Where is it

On a white sand beach, half way between Cancun and Playa del Carmen, close to attractions such as archeological sites, the world's second largest coral reef, the quaint fishing town of Puerto Morelos and lots of shopping. Transfer time from airport: 15 minutes.

We had our wedding at Dreams Sapphire Resort and Spa and had an amazing experience. Our coordinator was incredible from start to finish. She kept us informed throughout the entire process and made sure every detail was handled, including special requests. We planned for over a year and worked closely with the wedding team to make sure everything came together perfectly. The events were beautiful and well organized, and our guests had a great time. The DJ did a great job keeping the energy up and the dance floor was full all night. The food, service, and amenities were all excellent. Guests especially enjoyed the restaurants, room service, and activities around the resort. The staff was friendly and helpful across the board, and everything felt very well coordinated. We also really enjoyed the spa experience and the variety of things to do throughout the stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would absolutely return. We highly recommend this resort for a wedding or vacation! Read less

Horrible hotel, very dirty and outdated even tho being presented as "remodel" boring and food is low quality. Very rude staff. Beach was empty because no one was able to use it due to seaweed. The entire hotel smells like rotten seaweed. Room was missing a lot of stuff, coffee cups. robes. slippers and the hot tub in the balcony was dirty.

I chased it yesterday and today they tell me it will take another 12 days to pay my money back. Ridiculous. I won’t comment too much on the poor service however one evening they took drinks off my table and put them on another table after my daughter drank from a glass. What an odd thing to do. Why not get more. They try and speed you up with sending starters at the same time as a main in the restaurants. Sun loungers are aggressive. Wake up at 3am to put a towel out or they are all gone.
