Two stars for the very friendly service---with some misses at the front desk. This hotel is situated in a seemingly commercial zone, across from dealerships, a Home Depot, and wandering pedestrians...so a $15/night "resort fee" is outrageous. The hotel management must know it is ridiculous and tried to make it better with $15 hotel spend credit per night but, hotel cheesecake is $16... Our room felt old, needed a refresh...pool area has no hot tub and smaller indoor pool for the size of the hotel; we elected against allowing our children to swim based on the overall condition of the hotel. Gym was nicely maintained with a peloton. Laundry machine stuck on hot despite being set to cold wash and destroyed a bunch of clothing. Based on location alone, would never return. We stayed predominantly at Hilton properties this trip and with little exception: these ES need refresh, show their age, and do not warrant brand loyalty. Again: staff at evening reception, during breakfast: all very pleasant so this review is not a reflection on them. Read less

Loved staying here. Rooms were clean and modern, service fast and friendly and ideally located in a safe area near the highway, not far from beaches and local sites.

Worst road noise I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Don’t stay here. Got NO sleep. Awful. I would give it a zero if I could.
