Inside the upscale Ironshore neighborhood, just 5 minutes away from Cinnamon Hill, White Witch and the Half Moon, three championship golf courses and steps away from the shores of the Caribbean sea in Montego Bay. 5 miles east of Montego Bay and 3 miles from the famous "Hip Strip". This is a must stay. The staff is absolutely amazing, the food…there is no other property that feed u so much like Zoetry. The ambience there is total relaxation. U feel on top f the world. This is not a vacation that u need another vacation to recover.

This experience was far from satisfactory. Despite the beautiful beach and pool, the customer service was appalling, and the food was equally disappointing, except for the arrival and departure days. I’m deeply disappointed with the amount I spent on what was supposed to be a fantastic vacation, but I left feeling like I had just left a motel instead of a 4-5 star resort. Each day that passed only made the situation worse. The towel room was left unattended, and there was a lack of staff taking drink orders around the pool. The room service was poor, and there were other issues as well. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this hotel in Montego Bay. It’s not what it seemed, and I’m not sure why I chose to stay there. Read less

Resort is very ordinary and not up to the UVC or other Zoerty resorts. Food was awful. Property is dated. Customer experience is POOR.

Not a lot of options if you don’t eat seafood like my husband, but they offer a $75 steak. Couldn’t get a glass of Pinot Grigio, had to order a full bottle at $72 each night. I wouldn't stay at this location again. It was clean and quiet, minus the airplanes. It is very laid back but it is geared for those that would rather spend time outside rather than inside. And those that dont mind dining with cats constantly watching and begging for food.
