Villa Nautica, Paradise Island offers over 200 villas suites, all with air-conditioning, in-room safe, complimentary WiFi access, complimentary beach towels, satellite TV, tea/coffee-making facilities, mini-bar* and twice daily housekeeping. Beach Villas feature an outdoor shower, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Board basis options 

Full Board includes: breakfast, lunch and dinner at Bageecha or The Lagoon*.

*When staying in a Water Villa.

All-Inclusive option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at Bageecha or The Lagoon, as well as one à la carte meal per person, per stay, when staying a minimum of five nights. All-day soft drinks, mineral water, select specialty drinks such as milkshakes, open bar service including a selection of red, white and sparkling wine by the glass, beer, choice of international branded spirits and a selection of cocktails and mocktails, from 10:00am until 01:00am. Beverages at à la carte are not part of the All-Inclusive plan. Drinks will however, be served from an All-Inclusive menu at these outlets. All-Inclusive guests will receive a 15% discount at à la carte restaurants. Mini-bar with two beers, two soft drinks, two juices, two wines and two assorted snack items (replenished once per day). Snorkelling equipment, all land sports and one sunset fishing excursion per person, per stay when staying a minimum of 6 nights. 10% discount on selected dive rates and 15% off spa treatments. Canoeing and windsurfing available for 1-hour per day, subject to availability and prior booking.

Premium All-Inclusive option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at the main restaurant. Drinks included from all-inclusive menu. One à la carte 3-course meal per person per day, either lunch or dinner from Ristorante al-Tramonto or Farumathi restaurant. Daily casual snacks at selected outlets. High tea at main bar/coffee shop. Mini-bar (re-stocked once a day with 2 soft drinks, 2 juices, 2 beers, 2 bottles of wine (375 ml each), and 2 assorted snack items. Drinking water bottle (1 ltr) per person per day. Tea/coffee-making facilities in the room (1 set per day). Unlimited drinks from the beverage menu including fresh juices, cocktails, beer, premium liquors (champagnes, wines and spirits). Experiences: snorkelling equipment throughout the stay. One hour use of canoe and windsurfing per day. Land sports (excluding coach and instructors): badminton, snooker/ billiards, table tennis, volleyball, squash, daylight tennis and football. 15% discount on selected spa treatments. 10% discount on selected diving rates. One sunset fishing excursion per person per stay for guests staying minimum 4 nights.

Room upgrades

Two-Bedroom Family Beach Villa is larger in size than the Deluxe Beach Villa with the addition of a separated living area. Sleeps maximum 4 adults and 2 children.

Water Villas are perched above the lagoon on stilts, with steps leading straight into the ocean. The Water Villa also provides a private sundeck for you relax and take in the sounds of the sea. Sleeps maximum 2 adults.

Deluxe Beach Pool Villas offer stunning ocean views from the private plunge pool. This room type also offers direct beach access. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Sunset Beach Pool Villa offer the same amenities as the Deluxe Beach Pool Villa, but with the addition of a private beach cabana. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Sunset Deluxe Beach Pool Villa feature indoor and outdoor seating areas, private pool with sun terrace and direct access to the beach. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Water Villas with Whirlpool offers the same great amenities as the Water Villa, with the addition of a private whirlpool on the villa's sundeck. Sleeps maximum 2 adults.

Ocean Beach Pool Villas offer peace and tranquillity in one of the most undisturbed areas of the resort. With it's very own private pool and sundeck, this is the choice place to unwind. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

One-Bedroom Ocean Suites with Pool offer generous living space and a plunge pool on the private sundeck. Complimented by direct step access to the ocean, this suite is positioned for astonishing sunrise views. Sleeps maximum 2 adults.

Two-Bedroom Ocean Suites with Pool provides a similar layout to the one-bedroom alternative, with an additional bedroom and a sweeping plunge pool across the private sundeck. Sleeps maximum 4 adults.

Two-Bedroom Beach Villas with Two Pools are also available, sleeps maximum 4 adults and 2 children.

If not you’ll need to leave the passport queue, connect to the Wi-Fi, apply and rejoin the queue. The transfer was easy enough. We found the desk and a guy said it would be around a 30 minute wait as a boat had just gone (probably because we had to rejoin the queue for our visa 🙄) he was true to his word and our bags were loaded and if we went on a speedboat ride for about 20min. (You pay for this and a green tax on arrival to the resort) Once we arrived we were taken and introduced to our host for our stay Sayuru. A genuinely lovely funny man with a great sense of humour who was a true credit to the Resort. Because of their long days they mostly work 6 days on with 1 day off we had the same staff for our entire stay and also the same waiter at dinner who could not do enough for us. So a special thank you to Parvesh the most amazing housekeeper ever and Tharun the best waiter we have ever had in any restaurant ever who made the table special because he knew it was our last day. Also a special mention to Dewi the host at dinner who was always smiling and a beautiful soul. Ramya at the seafood restaurant was exceptional, Dencil the waiter with excellent English and was genuinely a lovely human and loved meeting and talking to guests. Sanjara another lovely waitress. Onkar was also amazing. Every single person was engaging and friendly. It’s very rare that an establishment has a gift like that, that can’t be taught. If you treat the staff with respect they cannot do enough for you. Some guests were incredibly rude and expected the moon on a stick. Unfortunately the poor staff obliged letting people eat way past closing, answering to every beck and call, arranging the chefs to cook specific meals which just isn’t fair. Everyone works hard enough already. If you want to hire a complimentary snorkel you need to be up early. They open at 8.15 and they’re all gone by 9! Thanks to Ali at the dive shop who was hilarious and had amazing banter and always saved us a mask. It really is paradise. The food, atmosphere, drinks selection everything was just perfect. The one and only gripe that I have is that it would be so much quieter, tranquil and paradise if there were no children! Not the resorts fault that some people can’t control their children. Screaming kids in the pool shouting at someone 2 feet away from them is not peace and quiet! The water Villas are exactly how they are described. There is a bath on the decking outside and steps leading down into the sea. I took my paddle board to use everyday but there are also kayaks you can hire free of charge. Also included is sunset sea fishing, a great excursion for a couple of hours.But snorkelling is the real highlight of the trip. Bring a go pro and don’t be afraid to explore different parts of the island for different sea life. All in all a beautiful place with beautiful people and we will definitely be returning. We recently returned from an unforgettable holiday at Villa Nautica, Lankanfinolhu Island, and I can’t recommend it enough! We stayed in both a beach villa and a water villa, and the entire experience—from start to finish—was simply spectacular. From the moment we arrived at the airport, the service was seamless. The team was waiting for us, the speedboat transfer was smooth, and we were greeted at the resort with a warm welcome and delicious drinks. To top it off, the hotel upgraded our beach villa to one with a private pool as a birthday surprise for our son, who turned 7 during the trip! He absolutely loved it, and so did we. A special shout-out to Abaan, our amazing host, who took care of every detail. He thoughtfully planned and spaced out all the included activities, keeping our needs as a family with a young child in mind. Thanks to him, we enjoyed the complimentary dolphin cruise, kayak ride, photo shoot, and snorkeling gear without feeling rushed. The highlight was definitely our son’s birthday. The team decorated our room island-style, set up a special dinner table, and surprised him with his favorite chocolate cake. Shamim, our housekeeping staff at the beach villa, was fantastic and played a key role in making the room look magical! We also opted for a paid snorkeling trip. The team took us to a sandbank, patiently taught us how to snorkel, and guided us to see beautiful marine life, including stingrays. That experience gave us the confidence to snorkel independently around the island, which was amazing! The food was outstanding—some of the best buffets we’ve had. We enjoyed our meals at Bageecha (with views of the infinity pool) during our beach villa stay, and at Lagoon (where we could watch baby sharks and ocean life) while in the water villa. The nightly entertainment—from fire shows to bingo, music, and light shows—was the cherry on top. Every staff member we met was warm, helpful, and went the extra mile. Abaan stayed in touch via WhatsApp, always checking in and appearing at just the right moments. Azha also set a wonderful tone for our holiday from Day 1. Villa Nautica is a beautiful property with fantastic food and exceptional service. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting the Maldives, especially first-timers like us—you will fall in love with the place and, like us, you’ll want to return! Read less
