We do not recommend the Villa Nautica Hotel. The villas are double and the audibility is terrible, as the drink can opens, the alarm clock and so on. And if the neighbors are also smoking, then the smell is coming to you. We do not recommend the Villa Nautica Hotel. The villas are double and the audibility is terrible, as the drink can opens, the alarm clock and so on. And if the neighbors are also smoking, then the smell is coming to you. We live in villa 219 and the beach here is terrible, concrete and shells, there is simply no sand, you have to walk far to swim comfortably. It's a long way away, as the villas are being renovated nearby , where, by the way, the equipment is already noisy from 06:30 in the morning until late at night. Since the hotel is close to the main island, seaplanes fly non-stop. You The food at the hotel is very meager, there is almost no choice, the same thing, and the main dishes are only chicken or tuna, there is no variety at all. We seem to be all inclusive, but you have to pay extra for some types of coffee, if you want to have dinner at a restaurant on the water, you have to pay extra, if you want to get to an a la carte restaurant, you have to book before you arrive (we arrived early on the 24th and the nearest entry was on the 28th). In general, if you don't want to spoil your impression of the Maldives, choose another hotel. Read less

My wife and I visited Villa Nautica during the last week of June for our very first trip to the Maldives, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. When planning this vacation, one of our biggest priorities was minimizing travel time from the airport since rough seas are fairly common in June. Villa Nautica was the perfect choice. From the moment we landed, everything was incredibly smooth. Sajid was already waiting for us at the airport, guided us through the arrival process, and made the transfer to the speedboat completely seamless. Once we arrived at the resort, we received a warm welcome from our dedicated Guest Service Advisor, Mariam. She was thoughtful, professional, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. She took the time to walk us through the resort, explain our meal plan, and introduce all the amenities—from the spa and water sports to the restaurants and bars. Knowing she was just a message away made our stay even more relaxing. One pleasant surprise was the Wi-Fi. My wife and I both work remotely while traveling, so reliable internet is essential. We worked 5–6 hours each day, and the connection was consistently fast and stable throughout the resort—even on the windier days. We stayed in a Beach Pool Villa, just steps from the beach. The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The bed, bathroom, private pool, and in-room amenities were all excellent and made it easy to unwind after a day of activities. We opted for the All Meals package, and every meal was fantastic. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were served as generous buffet spreads with plenty of variety, and there are also several à la carte restaurants available. A special thank you to Praveen and the entire restaurant team for their exceptional hospitality. They consistently went above and beyond to make every dining experience enjoyable. One of my favorite parts of the resort was simply walking around the island. The scenery is beautiful, and I made it a point to go kayaking almost every day. The spa deserves special recognition. Widya and her team were incredibly professional, and every treatment was outstanding. I enjoyed multiple sessions, including Abhyanga massage, the Earth Facial, and the Indian Head Massage. Without a doubt, it was one of the highlights of our trip. Another favorite spot was the Captain's Bar. If you're visiting, I'd definitely recommend trying the Whiskey Sour along with the Double Apple hookah, available with either a water or milk base. It made for the perfect way to relax in the evenings. The infinity pool was another great place to unwind. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to experience the sauna this trip, but it's already on my list for our next visit. The housekeeping team also deserves recognition. They were friendly, attentive, and consistently made sure our villa was spotless, comfortable, and well stocked throughout our stay. Overall, Mariam and the entire Villa Nautica team made us feel genuinely welcome from beginning to end. Their attention to detail and sincere hospitality created memories that we'll cherish for years to come. Thank you to everyone who made our first Maldives vacation so special. We'll definitely be back—and next time, we'll be bringing our kids along to experience this beautiful paradise with us. Read less

I love how quite and we had a privacy on our villa. Amenities were very good too. Although we didn’t use any more amenities of the resort. There is nothing to complain about any noise. We are so glad and so happy leaving the property with the excellent reviews. The service of all the staff are also top knotch too. Specifically to few of the people. First, Sayuru the head butler who looks after us all the time, Alamin our housekeeper. Sandiyah and Widyah from Araamu Spa, Geethika at Bageecha restaurant and Glory. They made our stay extra memorable too. And we are looking forward on coming back soon. It feels like home. Read less
