Villa Nautica, Paradise Island offers over 200 villas suites, all with air-conditioning, in-room safe, complimentary WiFi access, complimentary beach towels, satellite TV, tea/coffee-making facilities, mini-bar* and twice daily housekeeping.

Beach Villas feature an outdoor shower, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.


Board basis options 

Full Board includes: breakfast, lunch and dinner at Bageecha or The Lagoon*.

*When staying in a Water Villa.

All-Inclusive option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at Bageecha or The Lagoon, as well as one à la carte meal per person, per stay, when staying a minimum of five nights. All-day soft drinks, mineral water, select specialty drinks such as milkshakes, open bar service including a selection of red, white and sparkling wine by the glass, beer, choice of international branded spirits and a selection of cocktails and mocktails, from 10:00am until 01:00am. Beverages at à la carte are not part of the All-Inclusive plan. Drinks will however, be served from an All-Inclusive menu at these outlets. All-Inclusive guests will receive a 15% discount at à la carte restaurants. Mini-bar with two beers, two soft drinks, two juices, two wines and two assorted snack items (replenished once per day). Snorkelling equipment, all land sports and one sunset fishing excursion per person, per stay when staying a minimum of 6 nights. 10% discount on selected dive rates and 15% off spa treatments. Canoeing and windsurfing available for 1-hour per day, subject to availability and prior booking.

Premium All-Inclusive option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at the main restaurant. Drinks included from all-inclusive menu. One à la carte 3-course meal per person per day, either lunch or dinner from Ristorante al-Tramonto or Farumathi restaurant. Daily casual snacks at selected outlets. High tea at main bar/coffee shop. Mini-bar (re-stocked once a day with 2 soft drinks, 2 juices, 2 beers, 2 bottles of wine (375 ml each), and 2 assorted snack items. Drinking water bottle (1 ltr) per person per day. Tea/coffee-making facilities in the room (1 set per day). Unlimited drinks from the beverage menu including fresh juices, cocktails, beer, premium liquors (champagnes, wines and spirits). Experiences: snorkelling equipment throughout the stay. One hour use of canoe and windsurfing per day. Land sports (excluding coach and instructors): badminton, snooker/ billiards, table tennis, volleyball, squash, daylight tennis and football. 15% discount on selected spa treatments. 10% discount on selected diving rates. One sunset fishing excursion per person per stay for guests staying minimum 4 nights.

Room upgrades

Two-Bedroom Family Beach Villa is larger in size than the Deluxe Beach Villa with the addition of a separated living area. Sleeps maximum 4 adults and 2 children.

Water Villas are perched above the lagoon on stilts, with steps leading straight into the ocean. The Water Villa also provides a private sundeck for you relax and take in the sounds of the sea. Sleeps maximum 2 adults.

Deluxe Beach Pool Villas offer stunning ocean views from the private plunge pool. This room type also offers direct beach access. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Sunset Beach Pool Villa offer the same amenities as the Deluxe Beach Pool Villa, but with the addition of a private beach cabana. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Sunset Deluxe Beach Pool Villa feature indoor and outdoor seating areas, private pool with sun terrace and direct access to the beach. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Water Villas with Whirlpool offers the same great amenities as the Water Villa, with the addition of a private whirlpool on the villa's sundeck. Sleeps maximum 2 adults.

Ocean Beach Pool Villas offer peace and tranquillity in one of the most undisturbed areas of the resort. With it's very own private pool and sundeck, this is the choice place to unwind. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

One-Bedroom Ocean Suites with Pool offer generous living space and a plunge pool on the private sundeck. Complimented by direct step access to the ocean, this suite is positioned for astonishing sunrise views. Sleeps maximum 2 adults.

Two-Bedroom Ocean Suites with Pool provides a similar layout to the one-bedroom alternative, with an additional bedroom and a sweeping plunge pool across the private sundeck. Sleeps maximum 4 adults.

Two-Bedroom Beach Villas with Two Pools are also available, sleeps maximum 4 adults and 2 children.

We had our honeymoon in this resort and were quite satisfied with everything, but felt that there is also some room for improvement. + the island is beautiful and the house reef amazing! Depending on which side of the island you snorkle, you can see great variety of creatures from sharks to turtles. I red from some reviews that there is not enough snorkeling equipment for everyone, but at least we managed to get them when picking them in the morning + the staff is super friendly and kind. Special thanks to our host Soltana who took great care of us, especially with organising an extra room for us when having a late check-out + I am usually not a big fan of a buffet, but this was one of the best! Lot of variety, different themes, Asian wok station, omelet station, waffle station, fruit station... Stayed for a week and did not get bored + lot of free sport activities like badminton, squash, tennis, table tennis, billiard... + the resort is super clean and all the garden areas are flawless. There were no mosquitos which was lovely. The beaches were lovely and not crowded at all - our accommodation was beach villa that was really outdated, but we already knew to expect that because of the cheaper price. Location of it was however perfect just in front of the lagoon. And A/C was working perfectly, so nothing too much to complain about - we had a honeymoon package so we got free snorkeling equipment and sparkling wine and fruits to the room, but nothing extra. So do not expect for rose pedals or any other decorations in the room - as mentioned previously I liked the food, but the restaurant itself was very very busy and noisy. Not very ideal honeymoon atmosphere in the middle of hussle and screaming kinds. Ala carte restaurants were super expensive, paid for two pizzas 80 dollars - Sport activities were mainly without air-conditioning, so almost impossible to do - The events and programs were not very interesting, at least to us, and the evening shows were at very late times - There was way too less sunbeds at the pool and no policy of not reserving the beds with towels. We stuck to the beach because were lazy to fight for the chairs. The pool itself was beautiful though Overall: beautiful resort on a beautiful island, good price-quality, but if looking for some real luxury, maybe head somewhere else. Read less

We have just returned from a perfect 9 night stay. I can say everything was flawless. We initially had reservations as to whether the Maldives was suitable for toddlers. BUT this resort most certainly is. They made our 2 year old feel like king of the island! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the manager and our host Azha. We were blessed having Azha, she was professional, personable she answered our queries very quickly and provided all the help and guidance we could wish for! Her attentiveness and care was truly exceptional. She’s a credit to Villa resorts. The resort its self is absolutely stunning. The beaches are perfect and the water is so clear. It is paradise! The gardeners and cleaners do a great job to keep the island so pristine. We stayed in a deluxe pool room on the sunrise side of the island. The room was immaculate, well appointed. I highly reccomend this room catogary. The cleaning was of the highest of standards. We had the all inclusive package during our stay and I was extremely happy with the offerings. The mini bar allowed 2 x soft drinks 2 x beers, 2 x wine and 2 snacks daily. The all inclusive alcohol list included a range of quality cocktails and beer, Tiger Budweiser lion and we got Peroni. The bar service was great, very quick and the staff regularly asked if you needed anything. The food was quality throughout our stay. The main buffet offered a range of dishes. They also offered my 2 year old anything he wanted. They would cook it for him! We had 1 visit to the a la carte restaurant as part of our stay. We choose the Italian and it was just perfect. The food and drink along with the view of the ocean was absolute bliss! As all drinks are itemised I did notice that if we hadn’t of taken the all inclusive option the food and drink bill would have been very high! What sets this resort apart from others that I have visited is the staff. They are all so warm and welcoming. They always greet you! We had an absolutely unforgettable family vacation at Villa Nautica with our two young kids in October-November 2025. We were lucky enough to experience different types of villas, and a huge thanks to Mr. Najjee for making that wonderful opportunity possible. Each villa type was beautiful in its own way. The spacious Beach Pool Villa was perfect for the little ones, and my wife was in heaven with the romantic Water Villa. Beyond swimming in the sea, enjoying the pools, and playing on the beaches and lush grounds, our kids absolutely loved the Kids Club. They spent a couple of hours there every day, having a blast with the wonderful nannies and other children. The dining at the Lagoon Restaurant was top-notch. A special thanks to the incredibly kind hostesses, waiters, and the entire staff for their patience and willingness to help us with the children—it wasn't always easy, and we truly appreciated it. I also have to single out our Island Host Manager, Mr. Tolagay. He was incredibly responsive, always ready to accommodate our requests, and went out of his way to make our vacation diverse and memorable. For activities, we enjoyed snorkeling (the reefs are teeming with life and beautiful fish), playing sports games at the sports center, and even tried surfing and kitesurfing at the water center. The evening entertainment program was also packed with fun. We didn't get to try everything with the kids, which is the perfect excuse to come back and continue the adventure! Sometimes reviews mention areas for improvement, but I honestly can't think of a single thing—everything was of the highest standard.
