On the north coast of Mauritius, in Kalodyne, close to the fishermen’s village of Grand Gaube. Transfer time from Mauritius International Airport: approximately 1 hour 15 minutes. Please note that if taking a seat in coach this may be longer depending on how many hotel stops are en route.

Traditional Mauritian afternoon tea at Taba-J snack bar (sweet, savouries and pancakes). Dinner in the main buffet restaurant Karay, Tadka Restaurant, Kot Nou and Manao. Family Rooms feature a main bedroom area and adjacent living area with canopy bed which converts to a sofa bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children/teens.
Family Deluxe Rooms have two en-suite bedrooms (one with double bed and a kids' room with 3 single beds), sleeping maximum 2 adults and 3 children or 2 adults and 2 teens.
Family Apartments consist of two interconnecting Superior Rooms that share a joined entrance hall. Family Apartments Sea View consist of two interconnecting Superior Sea View Rooms (double beds or twin beds) that share a joined entrance hall. They sleep maximum 4 adults and 2 children.

Hotel is amazing, everything is nice and clean.
Only criticism is before arrival I contacted them to inform them that we were coming for our honeymoon and that I had paid for a sea view room, which I didn’t get on arrival.
I had to speak to a member of staff at reception who organised a room change for us.
Unfortunately we didn’t get any personal message left in our room from the hotel about it being our honeymoon which would have been a nice touch.

There are plenty of activities for the kids during the day.
Lastly the staff are incredible and driven with passion. Special thanks to Nitesh who welcomed our family during our delicious meals. His team and himself are outstanding with friendly warmth and always going the extra mile.
