Villa Nautica, Paradise Island offers over 200 villas suites, all with air-conditioning, in-room safe, complimentary WiFi access, complimentary beach towels, satellite TV, tea/coffee-making facilities, mini-bar* and twice daily housekeeping.

Beach Villas feature an outdoor shower, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.


Board basis options 

Full Board includes: breakfast, lunch and dinner at Bageecha or The Lagoon*.

*When staying in a Water Villa.

All-Inclusive option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at Bageecha or The Lagoon, as well as one à la carte meal per person, per stay, when staying a minimum of five nights. All-day soft drinks, mineral water, select specialty drinks such as milkshakes, open bar service including a selection of red, white and sparkling wine by the glass, beer, choice of international branded spirits and a selection of cocktails and mocktails, from 10:00am until 01:00am. Beverages at à la carte are not part of the All-Inclusive plan. Drinks will however, be served from an All-Inclusive menu at these outlets. All-Inclusive guests will receive a 15% discount at à la carte restaurants. Mini-bar with two beers, two soft drinks, two juices, two wines and two assorted snack items (replenished once per day). Snorkelling equipment, all land sports and one sunset fishing excursion per person, per stay when staying a minimum of 6 nights. 10% discount on selected dive rates and 15% off spa treatments. Canoeing and windsurfing available for 1-hour per day, subject to availability and prior booking.

Premium All-Inclusive option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at the main restaurant. Drinks included from all-inclusive menu. One à la carte 3-course meal per person per day, either lunch or dinner from Ristorante al-Tramonto or Farumathi restaurant. Daily casual snacks at selected outlets. High tea at main bar/coffee shop. Mini-bar (re-stocked once a day with 2 soft drinks, 2 juices, 2 beers, 2 bottles of wine (375 ml each), and 2 assorted snack items. Drinking water bottle (1 ltr) per person per day. Tea/coffee-making facilities in the room (1 set per day). Unlimited drinks from the beverage menu including fresh juices, cocktails, beer, premium liquors (champagnes, wines and spirits). Experiences: snorkelling equipment throughout the stay. One hour use of canoe and windsurfing per day. Land sports (excluding coach and instructors): badminton, snooker/ billiards, table tennis, volleyball, squash, daylight tennis and football. 15% discount on selected spa treatments. 10% discount on selected diving rates. One sunset fishing excursion per person per stay for guests staying minimum 4 nights.

Room upgrades

Two-Bedroom Family Beach Villa is larger in size than the Deluxe Beach Villa with the addition of a separated living area. Sleeps maximum 4 adults and 2 children.

Water Villas are perched above the lagoon on stilts, with steps leading straight into the ocean. The Water Villa also provides a private sundeck for you relax and take in the sounds of the sea. Sleeps maximum 2 adults.

Deluxe Beach Pool Villas offer stunning ocean views from the private plunge pool. This room type also offers direct beach access. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Sunset Beach Pool Villa offer the same amenities as the Deluxe Beach Pool Villa, but with the addition of a private beach cabana. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Sunset Deluxe Beach Pool Villa feature indoor and outdoor seating areas, private pool with sun terrace and direct access to the beach. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Water Villas with Whirlpool offers the same great amenities as the Water Villa, with the addition of a private whirlpool on the villa's sundeck. Sleeps maximum 2 adults.

Ocean Beach Pool Villas offer peace and tranquillity in one of the most undisturbed areas of the resort. With it's very own private pool and sundeck, this is the choice place to unwind. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

One-Bedroom Ocean Suites with Pool offer generous living space and a plunge pool on the private sundeck. Complimented by direct step access to the ocean, this suite is positioned for astonishing sunrise views. Sleeps maximum 2 adults.

Two-Bedroom Ocean Suites with Pool provides a similar layout to the one-bedroom alternative, with an additional bedroom and a sweeping plunge pool across the private sundeck. Sleeps maximum 4 adults.

Two-Bedroom Beach Villas with Two Pools are also available, sleeps maximum 4 adults and 2 children.

Upon arrival at Villa Nautica Paradise Island, we were warmly greeted by our Island Host Riya, who is truly an asset to the resort. From the moment we landed, everything was exceptionally well organised. We were driven to reception by buggy, welcomed with refreshing drinks and a cool wet towel, very much appreciated in the 30-degree weather. After check-in, Riya escorted us to our Sunset Beach Pool Villa, which was incredibly spacious and beautifully designed. The villa exceeded our expectations, with excellent amenities, breathtaking views, a private swimming pool, and direct beach access. Throughout our stay, Riya continuously checked in with us via WhatsApp, keeping us informed about daily activities, dining options, and ensuring our overall wellbeing. Having such a dedicated, communicative, and solution-focused Island Host made a huge difference to our experience. We enjoyed several unforgettable activities during our stay: • Amaamu Spa, which included a one-hour massage, coconut body scrub, and a romantic bubble bath with stunning ocean views • A complimentary Sunset Fishing experience, thoughtfully arranged by Riya • A special dinner at The Hook Restaurant, offering absolutely breathtaking views Dining was excellent throughout the resort. We mainly ate at Bageecha Restaurant, where the food quality was consistently high, with a wide variety of options ensuring everyone would leave satisfied. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Housekeeping was outstanding, servicing our villa twice daily and maintaining excellent standards. One feature we particularly appreciated was the buggy service across the island, simply calling reception ensured transport within 10–15 minutes, making getting around effortless. Our Sunset Beach Pool Villa was also extremely well‑located, close to restaurants, the water sports centre, and other key facilities. For the final two nights of our stay, we wanted to experience a Water Villa, and thanks to our wonderful Island Host Riya, we were upgraded to a complimentary Water Villa with a private jacuzzi and truly breathtaking views. This experience finally made us understand why Villa Nautica is called Paradise Island, it genuinely feels like paradise, and you never want to leave. To make our 10th wedding anniversary even more special, we were surprised with a beautifully decorated bed with red petals, along with cake, chocolates, and fruits waiting in our room. Riya also arranged a complimentary canoeing race, which was great fun and added to the celebratory feel of our trip. Coming all the way from London, with a long journey and connecting flights, we had high expectations and Villa Nautica exceeded them in every possible way. Final Thoughts We would 100% recommend Villa Nautica Paradise Island to anyone planning a holiday in the Maldives. Every staff member was attentive, cheerful, and eager to help, but special recognition must go to Riya, who made our stay exceptional from start to finish. Rooms always cleaned to perfection and always offered more cosmetics when needed. Very relaxing atmosphere and great nightly events on for entertainment. Very family friendly with many areas to have on your own. The waters there are crystal clear and sand white as! Very tropical island feeling especially relaxing by the insanely huge pool. Our incredible island host AZHA was just beautiful, she would respond to us instantly (even on her day off ha) she provided us all the following days information and helped us with any questions or concerns, she also upgraded us from regular Overwater Villa to a whirlpool villa which was such a great surprise, she is a true gem and deserve so much recognition for her hard work! She made us feel so welcome and cared for and I hope to visit again one day. Great value for money, close to Male airport so only a 20min speedboat needed. We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Villa Nautica — 2 nights at the Private Pool Beach Villa and 1 night at the Water Villa — and it was truly a memorable family holiday. Our daughter had an absolute blast! She spent her days splashing in the private pool, snorkeling along the beach, and was completely mesmerized by the last night at the Water Villa, where she could simply step out and be right at the water's edge. Watching her joy made the entire trip special. My wife had a beautifully relaxing time throughout, and as a family, we genuinely cherished the quality time together — something that can be hard to come by in everyday life. The food was excellent across the board, and one of our favourite little moments was spotting fish right from our villa and the restaurant — a magical touch that added to the overall experience. Our host, Rushikesh, was warm and attentive. He was clearly managing a lot of guests during a busy period, so connecting with him at times required a little patience — but he always made sure to attend to our needs, and that effort didn't go unnoticed. The only minor hiccup was the luggage transfer taking a bit longer than expected when we moved from the Beach Villa to the Water Villa — but it was a small thing in the grand scheme of a truly lovely stay.
