Villa Nautica, Paradise Island offers over 200 villas suites, all with air-conditioning, in-room safe, complimentary WiFi access, complimentary beach towels, satellite TV, tea/coffee-making facilities, mini-bar* and twice daily housekeeping.

Beach Villas feature an outdoor shower, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Board basis options

Full Board includes: breakfast, lunch and dinner at Bageecha.

All-Inclusive option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at Bageecha, as well as one à la carte meal per person, per stay at Ristorante al-Tramonto or The Hook when staying a minimum of 7 nights. All-day soft drinks, mineral water, open bar service including a selection of red, white and sparkling wine by the glass, beer, choice of spirits and a selection of cocktails and mocktails, from 10:00am until 01:00am. Beverages at à la carte are not part of the All-Inclusive plan. Drinks will however, be served from an All-Inclusive menu at these outlets. All-Inclusive guests will receive a 15% discount at à la carte restaurants. Mini-bar with two beers, two soft drinks, two juices, two wines and two assorted snack items (replenished once per day). Snorkelling equipment and all land sports are included (excluding floodlit tennis). 10% discount on selected dive rates and 15% off selected spa treatments. Canoeing and windsurfing available for 1-hour per day, subject to availability and prior booking.

Premium All-Inclusive option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at the main restaurant. Drinks included from all-inclusive menu. One à la carte 3-course meal per person per day, either lunch or dinner from Ristorante al-Tramonto or The Hook. Daily casual snacks at selected outlets. High tea at main bar/coffee shop. Mini-bar (re-stocked once a day with 2 soft drinks, 2 juices, 2 beers, 2 bottles of wine (375 ml each), and 2 assorted snack items. Drinking water bottle (1 ltr) per person per day. Tea/coffee-making facilities in the room (1 set per day). Unlimited drinks from the beverage menu including fresh juices, cocktails, beer, premium liquors (champagnes, wines and spirits). Experiences: snorkelling equipment throughout the stay. One hour use of canoe and windsurfing per day. Land sports (excluding coach and instructors): badminton, snooker/ billiards, table tennis, volleyball, squash, daylight tennis and football. 15% discount on selected spa treatments. 10% discount on selected diving rates. One sunset fishing excursion per person per stay for guests staying minimum 4 nights.

Room upgrades

Two-Bedroom Family Beach Villa is larger in size than the Deluxe Beach Villa with the addition of a separated living area. Sleeps maximum 4 adults and 2 children.

Water Villas are perched above the lagoon on stilts, with steps leading straight into the ocean. The Water Villa also provides a private sundeck for you relax and take in the sounds of the sea. Sleeps maximum 2 adults.

Deluxe Beach Pool Villas offer stunning ocean views from the private plunge pool. This room type also offers direct beach access. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Sunset Beach Pool Villa offer the same amenities as the Deluxe Beach Pool Villa, but with the addition of a private beach cabana. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Sunset Deluxe Beach Pool Villa feature indoor and outdoor seating areas, private pool with sun terrace and direct access to the beach. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Water Villas with Whirlpool offers the same great amenities as the Water Villa, with the addition of a private whirlpool on the villa's sundeck. Sleeps maximum 2 adults.

Ocean Beach Pool Villas offer peace and tranquillity in one of the most undisturbed areas of the resort. With it's very own private pool and sundeck, this is the choice place to unwind. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

One-Bedroom Ocean Suites with Pool offer generous living space and a plunge pool on the private sundeck. Complimented by direct step access to the ocean, this suite is positioned for astonishing sunrise views. Sleeps maximum 2 adults.

Two-Bedroom Ocean Suites with Pool provides a similar layout to the one-bedroom alternative, with an additional bedroom and a sweeping plunge pool across the private sundeck. Sleeps maximum 4 adults.

Two-Bedroom Beach Villas with Two Pools are also available, sleeps maximum 4 adults and 2 children.

Everything was absolutely wonderful — the beautiful scenery, the cleanliness of the room, the delicious food, and the kindness of all the staff. We had a truly comfortable and relaxing stay! I don’t speak English very well, but our staff member, Ibrahim, was incredibly kind and patient. He used AI translation to explain things to us carefully, and we really appreciated his thoughtfulness. He also contacted us every day via WeChat, so we never had to worry about anything during our stay. We are truly grateful to everyone at Villa Nautica for helping us create such wonderful memories. Amazing location... Very polite staff... But repetitive spread in lagoon restaurant...

Overall at Villa Nautica we had a fabulous stay & an unforgettable experience. The property is huge with very polite staff all around moving with their smiling faces. My special thanks to Manu from the reception desk of Lagoon for greeting us each time with a humble smile.Manu you always made our stay brighter.Looking forward to see you again. Our Resort host Zameer took care of the activities & gave us discounts where he could manage. Also provided with medicines as a first aid within no time..Thank you Zameer for your hospitality. We stayed for 4 nights at their water villa with Whirlpool( room no. 742).The room & washroom was spacious, convenient & clean. Room services are excellent & very prompt. The room however needs some maintenance.We also expected to get a clear serene parallel view of the ocean from our water villa.But it turned out to be quite a disappointment as we were directly facing only buildings & strong lights from our water villa.. Wouldn't recommend this room to anyone. Another turn down was the extremely repetitive spread everytime at the lagoon restaurant.. Everytime the same repetitive menu was laid out & it was mostly Indian cuisine.Dessert counter was good with variety though they didn't have anything with low sugar content... overall I would recommend Villa Nautica for a pleasant & relaxing stay to unwind to a world of paradise in paradise island..My humble thanks to the entire team of Villa Nautica.. Expectations Exceed

We went to celebrate our anniversary and to also experience the beautiful location of the Maldives. Our expectations were exceeded from start to finish a friendly welcome and more than helpful Island host Musa who contacted us daily and booked dining and various trips for us . The Lagoon restaurant was a pleasure and not just the food the service in particular by Tharum was outstanding he treated us like royalty and befriended us from the beginning surprising us with a great table for our anniversary. We can’t forget the lovely smiling greeter who always made us feel at home. Last of all not to leave out Nizam our house keeper he was a star again providing towel art to celebrate our anniversary and to make us smile ensuring that the room was spotless and the mini bar was restocked as required. Holidays with a 1 year old baby in Maldives

We went with our 1y old baby, and was very pleasent. The hotel is very close to the airport, 20 min by speedboat, which is a plus for somebody with a baby, and in case of be necessary something more, Malé is close. We love the resort, well cleaned, everyday with live cuisine, and very family friendly, with a kids club and activities for them everyday, we liked the sub-submarine experience. We saw a lot of little babies and kids there. Some rooms are being renovate, despiste renovation works nothing disturb our holidays. In case of medical assistance, there is a doctor on resort 24h, which is great. We needed twice for our baby, one of the times in the middle of the night, and in less then 10min we had the doctor checking our baby, Thank you so much to Doctor Monisha for all the attention, patiente and care to our baby, she has beyond incredible. The resort have many things free of cost for little kids, such experiences, room service, and others. We went with full board, and the food (even the food by room service), and fresh juices for our baby was free. Which was a good surprise. For us, watter and coffe (even in the room) was included. They even made us a special surprise for our anniversary celebration. In general all the staff was very friendly. Our host Tolagay answer all our questions, and sent to us everyday the information about the dailys activities. Fayaj cleaned our room very well, seemed we just got arrived everytime, and never let us without watter. At the restaurant we were always welcomed with a smile, special Manu, Ram, Dinesh, K K, Ashok. Thank you so much for everyone of them, who take care of us, we wish you everything good, and a good life. We hope to come back. Read less
