Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort

Daytona Beach, Gold Coast Beaches

Star rating

The hotel

The only thing between this hotel and Daytona Beach is its fabulous shore-side pool deck. Looking out over the ocean, it stretches down to a handful of steps that lead you directly onto Florida’s most famous sands. It’s a view that’s also captured while you’re dining on seafood specialities at Doc Bale’s Grill, tucking into street food inspired dishes at The Blind Turtle, and enjoying at tipple or two at McCoys Rum Room and Waves Beach Bar. But it’s not all sun, sea, and sand at Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort — you'll also love the gym, spa, and prime location among the shops and entertainment of Ocean Walk Village.

At 11pm children were screaming in the halls. The wait for valet was horrendous, more than 20 min at arrival. The bathroom is worn and disgusting, the rooms need serious updates and smell musty. I was in Daytona a few weeks ago and stayed at the Marriott. It was a mistake not going back. Heavy, loud music coming from someplace with heavy base blasting so we can't sleep! Unbelievable! We had “city view.” As you can see, this is roof view. Read less

My boyfriend and I stayed at Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort for our anniversary, and it was our first time visiting Daytona Beach. Overall, we had a very nice and memorable stay. The best part of our experience was the service before arrival. Bryanna, who goes by Bry, was very kind, patient, and helpful. She listened carefully to my requests and helped prepare our room in a thoughtful way. It made our anniversary trip feel more special, and we really appreciated her warm hospitality. The location was also great, right by the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the oceanfront views and walk around the area. For anyone planning a special occasion, I would recommend contacting the hotel in advance and sharing your requests. The team was very responsive and welcoming. Thank you again to Bry for making our first Daytona Beach visit so special. Read less

This property has a lot of potential but it needs TLC. Stayed for a business conference and after checking in and going to my room ( 6th floor, corner room), it was very warm even though the AC was at 65 F. They had an engineer go, change the filter, and no matter what AC did not cool down. Moved to another room on the 7th floor, also a corner… Read more

Service at the front desk was good, breakfast buffet was good, but the temperature at Ricos made it uncomfortable to eat. The ladies at the coffee shop were excellent with their attentiveness and service, as well as Jordan with valet service. Read less

⭐ 1 Star I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this Hilton property. Upon entering the room, it was immediately apparent that cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority. There was hair left behind in the bathroom from a previous guest, visible stains in the bathtub, dirty grout, and the room appeared outdated and poorly maintained. A clean room is the most basic expectation when staying at any hotel, especially a Hilton-branded property. Finding someone else’s hair in multiple areas of the bathroom made me question whether the room had been properly cleaned before our arrival. The overall condition of the room felt neglected and far below the standards I expected. This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. Between the lack of cleanliness and the dated, worn condition of the room, I cannot recommend this property and would not choose to stay here again. 📸 Photos attached for reference Read less
