The only complaint I have is that near to the outside toilets next to the pool bar there was a builder working on some outdoor work. I walked past a couple of times with my daughter to visit the outdoor bathroom and he kept staring making us feel very uncomfortable in our swimwear. This happened a couple of times during our stay. We had our amazing lunch at cafe sushi, we were greeted by Sajina and all through out she has been very attentive and helpful in catering our needs. Chef tikajit was also keen in making sure we get our plates replenished on time. Chef tikajit made sure that every plate he gave is truly amazing. We will sure back for more sushi plates ☺️

The hotel was great, the service is perfect Elisha from front office was so helpful and professional. I liked how clean the suite was and the decor was nice as well. I loved the pool area and the beach also. The only thing that I didn’t like is the in room dining menu .

I had an amazing stay last week, the hotel is truly impressive, but what made the experience special was the warm hospitality from Barakat, Auristelle, the Fairmont club team & the kids club team, thank you for making the stay memorable.
