Villa Nautica, Paradise Island offers over 200 villas suites, all with air-conditioning, in-room safe, complimentary WiFi access, complimentary beach towels, satellite TV, tea/coffee-making facilities, mini-bar* and twice daily housekeeping.

Beach Villas feature an outdoor shower, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.


Board basis options 

Full Board includes: breakfast, lunch and dinner at Bageecha or The Lagoon*.

*When staying in a Water Villa.

All-Inclusive option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at Bageecha or The Lagoon, as well as one à la carte meal per person, per stay, when staying a minimum of five nights. All-day soft drinks, mineral water, select specialty drinks such as milkshakes, open bar service including a selection of red, white and sparkling wine by the glass, beer, choice of international branded spirits and a selection of cocktails and mocktails, from 10:00am until 01:00am. Beverages at à la carte are not part of the All-Inclusive plan. Drinks will however, be served from an All-Inclusive menu at these outlets. All-Inclusive guests will receive a 15% discount at à la carte restaurants. Mini-bar with two beers, two soft drinks, two juices, two wines and two assorted snack items (replenished once per day). Snorkelling equipment, all land sports and one sunset fishing excursion per person, per stay when staying a minimum of 6 nights. 10% discount on selected dive rates and 15% off spa treatments. Canoeing and windsurfing available for 1-hour per day, subject to availability and prior booking.

Premium All-Inclusive option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at the main restaurant. Drinks included from all-inclusive menu. One à la carte 3-course meal per person per day, either lunch or dinner from Ristorante al-Tramonto or Farumathi restaurant. Daily casual snacks at selected outlets. High tea at main bar/coffee shop. Mini-bar (re-stocked once a day with 2 soft drinks, 2 juices, 2 beers, 2 bottles of wine (375 ml each), and 2 assorted snack items. Drinking water bottle (1 ltr) per person per day. Tea/coffee-making facilities in the room (1 set per day). Unlimited drinks from the beverage menu including fresh juices, cocktails, beer, premium liquors (champagnes, wines and spirits). Experiences: snorkelling equipment throughout the stay. One hour use of canoe and windsurfing per day. Land sports (excluding coach and instructors): badminton, snooker/ billiards, table tennis, volleyball, squash, daylight tennis and football. 15% discount on selected spa treatments. 10% discount on selected diving rates. One sunset fishing excursion per person per stay for guests staying minimum 4 nights.

Room upgrades

Two-Bedroom Family Beach Villa is larger in size than the Deluxe Beach Villa with the addition of a separated living area. Sleeps maximum 4 adults and 2 children.

Water Villas are perched above the lagoon on stilts, with steps leading straight into the ocean. The Water Villa also provides a private sundeck for you relax and take in the sounds of the sea. Sleeps maximum 2 adults.

Deluxe Beach Pool Villas offer stunning ocean views from the private plunge pool. This room type also offers direct beach access. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Sunset Beach Pool Villa offer the same amenities as the Deluxe Beach Pool Villa, but with the addition of a private beach cabana. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Sunset Deluxe Beach Pool Villa feature indoor and outdoor seating areas, private pool with sun terrace and direct access to the beach. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Water Villas with Whirlpool offers the same great amenities as the Water Villa, with the addition of a private whirlpool on the villa's sundeck. Sleeps maximum 2 adults.

Ocean Beach Pool Villas offer peace and tranquillity in one of the most undisturbed areas of the resort. With it's very own private pool and sundeck, this is the choice place to unwind. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

One-Bedroom Ocean Suites with Pool offer generous living space and a plunge pool on the private sundeck. Complimented by direct step access to the ocean, this suite is positioned for astonishing sunrise views. Sleeps maximum 2 adults.

Two-Bedroom Ocean Suites with Pool provides a similar layout to the one-bedroom alternative, with an additional bedroom and a sweeping plunge pool across the private sundeck. Sleeps maximum 4 adults.

Two-Bedroom Beach Villas with Two Pools are also available, sleeps maximum 4 adults and 2 children.

We’ve just returned from 11 unforgettable days at Villa Nautica in the Maldives, and honestly… where do we even begin? This trip exceeded every expectation we had and then some. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so genuinely welcome. Every single person we encountered greeted us with the warmest smiles and took the time to get to know us. What really stood out was how they remembered our favourite drinks and little preferences, those small touches made such a big difference. A special mention has to go to our designated host/butler, Abaan who went above and beyond every single day to make our stay seamless and truly special. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his attention to detail made our holiday exceptional. We spent 8 nights in a Deluxe Beach Pool Villa on the sunset side, room 119 which was absolutely perfect. Waking up to 35+ degree heat every day (yes, it really was that hot!) and that gorgeous humidity felt like stepping into paradise. The beach was stunning , soft white sand, crystal-clear calm water, and the most beautiful sandbank that we loved walking along before dipping into the sea. The island itself is the perfect size big enough to explore and get your steps in, but not so large that it feels overwhelming. It struck a really nice balance. For our final 3 nights, we moved to an overwater villa with a whirlpool, and it was just magical. The Lagoon Restaurant, which serves the overwater villas, felt like a candlelit dinner every meal. The setting right over the water, created such a romantic and peaceful atmosphere. Food across the resort was fantastic. At Bageecha (the all-inclusive restaurant for beach villas), there was always a huge variety of delicious options, and we loved the themed nights, something different to look forward to each evening. We also treated ourselves to dinner at Hook, the fish restaurant, and it was a real highlight. Not only was the food incredible, but the setting was breathtaking. we were able to watch sharks and exotic fish swimming beneath us while we dined. There was always something to do if you wanted it. We tried kayaking and absolutely loved gliding across the crystal-clear water around the island, such a peaceful experience. One of the biggest highlights of our trip was the sunset dolphin cruise. The boat crew were brilliant, so friendly and helpful and we got incredibly lucky, spotting what must have been around 100 dolphins spinning and jumping around us. It was one of those moments you’ll never forget. Evenings at the resort were just as enjoyable, the sunsets are absolutely stunning and with great entertainment to go with it. The fire show was definitely our favourite! Overall, Villa Nautica gave us the perfect mix of relaxation, luxury, and unforgettable experiences. But what truly made this trip so special were the people. The staff are the heart of this resort, and their kindness, energy, and genuine care made all the difference. Waking up to the turquoise ocean, stepping straight into the water, and enjoying the absolute tranquility was simply magical. What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the amazing staff. A special thank you to Chendar from housekeeping, who kept everything spotless and made us feel so comfortable every day. Dillon, our personal host, went above and beyond to make sure every wish was fulfilled – always friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional. And Novi at the Lagoon restaurant welcomed us with such warmth every time – it felt like coming home. The Lagoon restaurant deserves its own praise: the waiters there are absolutely outstanding – so attentive, kind, and genuinely passionate about what they do. And the food? Simply fantastic! We had an excellent time at our stay in Villa Nautica Resort and were glad to choose this resort for our recent Maldives visit. They welcomed us at airport, provided transportation to and from(on our return) the resort. After landing at the resort, we were welcomed by reception staff and then guided us through the checkin process and settling us into our room. We requested wheelchair for mobility assistance and it was arranged for our stay. 👍 We booked the water villa for our stay. It was neat and tidy, had all necessary amenities & the deck access to tub & stairs going into the ocean was just an amazing experience. It was easy access to ocean and beach so worked out well for us. We took all meals option and restaurant was very close by to water villa. Excellent food choices. You can call for a buggy (small golf cart ) service to go back and forth between water villa and main resort. Service staff were very nice, friendly and helpful with all our needs during our stay. Kudos especially to staff member RIYA, who was very professional and helped us with everything throughout our stay. It would not have been possible without her support. Keep up the good work RIYA. Thank you for everything that you have done for us (from taking care of our needs during checkin, giving us a tour of the resort, getting us settled in our room, being available whenever we needed it, arranging tours, setting up candle light dinner for our parents, checkout process etc). Access to main pool and other amenities was excellent. We were celebrating my parents 50th Anniversary. We booked the Male city tour and a candle light dinner for them. My parents had an Amazing experience (with the room decorating) to candle light dinner was excellent (Kudos to the staff, chef and RIYA for arranging it and make it happen). Before our return journey, RIYA provided us with a complete list of checkout procedures and relevant information. Overall our experience was great and we enjoyed our time there.
