for watching TV, but there is no harm in providing the option. Moreover, if it is there in Beach Villa, then why not in Water Villa. * The snorkelling kit they provided was of below average quality. We eventually used our own that we had brought from India. Having known this in advance, we would have brought more of them. In total it was a kind of mixed stay. It’s not likely that we will return. Will probably explore other options during our next Maldives trip. Read less

Following a short speed boat ride from the airport we were greeted by our host Dillon. Dillon set up a WhatsApp messgae with me and was there whenever we had any questions, and booked all our meals, excursions and spa treatment. Dillon was friendly, tentative and nothing was too much trouble - even the 6am departure and waving us goodbye. Thanks again Dillon for making our honeymoon so memorable. We had a split break at Villa Nautica. We first stayed in a beach villa, which gave beautiful views of the beach but we felt it could do with some TLC The water villa was amazing, - giving you that extra privacy. and we’d definitely recommend. We don’t usually book all inclusive holidays as unsure about what the food was like- we didn’t have to worry at Villa Nautica, we’d be surprised if anybody couldn’t find something that they liked. As we booked all inclusive premium package we had access to an à la carte meal every day at either the Italian or seafood restaurant. Breakfast and lunch was served as a buffet in the bacheena or the lagoon (water villa access only) and there was always something to enjoy. Snacks were available twice a day however with the vast choice at breakfast and lunch we only had on a couple of occasions. You’d never tire of things to do whilst visiting Villa Nautica from the water sports to the daily activities, we enjoued paddle boarding (at an additional cost) and aqua Zumba. We went on the complimentary sunset fishing trip and sadly didn’t catch anything, the dolphin watching was a success and we’d definitely recommend. As this was our honeymoon we enjoyed a couples massage at the beautiful spa in a private outdoors room with the sounds of the sea and birds. We also booked a private dining experience of a sunset bbq. The setting was stunning with lots of food , we were surprised though that drinks weren’t included despite us having the qll inclusive premium package. Daily walks allowed us to see many breathtaking views around the island. Everywhere was walkable however there were buggy’s available as and when needed. The pool definitely lives up to its award winning name. Stunning infinity pool with plenty of loungers to relax and tentative staff bringing you drinks. The beach bar was surprisingly never really busy and where you accessed the water sports from. Special mention to Salinda, who made the most amazing cocktails and was very friendly. Last but not least the snorkelling WOW from swimming with sharks, sting rays and the most beautiful fish. We’ve made memories to last a lifetime during our honeymoon at Villa Nautica and hope one day we can return to paradise! Read less

After she then showed us to our Beach Villa. Our time on the resort was truly memorable , Villa Nautica known as Paradise Island could not be more true it really was PARADISE! All of the staff on the island were exceptional , from the guy that daily sweeps the leaves to the waiters in the restaurants , they are all so polite and curtious , so nice. They are a few members of staff we would like to mention who went above and beyond to make it more special . These being Glory (host) Anil Kumar(room attendant) Mohammed, Ram(Bageecha), Susong and Neha( waitress, poolside/Hulhangu bar) Mahindra and Evans who transported nightly to and from our room. A huge thank you to everyone , we had a wonderful time , hope to return again xx Read less
