Great peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The staff provided excellent service, and the room was clean and cozy

Very low grade hotel. Would not stay here again. The lobby is pretty but the rooms are two star at best and not as they are represented in the photos. Please see attached photos of the balcony that only fits one chair and the exposed wiring in the shower. We had a wonderful stay at the AIRA! The hotel was clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. We were particularly impressed by the service from Hibban and the other gentleman so sorry I don’t remember his name who helped us with our luggage—they were both simply amazing.

The fitness center staff name Khun Kong is very helpful. He has help me doing my excercise perfectly. I went to the fitness two times during my stay was very good experience. Thank you Khun Kong

This review in context of hotels claim to be 4 or 5 star,which I can assure you it’s not. The only plus is the swimming pool Paid upgraded room given was stinking so complained to front desk no response. Next day again no response.in the evening to my horror found leaking SEWAGE from ceiling which someone allegedly fixed….and next morning it was… Read more

Next day again no response.in the evening to my horror found leaking SEWAGE from ceiling which someone allegedly fixed….and next morning it was worst. Had to cut short our 7day booked stay to 3 . Most hotel staff on mobile phones even with guests around Some staff even showed threatening behaviour when I pointed this out The buggy carrying me and my family to the beach nearly crashed twice as driver was more interested in his phone than looking at the road.after I requested him not to do so he started driving erratically nearly crashing Rooms aren’t cleaned when asked ,you to have to give fixed time instructions a day before…..so as not to cause any inconvenience Add to this tired stained bed linen with holes ,towels threadbare………..etc PLUS THE HOTEL IS NOWHERE NEAR A BEACH.IGNORE ANY CLAIMS AS SUCH I EMAILED THE LOCAL MANAGER ,MANAGEMENT AND ONYX GROUP absolutely no reply /response. Don’t waste your money ,a little bit more money will get you a true paradise in Hua hin. I moved to Hyatt regency and what a difference. Read less
