Just back from the most relaxing week here. Cold towel on arrival and cold sparkling wine was a great welcome. STAFF Wonderful staff throughout with special mentions to David, Dalston but the staff in all areas were so good . Very attentive and caring ROOMS We had the basic garden view bungalow which was perfectly adequate, comfy bed, great air conditioning, mini bar topped up,daily with (beer ,coke, sprite, water and orange juice)bathroom needs updating but worked fine for us and room cleaned daily , our room had a full on view of the sea which was great (see pics). FOOD AND DRINK buffet for breakfast was a highlight for us , omelettes, Benedict, smoothies, ice lattes, great coffee , great hot and cold selection of food including salmon. Lunch at sea grapes was great with home made nachos a highlight but to be fair all dishes were really nice, PDs à la carte was very good especially the ribs and jerk chicken. We had a beach dinner which was lovely although a little dark but the food was great as was the service. Sea grapes à la carte was great in the evening and the buffet always had nice food . Our go to drink was the dry Rose wine from Chile and the whites were also good. Cocktails were good but be warned if you have rum punch (very strong). Pool service with drinks to your loungers was good although a little slow (if you want a beer the server puts a cool box full of beer in the tricycle to self serve which was perfect. BEACHES WOW! Sea grapes the highlight, easy to swim in , Eden beach didn’t really look appealing and the other two looked a little rocky . Be careful entering the sea as it drops quickly in places. The ducks, sheep and pigs were hilarious ENTERTAINMENT Very low key with only some water sports available. Evening entertainment was on the whole ok . DJ Fenton pretty much plays his record collection. The bands and steel band were good. OVERALL We loved it here and would 100% come back . So relaxing , great value and great people, thank you to Mario and the team Read less

Title: An Absolute Paradise! Exceptional Staff and Unforgettable Views Our first stay at the Hawksbill Hotel was nothing short of amazing. From the breathtaking beachfront views to the incredible hospitality, my friend and I had a truly wonderful holiday. The Booking & Accommodation: While there was a minor miscommunication between our airline and the hotel regarding our room and my allergy status, the reservations team was incredibly responsive, caring, and quick to provide support. The property itself is gorgeous—a true island paradise. Our room was perfectly situated right on the beach, offering stunning morning views. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the blackout curtains worked perfectly, and the unique indoor/outdoor shower with a beach view was a highlight. We also loved the complimentary minibar. As an eco-friendly suggestion, switching to 1 or 1.5-liter glass water bottles in the rooms (and offering plastic bottles at reception for excursions) could be a great way to reduce plastic waste. Dining & Allergy Management: The food at Sea Grapes was amazing, and we loved the inclusion of local, cultural dishes. While the dinner buffet was good, the dessert section was slightly lacking. Expanding the vegan dessert options would be a massive plus, especially for guests with dairy allergies like myself. Although our allergies weren’t initially communicated by the airline, the situation was handled flawlessly once we arrived. Duty Manager Kevin resolved the issue immediately. Head Chef Brian and Sous Chef Davin checked in on us regularly, and Chef Brian went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, including sourcing my preferred milk. The Staff: The team here feels like family. By the end of our stay, we knew almost everyone by name. Special thanks to Kevin, Liam, Trina, and Marie (the oatmeal latte experts!), the lovely Bernadette, and the always-pleasant Quammie. A massive thank you to Chef Brian, Davin, and Kevin for completely turning our holiday around—Brian and Kevin's conflict resolution skills and attentive care are truly commendable. Areas for Improvement: To make the resort even better, I would suggest improving internal staff communication, completing the upcoming menu review to include more daily cultural dishes, providing shower caps, and considering an on-site gym. Additionally, given the abundance of fruit trees on the property, establishing a "grow-your-own" garden would be a fantastic, eco-friendly way to lower the resort's carbon footprint. We can completely see why so many guests return year after year. Count us in, we cannot wait to come back next year for more R&R! Read less

Staff were friendly enough but were extra friendly to those who tipped. We made friends with the ducks would be a good idea to sell duck food in shop seeing as they seem to be a permanent fixture. Would we go again, yes definitely. Read less
