Address Beach Resort is located in Jumeirah Beach Residence, nestled in the heart of The Beach, close to waterfront leisure, dining destinations, retail outlets and entertainment. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: approximately 30 minutes.

Deluxe Sea View Room with Balcony, featuring your own private balcony to enjoy the stunning views, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

One Bedroom Sea View Suites feature a private balcony overlooking the Arabian Gulf, with 1 king-size bed sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child, or 3 adults.

One Bedroom Executive Sea View Suites with Balcony are spacious, larger suites featuring your own private balcony overlooking the Arabian Gulf, and complimentary breakfast, as well as VIP welcome amenities and happy hour at Li’ Brasil (selected house beverages only, restricted to the bar area from 5pm to 7pm), with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults.

While our check-in experience started off a bit unexpectedly with Niomi at the front desk downgrading our room to a partial sea and marina view, things quickly turned around thanks to the incredible team on site. A special thanks to Mr. Douglas, who went above and beyond to make things right. He not only ensured we received a beautiful full sea view room, but also impressed us with his efficiency, professionalism, and genuine compassion. He is truly an asset to the property. Mr. Adam is another standout team member whose warm and helpful nature added to our positive experience. Both he and Mr. Douglas represent the best of what luxury hospitality should be. Lastly, Mr. John made sure our breakfast each morning was a highlight of our stay — attentive, kind, and dedicated to making each guest feel special. Despite the initial room issue, the exceptional service we received far outweighed it. I truly enjoyed myself at Farina, I came on business with a large group. The food was amazing, the vibes were right, and the service was absolutely amazing! Shout out to our server Sheena, sweet, respectful, and attentive. I could not ask for more in a dining experience.
