Villa Nautica, Paradise Island offers over 200 villas suites, all with air-conditioning, in-room safe, complimentary WiFi access, complimentary beach towels, satellite TV, tea/coffee-making facilities, mini-bar* and twice daily housekeeping.

Beach Villas feature an outdoor shower, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

All-Inclusive option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at Bageecha or The Lagoon, as well as one à la carte meal per person, per stay, when staying a minimum of five nights. All-day soft drinks, mineral water, select specialty drinks such as milkshakes, open bar service including a selection of red, white and sparkling wine by the glass, beer, choice of international branded spirits and a selection of cocktails and mocktails, from 10:00am until 01:00am. Beverages at à la carte are not part of the All-Inclusive plan. Drinks will however, be served from an All-Inclusive menu at these outlets. All-Inclusive guests will receive a 15% discount at à la carte restaurants. Mini-bar with two beers, two soft drinks, two juices, two wines and two assorted snack items (replenished once per day). Snorkelling equipment, all land sports and one sunset fishing excursion per person, per stay when staying a minimum of 6 nights. 10% discount on selected dive rates and 15% off spa treatments. Canoeing and windsurfing available for 1-hour per day, subject to availability and prior booking.

Premium All-Inclusive option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at the main restaurant. Drinks included from all-inclusive menu. One à la carte 3-course meal per person per day, either lunch or dinner from Ristorante al-Tramonto or Farumathi restaurant. Daily casual snacks at selected outlets. High tea at main bar/coffee shop. Mini-bar (re-stocked once a day with 2 soft drinks, 2 juices, 2 beers, 2 bottles of wine (375 ml each), and 2 assorted snack items. Drinking water bottle (1 ltr) per person per day. Tea/coffee-making facilities in the room (1 set per day). Unlimited drinks from the beverage menu including fresh juices, cocktails, beer, premium liquors (champagnes, wines and spirits). Experiences: snorkelling equipment throughout the stay. One hour use of canoe and windsurfing per day. Land sports (excluding coach and instructors): badminton, snooker/ billiards, table tennis, volleyball, squash, daylight tennis and football. 15% discount on selected spa treatments. 10% discount on selected diving rates. One sunset fishing excursion per person per stay for guests staying minimum 4 nights.

Room upgrades

Two-Bedroom Family Beach Villa is larger in size than the Deluxe Beach Villa with the addition of a separated living area. Sleeps maximum 4 adults and 2 children.

Water Villas are perched above the lagoon on stilts, with steps leading straight into the ocean. The Water Villa also provides a private sundeck for you relax and take in the sounds of the sea. Sleeps maximum 2 adults.

Deluxe Beach Pool Villas offer stunning ocean views from the private plunge pool. This room type also offers direct beach access. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Sunset Beach Pool Villa offer the same amenities as the Deluxe Beach Pool Villa, but with the addition of a private beach cabana. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Sunset Deluxe Beach Pool Villa feature indoor and outdoor seating areas, private pool with sun terrace and direct access to the beach. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Water Villas with Whirlpool offers the same great amenities as the Water Villa, with the addition of a private whirlpool on the villa's sundeck. Sleeps maximum 2 adults.

Ocean Beach Pool Villas offer peace and tranquillity in one of the most undisturbed areas of the resort. With it's very own private pool and sundeck, this is the choice place to unwind. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

One-Bedroom Ocean Suites with Pool offer generous living space and a plunge pool on the private sundeck. Complimented by direct step access to the ocean, this suite is positioned for astonishing sunrise views. Sleeps maximum 2 adults.

Two-Bedroom Ocean Suites with Pool provides a similar layout to the one-bedroom alternative, with an additional bedroom and a sweeping plunge pool across the private sundeck. Sleeps maximum 4 adults.

Two-Bedroom Beach Villas with Two Pools are also available, sleeps maximum 4 adults and 2 children.

What an amazing resort! Customer service really is a top priority here. Clean towels twice a day (including beach towels), as well as bottles of water. A beautiful swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers. The buffets are incredibly extensive. And of course, the location is phenomenal: the sea is right on your doorstep. Upon arrival, you are assigned a personal host. Ours was Ibrahim, and we couldn’t have been luckier: what a friendly, courteous and helpful young man. He really made all the difference for us! Excellent choice for romance and relaxation

Nothing can go wrong in Maldives. Villa Nautica is a magical place. Romance is in the air, relaxation and calm everywhere. We stayed in a water villa and we had a magnificent time. The whole island is a wonderful place. Nice waters, amazing villas, sharks to play with, excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner and a spa that you must definitely visit. We have to say though that the real treasure of this resort is the staff. Everyone is very polite, willing to help you and satisfy your needs and always with a smile coming from the heart. We have travelled three times in Maldives and many other places in the world, but this is a place we shall always cherish. We would like to thank from the bottom of our hearts, our host Dilan, who really made our stay there an unforgettable experience. Always there to assist us and satisfy all our needs, and with a lot of pleasant surprises. Dilon is a real asset for any resort and a person you love at first sight. We also like to thank the housekeeping for being so helpful and very kind, especially Naveen and Selva. Also the staff at the Lagoon restaurant who we loved so much. Especially Salman and Tharun. We apologize for not remembering all the names but all the people there are so wonderful. We would especially also like to thank Dilon and the restaurant staff for the magical surprises for our wedding anniversary. We really really want to go back the soonest possible. More than just a beautiful resort

Our stay in the Maldives was everything we hoped it would be - beautiful, relaxing and genuinely easy from start to finish. It was also my partner’s very first time in the Maldives, and what a way for him to experience it for the first time. The resort itself is stunning, with so much to do, wonderful dining experiences and a team that made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay. A huge part of what made the experience so seamless, though, was Dillon. From the moment we arrived, he made sure we were comfortable and well looked after. While we waited for our room to be ready, he personally showed us around the resort, and from that point on we never once felt like we had to chase information, figure out bookings or wonder what was happening each day. Every morning we received updates on the weather, sunset timings, activities and events around the resort, and Dillon was always reachable whenever we had a question or needed help arranging something. He made everything feel effortless - from helping us curate our sunset dinner menu on our very first evening, to organising our water activities and my spa experience. All we really had to do was decide what we felt like doing, and he made sure everything else was taken care of. More than anything, Dillon is simply a warm, friendly and genuinely hospitable person. He made us feel at home, took such good care of us throughout our stay, made both check-in and check-out incredibly smooth, and saw us off with the same warmth with which he welcomed us. We leave with such lovely memories of our time here, and Dillon played a very big part in making the trip what it was. We’re incredibly grateful to him and the rest of the team for such a wonderful stay - and for making my partner’s first experience of the Maldives such a memorable one. Beautiful Ocean, but Some Disappointing Experiences

Villa Nautica has a beautiful ocean, and we were able to see many fish and really enjoy the wonderful marine environment that the Maldives is famous for. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay. We stayed in **Water Villa 707**, which was conveniently located relatively close to the reception. We were satisfied with the villa itself. However, during our stay, construction work was taking place at the beach villas along the shore, and **the construction noise was quite noticeable throughout the day**. We had expected a quiet and relaxing atmosphere at the resort, so this was a significant negative point for us. Our package included meals, but we basically ate at **THE Lagoon every day**, and the selection did not change very much from day to day. After several days, we became quite tired of the food. In terms of taste, many of the dishes used local spices, and personally, I did not feel that the flavors were particularly suited to Japanese tastes. Of course, this is a matter of personal preference, but eating similar flavors every day became difficult for us. When we made our reservation, we had expected that a meal-inclusive package would allow us to dine at several different restaurants within the resort. Therefore, we were a little disappointed that our meals were mainly limited to THE Lagoon. Having more restaurant choices included in the package would have made the dining experience much more enjoyable. On the positive side, **the service at THE Lagoon was excellent**. In particular, **ONKAR took very good care of us. He was extremely attentive, always polite, and provided outstanding service.** The other staff members at THE Lagoon were also very professional and made our meals pleasant. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the service provided by **Laisha**, who was assigned to assist us during our stay. On the day after our arrival, Laisha offered to show us around the island, and we arranged to meet after breakfast. However, she later told us that she needed to assist newly arriving guests and asked us to wait for a while. After that, we never heard from her again. There was also no explanation or apology afterward. There was another issue when we asked her to arrange a tour for us. We waited for several hours without receiving any update, so eventually we went directly to the tour desk ourselves to make the reservation. When we got there, we discovered that Laisha had actually already made the reservation for us. We appreciated that she had arranged it, but if the reservation had already been made, she should have simply informed us. Given these experiences, I was honestly quite surprised when Laisha contacted me after our stay and personally asked me to write a review mentioning her name. **There seems to be a significant gap between how she evaluates her own service and how it was actually experienced by us as guests.** I believe the hotel should provide her with better training, particularly regarding basic guest communication, following up after making arrangements, and taking responsibility when a commitment cannot be fulfilled. Despite these disappointing points, **the ocean in the Maldives was truly beautiful, and seeing so many fish in the clear water was a wonderful experience and a great memory for us.** Villa Nautica has many excellent staff members and a beautiful natural environment. If the construction noise, dining options, and consistency of guest service can be improved, I believe it could become an even better resort. Read less
