The hotel

Opened on New Year's Eve 1920, Casa Marina Resort is Key West’s original grand resort. Boasting a dramatic 'water walk' that leads to the resort's two largest swimming pools and the largest private beach in Key West, Casa Marina is a tranquil oasis close enough to the action of Duval Street. Offered on-site is a booking centre for world-class diving, fishing and boating, and it also has one of the largest fitness facilities in Key West, allowing you to work off those holiday indulgences! The location is good but they only have two pools and the Adult pool was always full. There is no water filling station- they do have ice water in the lobby. The elevator was broken and the 2nd elevator couldn’t keep up. It was just OK.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My husband and I just spent the most amazing four nights at Casa Marina Resort in Key West celebrating our babymoon, and we truly could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. A special thank you to Rianna Van Erem from Guest Services, who made our stay exceptional from start to finish. She was waiting for us upon our arrival and personally escorted us to our beautiful room. Waiting for us was the most thoughtful babymoon surprise, complete with special decorations, treats, and a handwritten note that I will cherish forever. Every single staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. The pool staff were outstanding, always engaging in great conversation and making us feel right at home. Even the towel attendants took the time to thank my husband and me for our Hilton loyalty, something we have never experienced at any other hotel and truly appreciated. What stood out most were the little things. One day I wasn't feeling well, and my husband informed housekeeping that we would be skipping service. The following day, the same housekeeper knocked on our door and asked how I was feeling. That simple gesture meant so much and perfectly reflected the level of care and hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. It's these personal touches and genuine interactions that made Casa Marina so special. We left feeling refreshed, appreciated, and grateful for the memories we made during this important chapter in our lives.
